In case anyone was wondering, people in the mental health field throw around the word "narcissist" as well

There's someone in my life I've been having issues with. I won't bore anyone with the details, but this person just overall acts like a jerk and doesn't let anyone talk to them about their behavior.

An old therapist & my case manager have both, separately, been like "You know what? They sound like a narcissist." when I told them.

I'm gonna be clear, here. They were both clearly going off of the idea that "[emotionally abusive behavior] = narcissist". That's all it was, the idea that emotionally abusive behavior is a signal of NPD.

Now, I know I can't say "x or y person certainly doesn't have this or that" any more than my case manager can armchair diagnose, but I will say that... as someone who actually does have NPD and knows what the symptoms really are and what they really look like, I've never suspected even for a second that this person has NPD.

tldr, like I said: even mental health professionals frequently go off of "emotionally abusive = narcissist" rather than considering the actual symptoms of NPD.

Tomáš couldn’t help but study her. Perhaps it was the hunter’s instinct, or maybe the Lin Kuei training that told him to always study a person before approaching. Regardless of the reasoning, which Tomáš accepted that he should maybe not try forcing a reason out of, he couldn’t look away from her.

She had her head down on the table and long bony fingers wrapped around the mug of coffee. Tomáš tried to separate how he felt versus what he saw with how Rain was looking at her. The man clearly had no interest in her the way Tomáš did, but it still bothered him to see Rain looking at Cassan. Rain seemed to be contemplating something with how his eyes were flicking from Cassan to the food.

It felt like there was a barrier between he and Cassan. Not one of either’s making, but to go from feeling like there was a chasm to a wall, it was certainly a whiplash.

Rain wasn’t an obstacle. Tomáš had to remind himself of that. To try and think about it from Cassan’s perspective, whatever kind of place Mr. Ryu was really running, this was a man she was supposed to look after. The fact that she put herself between Rain and the rest despite being unarmed and untrained was impressive.

Which made it all the more frustrating.

Tomáš realized that was the moment he could point to, to say ‘this is when I realized she was the one for me.’ Of course, most people would find that odd. ‘You realized you were in love with her when she threatened to claw your eyes out?’

Although to be fair, with Tomáš’s line of work, whoever his life partner was going to be had to have the capacity to fight back. Cassan showed she had the willingness for it and determination to see it through.

He just wasn’t sure if he could do something equally impressive to her. She was already fascinated by the magic Rain was teaching her, and the Enenra didn’t scare her. Yet another thing that was in her favor. But Tomáš was at a loss.

(You could try not arresting her mentor,) the Enenra suggested. (That might make her decide she likes you.)

Stigma Legacy Challenge

Welcome to Stigma Legacy Challenge

I love to come up with different stories for my sims as I play along. I like to add a little bit of everything in my gameplay. So, I wanted to share stories of my legacy family that I’ve been playing with for a long time as I realized that each generation had interesting lives and it could be an amusing legacy challenge. You can follow this strictly or it can be just as inspiration for your own gameplay if you are not feeling creative. Since I made this challenge after I finished playing with my legacy family, life stories of each generation are very detailed (I played them like this). They have a long description of their life and their goals. You can plan and decide how to play everything out based their story. I've added some tips, but you don't have to follow them. This is mainly a story based challenge. That said, I tried to add a few skill and aspiration goals. Hope you’ll like it. TW: Some generations can have triggering topics, like cheating, death, criminal activity, revenge…  

Just heads up, be prepared for drama.

General rules

Play with lifespan on Normal or Long

Follow the storyline for each generation as much as you can, because the life story of sims down the family line will make most sense that way. Try to keep the story in mind for the next generation so that you can play accordingly. I’ve tried to highlight when something is important.

If you don’t have a certain pack, feel free to change something. I’ve tried to add few options for traits, careers, etc., including base game options as well. Some of generations are based on occult sims

Mods are allowed (and recommended). I included links for specific mods I recommend, but check if they are updated if you want to use them, since links are maybe old

I’ve included a color palette for each generation. I use this in my game to distinguish my sims even more. You can ignore it if you want, or you can choose other colors. If you decide to use it, try to pick colors from palette for clothes, decorations, furniture and if you want even hair and/or eyes for your heirs

Your heir can be any gender, and they can be adopted

Ꮺ Generation One Ꮺ

~ Wrong choices ~

You’ve just moved into your new place, started a new job. As a brainy sim, you chose to be a scientist. You have started to meet new people. You’ve become really close with two sims from your friend group, you are always going out together. And at the same time, you started to develop a crush on one sim at your job. 

One of your two friends is a flirty person. They can come across as trying to hit on you, but you know that they are never serious. Or are they? You try not to think about it, saying to yourself that it is just their personality. After all, you were never attracted to the same gender until now.

You started dating a sim from your job that you’ve had a crush on. This ends with marriage and a kid. 

Your friends also have their partners and kids. You have dinner parties and kids love to play together. 

One night out with your friends, you got really wasted. Your friend took you home. You were laughing, joking around, and they were, as always, flirting with you. This time your heart skipped a bit. You always rejected their advances, but this time you didn’t. Maybe it is alcohol. You didn’t have your guard up anymore, you're finally honest with yourself, you like them. You lean in for a kiss, and you guys didn’t stop all night. 

Next morning you wanted for everything to be a dream, you regret your actions. But your friend tells you that they love you, that they always did, it is just that you have never thought that they are serious. You tried to break it off, but next time you meet to talk about it, it happened again. And every other time. It is official, you guys are having an affair. You wonder about your life so far. You love your spouse, but you love your friend more, it is a true love. Why didn’t you take them seriously when they have always told you that they like you? Why did you make the wrong choice? And now, you are also making a wrong choice. But, drunk on love, you continued your affair, successfully hiding it from everyone. But as time passes, you’ve become oblivious to the fact that someone is catching on to what is happening.

Traits: Geek, Perfectionist, Neat. Aspiration: Nerd Brain Career: Scientist or Engineer or Tech Guru

Summary:

It is your choice if you want to complete aspiration and reach level 10 of the career

Max Video Gaming and Logic skill

Move into an apartment (if you have City Living), otherwise you choose 

Have 5 or 6 friends that you hang out with every weekend at your favorite bar or at your place, playing video games. Two of them are your best friends

Friend that you end up having an affair with is the same gender as you. Have that friend occasionally flirt with your sim (you can use mods (Control any sim, MCCC), or add them to your Household and move them out after)

Start dating your work colleague and marry them

Your friend gets married around the same time when you get married. (Try to set them up with someone, or just marry them in CAS or with help of MCCC)

You and your friends should have kids around the same time. Organize dinner parties often for everyone. Your kids should become friends (story for generation two)

One night you go out only with your friend, you got drunk, and this time you accept their advances

Continue your affair after that, until your kids are teenagers

Your kids will work together and they will expose your affair (story for generation two)

Will you stay with your spouse or divorce them? Will you continue your relationship with your friend?

~Atone for others sins~

Your parent had always had their friends around. With their families. Your house was always full. You and all of the kids were always together. You start to develop a crush on one kid. Just innocent kid’s crushes.

As you became a teen, you started to really like your friend. You were in love with them. And they were in love with you too. It was really true love. You know that you’ve found your soulmate. But then they tell you something about your parents. They tell you about their suspicions about your parents' affair. You decided to be a little detectives, started following them, and you did catch them. And then, all hell breaks loose. Relationship with your parent is gone, you are not sure you can ever forgive them.

As you become a young adult, you marry your lover. You love each other, it came naturally. You want a big family with them. But your spouse is really depressed about the situation with your parents, and you are upset too. You were too young, and maybe you two haven’t healed properly. This causes arguments. Over the years you were fighting a lot, so you decided to get a divorce. Kids were staying with you for a few days, and with your partner the next few days.

You tried to move on, tried to date other people, but nothing was ever serious. You were angry, at your parent for basically destroying your marriage, at your partner, at yourself for not protecting your relationship. Why do you have to suffer because of other’s mistakes?

As you got close to being an elder, you decided to reach out to your ex. You have cleared your thoughts during your life, and you are ready to start talking again. They are happy to hear from you. You decided to try again with your ex, you want to enjoy the time you’ve left. 

Traits: Hot-headed, Active, Family-Oriented. Aspiration: Big Happy Family Career: Business

Summary:

Max Logic skill

While you are child, be best friends with your parent’s friend kid, and spend lot of time together at each others places

When you age up to teen, start a romantic relationship with your best friend

After a while, you will get suspicious of your parents, so you will start following them everywhere until you catch them in the act. You can take pictures of them as evidence.

You will expose them in front of their partners, and your relationship with your parent will be ruined. (you can use Relationship Overhaul - Cheating & Jealousy mod for realistic reactions for cheating)

After this you will move out with your other parent

When you are young adult, marry your lover

Join a Business career. It is your choice if you want to complete aspiration and reach level 10 of the career

After a while you will start to have arguments

You can have one or more children, but do not pay much attention to them, you will be occupied with your spouse and your problems

Divorce your spouse after a while and share custody of your kids (you can also use Relationship Overhaul - Custody & Temporary Separations mod for in dept gameplay)

Try to go on a few different dates, have one relationship after where you will break up fast since you’re not interested

When you get close to being an elder, you decide to contact your ex spouse, and you start a relationship again with them

~To be noticed~

You were invincible at home. No matter how hard you’ve tried, your parents were preoccupied with themselves and their arguments. Your whole family is a hot mess. You are not seeing your grandparents often, and when you do, even they are in shambles. 

You wanted to be praised for your good grades, to be disciplined when you do something wrong, but it looks like everyone is too preoccupied with themselves. With your friends, you were ‘Yes men’, wanting to have someone to notice you. But only when you are a teenager you will meet the friends that truly love you. Regardless, the need for attention was always there. You wanted to be the best in school, to be the popular one, to be included in everything. 

You were always attracted to people who don’t care about you. It is like you need to fight for their attention, like you do at home with your parents. 

Your first relationship ended when you discovered that your partner cheated you. Then you were in love with a sim who wants nothing serious. This relationship was exhausting, as you always wanted more and they never did. That only caused you to be attached even more. Until you’ve decided you can’t go on like that and you broke up with them.

As a high achiever, you wanted to reach the top of your career. Everyone would admire and respect you then.  Finally you’ll meet a sim who truly loves you. You have their attention. And you do like them, they are great. You marry them and you have a good life, good career, adorable kids. But, now that you don’t have to fight for attention, now when you have a healthy relationship, is it enough? You feel guilty, like you don’t love them like they love you. What is wrong with you? You don’t want to ruin everything, like your parents and grandparents did (you did learn the truth about everything from your parent). One day you get a call from your ex that you were in love a long time ago. They want to catch up. They admit that they realized that they loved you, and they are ready to be only with you. And now, like you’ve finally scratched that itch, you are noticed by the sim you always wanted to be noticed by. But what will you do? You’ll never cheat, not after you saw what it can do to a family. But will you end your marriage and hurt your spouse? Can you trust this sim to be honest now, when they never were serious about anything?

Traits: Ambitious, Perfectionist, Overachiever (or Outgoing). Aspiration: Renaissance Sim Career: Doctor

Summary:

Have a grade A in elementary and high school

Complete Whiz Kid aspiration while you are child

Your parents should never help you with homework or projects

Don’t have good relationship with your parents

Enroll in any afterschool activity (if you have Seasons, Get Famous of High School Years packs)

As a child, have a lot of acquaintances but not friends

When you age up to teen, get a part time job and start saving for rent. (I suggest using Piggy Bank mod for saving money)

Max Entrepreneur skill (if you have High School Years pack)

Have a tattoo as a teen, but your parents will not notice

Have a group of good friends (2 or more)

After you age up to young adult, change your part time job again, and don’t quit until you reach level 3. You’re still saving for rent. When you reach level 3, move out and take only money you’ve earned

Later join a Doctor career. If you have Discover University pack go to university first

Reach level 10 of the career

Have a relationship with a roommate or colleague, but you will find out they have cheated  (you can use Relationship Overhaul - Cheating & Jealousy mod for realistic reactions for cheating) 

You will meet a patient with whom you will start relationship with

Get married with your lover and have three kids

After a while, run into your ex and start building up friendship with them

They will start flirting with you  (you can use mods (Control any sim, MCCC), or add them to your Household and move them out after)

WIll you divorce your spouse and start a relationship with your ex?

Ꮺ Generation Four Ꮺ

~Is it time to be serious~

You are adorable. You have always been charming, from the moment you’ve opened your eyes. Your parents love you, your siblings adore you. When you were a child everyone wanted to play with you and wanted to be around you. You are a natural charmer. Also, you are suuuper smart. School was so easy for you. 

When you were a teenager, everyone was falling for you left, right and center. You just say hi, and they are yours, basically. So, that made it … uninteresting? 

You were not interested in relationships. You were so loved from your childhood, it was a little overwhelming. And, you watched how one of your parent was sooo in love, but the other was not. You did notice it. Maybe nobody did, but you pick up on small things. 

You can read everyone and their affection and love was always superficial, at least towards you. So you never wanted that. But you were honest towards everyone. They knew you only wanted to have fun, and that's it. But it was inevitable, you broke some hearts.

You also didn’t have close friends, but you were popular and you knew a lot of sims. You were always partying, surrounded by sims who wanted to be around you. You had everything, but wanted nothing. As you could do anything, you tried a few careers. Never knew what you actually wanted. So you started to have a lot of random hookups, just to fill that void. That was not without consequences. Soon your life was turned upside down. You got twins with one of your random hookup. They wanted nothing with them, so you are now left with these kids, and you need to take care of them.

But, for the first time, you wanted to have a bond with someone. With you kids. You’ve loved them from the moment you’ve met them, and know you’ll be the best parent. You will take this life seriously, for them. 

You were living a fulfilling life with your kids. You were truly happy. But then, when kids were teenagers, the other parent suddenly came back to your life, wanting to reconnect with kids. You are not sure what to do, you want your kids to have a relationship with their other parent, but you could almost smell that they did not have good intentions. Not wanting to disappoint your kids, you decided to allow this to happen. 

Traits: Genius, Self-Assured, Noncommittal. Aspiration: Serial Romantic Career: Change 3 or more careers by your choice

Summary:

Max all toddler skills and complete Whiz Kid aspiration OR cheat “Mentally Gifted”and “Top-Notch Toddler” (so you’ll gain mental skills faster during sims life - your sims supposed to be genius)

Complete Social Butterfly aspiration OR cheat “Socially Gifted” (so you’ll gain social skills faster)

Max Charisma and 3 other skills by choice 

Have a lot of friends. I suggest having a club with your friends (if you have Get Together) and have a lot of gatherings. (You can buy perk to add two more sims or increase maximum number of sims for clubs with MCCC mod)

Be good friends with all of your siblings and parents

After you age up to teen, start dating around

Complete Serial Romantic during your life

Go on parties 2 or more times a week

Have a random hookups (this can be done with mods: SimDa Dating App or Relationship Overhaul - Meet&Mingle Dating App)

Get pregnant (if your heir can get pregnant) or get other sim pregnant (if your heir can get others pregnant) with twins (you can cheat this with MCCC)

Decide to keep them, but other parent is not involved

Be involved in your kids life, try to raise them as best as you could

Go on 2 or more vacation together with your kids

Later when other parent come to ask to meet the kids, you will allow it

Ꮺ Generation Five Ꮺ

~Protect what you love~

You had the coolest parent. You could see that everyone admired them, and so did you. You and your twin loved them so much. When you look back to your childhood, you can remember laughter and happiness, when you were playing with them. Everyone has two parents. You had one, but you know it was enough. But you were curious. Who is my other parent? Why didn’t they want me? As you get older, this questions started to weigh on you. 

You wanted to meet your other parent and ask them yourself. And as an answered prayer, they did appear one day. It was … weird. They said that they love you. You are not sure you want to believe them, but you cannot control the warmth in your heart for them. You really want a connection with them. You want to believe them. 

You started to go live with them a few days in the week. They convinced you to do some ‘legal’ odd jobs for them. You went to some place to pick up some stuff a few times. You didn’t notice anything until you met some shady sims. They started to threaten you, telling you they will harm your sibling if you do not work for them. You began to work for them. You were basically in a criminal career. Your other parent had debt, and they tricked you into this. You had to pay for them. Life played a trick with you. You opened your heart, and you paid for it. But you will protect your sibling and other parent. You hid the fact that you worked as a criminal from them. You decided to get out of this as soon as you can. You will fight.

In your free time you liked to go to local coffee shop. You fell in love with a coffee shop regular. You did start a relationship, and you had one more person in your life that you wanted to protect. When you guys got pregnant, you knew you have to get out. Before your kid stared to go to school, you paid debt, changed your name, and when to live off the grid with your family. At least, you’re safe now.

Traits: Good, Loyal, Loves Outdoors. Aspiration: Super Parent Career: Criminal 

Summary:

Have a grade A or B while you’re child

Be good friends with your twin and parent who raised you

Meet your other parent when you age up to teen and start to build up relationship with them

Start going over to your other parent place for a few days

They are hanging out with suspicious people, and they start to include you in their activities. Since your sim should be in a gang, you can use clubs for this (if you have Get Together) and set club activities like “Stealing” (so you won't need Kleptomaniac trait for this), “Be Mean to other clubs”. You can also use Basemental drug mod, and take it as far as you want. For example, you can be a drug dealer with help of this mod, etc.

You’re hiding this from your other parent and twin and you start to have arguments with them because they are noticing something is going on with you

When you age up to young adult, your other parent will force you to join Criminal Career

You will have to “pay off” their debt (set to 30000 simoleons of higher), each week you will have to give 1000$ or more simoleons to them

If you have Get Together, have your criminal club go to museums and steal paintings two times a week. This will go towards debt payment. If you don't have Get Together, you can cheat Kleptomaniac trait for this, and revert it after you've stolen the paintings.

Go to one coffee shop few times a week, and always meet the same person

Start a relationship with them

Hide them from the club and your parent

Your lover and you will get pregnant

After you pay off debt, you will cut off contact with your parent and club (try to do this before your kid age up to child)

Move in off the grid lot

You will live from harvestables and animals (if you have Cottage Living / Horse Ranch)

You can never go to a community lot, since you are in hiding

You’re strict parent, and your kid is not allowed to go outside for long

Note: If you have Get Together and use clubs for this storyline, try to keep the criminal club populated throughout all generations. This will make sense for the story for generation nine and ten. MCCC mod will keep clubs populated.

~Written in the stars~

As a kid, you lived off the grid, so your main entertainment were books. One day you found an astrology book, and you fell in love. You were spending your days moongazing, wondering what is up there. As you were curious about space, you were also curious about the reason why you are cut off from the world. You were not allowed to go anywhere, when you didn’t return home right after school, you got scolded. You were always arguing with your parents, as you were staying late in library, researching on computer, or just playing video games. You couldn't understand why don’t you have basic electronic devices. You started to rebel as a teenager, and were running away from home. You stayed at your friends house, or at random motels. Your relationship with your parents got worse. But you knew that you want to feel normal, and you didn’t understand why were they so overprotective.

Even though you were a rebel, you kept your dream from childhood, you wanted to be an astronaut. You know you had to get good grades, so you always find the time to study and do your homework in between running away from home and finding a place to sleep for the night.

When you got older, you came back home and your parents explained to you that they are hiding, and they are worried about you. Now you know why they were so paranoid. You promised you will lay low, and you went to live in Oasis Springs, in a secluded lot, to pursue your dream career. But you installed every damn electronic device you could think of.

You’ve met someone who is equally in love with stars as you. You fell in love with their passion. You guys get married and have one kid. Your life was wonderful.

But destiny had other plans. After an accident your partner lost their life. You and your kid are left alone now. Maybe it was written in the stars, maybe you should have known. You feel guilty, but you try to keep it together for your kid.

Summary:

Read a book every day as a child

Have fights with your parents about curfew 

Go to library at least two times a week to read and/or search the web

Have a group of friends and gather often to play video games at someone’s house (not yours since you don’t have computer)

When you age up to teen, start to sleep over at your friends houses, and have arguments with your parents

When they forbid you to exit the house, you had enough, and you run away from home and move on a empty lot

You will sleep in libraries, in motels when you have money to afford it (you can ‘pay’ each time you sleep on a community lot - set the price around 100 simoleons for night, or whatever you like), take odd jobs for money

You can use Education System Bundle mos to do online schooling. If you don’t use this mod, just don’t go to school, cheat grade A, and always do homework and projects, and be on computer for few hours a day (“play as you are online schooling”)

After a week (or two if you are playing on long lifespan) you parents will find you and make you go home. They will tell you the truth about their criminal past

Your relationship with your parents will get better

You notice someone in the park using a telescope, start a conversation. They are in love with space as you are. Invite them on a date and start a relationship with them

Join Astronaut career when you age up to young adult, and move with your lover to Oasis springs in Acquisition Butte neighborhood (bulldoze houses there so it will look secluded, since you still want to hide because of your parents involvement with criminal groups)

Marry your lover after you reach level 3 in the career

Have one child

After your kid is close to age up to teen, an accident happens, your partner will die. It can be fire, but most suitable is death by meteor.

Ꮺ Generation Seven Ꮺ

~The other world~

You and your parents had a great relationship. You were close with both of them. So, when one of them lost their life, you were devastated. Why did it happen? How is it fair? While having nightmares and sleepless nights, one time you saw the ghost of your deceased parent. You talked to them, you were so happy. But in the morning, you are not sure if you’ve dreamt that all. In your heart you knew that you didn't, that it was real.

That opened doors for you, doors into the other world. You wanted to know more. You know there are unexplained things out there. So, you got to work, you were reading every occult book you could find. When you were a teenager, you were playing around with ouija boards, seance tables, communicating with the deceased. You wanted to talk to your parent again, but that never happened.

You did find out a lot. You were a journalist, going into Forgotten Hollow, Moonwood Mill, Glimmerbrook… You interviewed every supernatural being you could get in contact with. A lot of them became your friends.

You are a collector. You collected metals, crystals, objects, basically all of the collectibles you could find. You locked all of your collectibles in the basement, since a lot of them can be dangerous.

You decided to move to Glimmerbrook, you lived off the haversables you were selling and seances you were holding for people. You wrote a lot of books about the supernatural world. 

One day, while communicating with dead, you meet a ghost who piques your interest. You fell in love with them and swear to bring them back to life. You had all you need. You knew how to do it. So you did. After they are brought back to life, you got married and you had three kids with them. 

But messing up with the circle of life can never be good. Your partner is not supposed to be here. So, they were turned into a ghost again after a few years with you. You were devastated. So you spend the rest of your life desperately communicating with the dead.

Traits: Bookworm, Gloomy, Active. Aspiration: The Curator Career: Paranormal Investigator (if you have Paranormal pack) or Gardener (if you have Seasons)

Summary:

Be good friends with your parents

After your parent dies, talk to their ghost one time. After that release them in to Netherworld

After that you are obsessed with OtherWorld, you want to learn everything that you can

Have a seances with random sims, and make them “pay” you (cheat the money after seances). You are famous now, afterall, so people want your help with paranormal

Meet a ghost one time when you visited graveyard, and you fall in love with them

You know how to bring them back, so you make ambrosia (you can cheat this, since it requires Gourmet Cooking and Cooking Level 10. If you don’t have time to level up this, you can find ambrosia on gallery for example, or cheat those skills and make it yourself)

Have three kids with them

After a while, your partner will turn back into a ghost (cheat this)

Will you turn them back to life again? Maybe the consequences will be that they are not the same. Will you risk it again?

All you can remember from your childhood was chaos. You remember your house was always full with people, your parent was obsessed with their spiritual rituals. You were constantly annoyed. There was always noice, specters floating around, making a mess. You were sooo done with that. 

Your siblings were always helping your parent, and you didn’t get along with them. You didn’t care that much about your other deceased parent, you didn’t want to be included in this occult world, you just wanted to get out of there. You were always out of the house, hanging in parks with other kids.

When you were a teenager, you started to hang out in the city, and you fell in love with San Myshuno.You liked fashion, like how people were ... not obsessed with ghosts for example.  You belonged there. Not in that stupid Glimmerbrook. You didn’t choose that life. So you moved out to a cheap apartment, and got a part time job to pay rent while you were teenager. 

Your aim is to get a modern apartment, to become a fashion influencer, and to never look back to your old life. You don’t even contact your family at all. Maybe once a year, to let them know you’re alive. They don’t need to know more.

You became successful in your career, you dictated fashion looks. You were offered acting roles, so you dipped your toes in the acting world as well. You marry a costar, mainly for fame. You have one kid with them. But after a few years, you divorced them.

You marry one more time, with another younger costar. This was not a successful marriage, worse than the first one, so you divorced them too. 

Traits: Mean, Ambitious, Self-Absorbed (or Snob). Aspiration: City Native (or Music Lover), later switch to World-Famous Celebrity (if you have Get Famous pack) Career: Style Influencer (Trend Setter), later switch to Actor (if you have Get Famous pack)

At level 7, you can make trends. Make 5 looks for feminine trend and 5 for masculine trend

Move into expensive apartment at Fashion District or Uptown

Leave Style Influencer career and join Acting career. (If you don’t have Get Famous, you can use Road to Fame mod)

Have 3 famous friends

Met a costar and marry them

Have one kid that you pay no attention to

Always have a nanny to take care of your kid

Divorce your spouse after your kid age up to a child

Have a scandal that will affect you reputation

When you age up to adult, marry a costar who is young adult

You never liked to be around your parents. One was mean and only cared about fame, the other uninterested. So, you spend your time with nannies, and after you got older, you liked to go to your grandparents house, where your parent’s siblings live. They are nice, and they love you. Basically, you were never home, but your parents didn’t care.

The house is interesting. After your grandparent passed away, it got calmer (that is what you were told). They were specters, ghosts and all kinds of sims running around, but now the house looks normal. Only the basement locked and suspicious. You are not sure if you believe in everything that was said about the house and your grandparent, but you are curious about the basement. 

One time, you were at the house, no one was there, and you decided to explore. You successfully snuck into the basement and you were surprised with everything. Energy there is different. There were potions, pictures, metals… And you felt dizzy. In the corner of the room you noticed strange fruit. It looked delicious. You need to eat it. So, you ate it.

What you didn’t know is that you ate Mermadic Kelp. When you found out after your parent’s siblings told you, you needed to move to Sulani. Your life turned upside down. You took books about mermaids that your grandparent wrote, and moved to Sulani. How did you got yourself into this mess?

In one of the books, you found an interview with a mermaid, and you found out that mermaids were in danger in the past. Now it is different, they can live freely with sims, but in the past they were hunted. There is suspicion that criminal groups that hunt mermaids still exist to this day. But you got nothing to worry about, right?

You met other mermaids and learned to accept your new reality. You love Sulani and your new friends. Also, you did meet one interesting Sulani resident. You fell in love, got married, had kids and for a while everything seemed peaceful. But after a few years, you and your mermaid friends started to get threats and blackmails. Now you know that you may be in danger. But now you have a family to protect. How will you deal with it?

Meet Sulani resident at the bar and start dating them

Have one or more kids with them (all of them are human - cheat this if needed)

Learn that mermaids are in danger, since they are pursued by criminal groups

Have an encounter with a criminal group and they threaten you. (This can be the same criminal club from generation five. Add activity for this club to be mean to mermaid club, have fights, etc). Play as a criminal and take pictures for this incident. Leave them around in the apartment criminal lives in (This is for story for generation ten)

You need to disappear after your kid ages up to teen. (You can decide if you want to kill your sim, or just move them out, and never communicate with them. If you decide to kill them, have a criminal group sim do it. You can use Extreme Violence mod if you want. Also take pictures of this if you want to play this out and leave them around the place where criminal lives in)

~A dish best served cold~

You hate injustice. You hate crime. You want this world to be right. You know damn well how it can be cruel. If not for evil people, your parent would be there with you. Instead, they are missing. Nobody knows where they are. 

Your parent disappeared when you became a teenager. You were sad, but more than that, angry. You knew it was not ok for them to be afraid of getting hurt just because of who they are. You know that they are mermaid, and you thought they were majestic. And now they are gone.

You decided you will get to the bottom of this. You will find the ones responsible for everything. It is dangerous, but you got to do it. 

You started to hang out in dangerous neighborhoods. You read in your parent’s books about criminals that were responsible for endangering mermaids. So, you wanted to find out more. You hooned your hacking skills, so you can dig information on the dark web. You did find a few names. But nothing more. You will have to wait until you can do something.

That something is you becoming a police officer. You will have more power, access to databases and all cases related to similar crimes. You were patient, and in the end you have joined a detective career. When you got to the corporal level, you were able to open a missing case for your parent. From then on, you were collecting clues together with your colleagues. It is an open case. When you got to sergeant level, you caught your first suspect. And finally, on captain level, you’ve brought that criminal organization down. Now that you got your revenge, you feel numb. You are not sure if it is over. You work few more years, then you quit. There is no end to the crime, but you have no energy anymore.

You decided you will volunteer and you will make donations for those in need for the rest of your life.

Do not have any romantic relationships (you are only thinking about revenge). You can have woohoo partners and random hookups if you want, but nothing serious (this can be done with mods: SimDa Dating App or Relationship Overhaul - Meet&Mingle Dating App)

When you get to corporal level (level 3), you opened the case about your missing parent (You can decorate police station with pictures of your parent, so it looks like you are working on that case)

When you got to Sergeant level (level 6), you caught the first criminal from a criminal group. (You can check who is the member of the criminal club if you are using clubs from Get Together). You can do this by fighting with them, and after that turn them into a ghost with cheats (so that they don't appear in the world anymore - they should be arrested). You can have “police station” community lot where you can play out interrogation of criminal group, since you cannot to this in regular police station (you cannot chose criminal sims)

You will find pictures of criminals treating your parent at one point when you went to a one criminal’s apartment (or house) to investigate and this will be evidence for taking down criminal group

You will ‘arrest’ criminal club members one by one and when you are promoted to Captain (level 8), arrest last one (If you decided to just move out your parent and not kill them, find there whereabouts as well and rekindle the relationship)

Quit or retire after this

Make donations every week for different causes and volunteer for the rest of your life

Now that you had your revenge, will you be happy? How will you continue your life? Will you find a partner maybe and start a family?

Additionally, my sensory sensitivities can make routine medical visits uncomfortable or even unbearable, complicating my pursuit of necessary care.

Social Relationships 🤝 : Forming and maintaining social connections can be exceptionally challenging for me due to difficulties in interpreting social cues, facial expressions, and body language. This often leads to misunderstandings and feelings of isolation. While I desire social interaction as much as neurotypical individuals, the pathway to achieving it can be fraught with obstacles.

Independent Living and Learning 🏠📚 : Navigating personal development and managing day-to-day responsibilities independently can be challenging for me. Tasks such as managing finances, maintaining a household, and navigating public transportation are difficult. Learning new skills, whether for personal development or professional advancement, can be hampered by my difficulties with executive functioning and sensory processing.

Communication 💬: Effective communication is a significant hurdle for me. I might find it hard to express my thoughts and emotions in ways that others understand. I might face long waiting lists, lack of knowledgeable providers, or services that don’t cater specifically to my needs. Navigating the healthcare and support systems requires a level of organizational skill and persistence that can be exhausting for me.

Stigma and Discrimination 🚫 : Stigma and discrimination remain significant barriers for me. Misconceptions about autism lead to prejudiced attitudes and discriminatory practices in various aspects of my life, including education, employment, and healthcare. This societal bias perpetuates feelings of alienation and reduces opportunities for me.
