I get a lot of questions about her, so I thought I’d take the time to explain!

She’s my little buddy that I made from a recycled Chronowatch. Since it’s a slightly older model I was able to easily jailbreak it and convert it solely into an AI bot. (Still with access to the Chronocloud!)

The Chronowatch already comes with the hardware capable of most of her functions already, I just gave her the ability to move with some extra tinkering and wheels. I usually control her remotely, but she can wander around if she wants. (Though... she’s struggling to see when the ground stops. Help?)  😭😭

There’s heeeaps of tutorials and stuff online if you get inspired to do the same!  :P

Busy mornings, Cody/Rex

As Marshall Commander of the 7th Sky Corps, it was my job to work closely with the Jedi Generals to coordinate and organize their forces; it also meant that I was in charge of four legions of men. I hated the title and the responsibilities that came with it; I feel like I spent all of my time planning, coordinating, delegating and executing orders.

Joint missions usually gave me a headache due to their hectic nature; but I had been looking forward to this mission with the 501st for the past week. It had been months since we had worked together on a joint mission and I missed Rex. He was my best friend and my riduur; he was the only person that could ensure that I didn’t work myself past the point of exhaustion and that could distract me from the pain/grief that came with my rank. 

He was currently sound asleep with his head on my shoulder. I hate that I need to move him in order to get up and start my day; so, I slowly sneak out of the bed and place my stuffed bantha underneath Rex with the hopes of filling the void that I would be leaving behind. 

I put on my slippers, exit my sleeping quarters and start heading for the mess hall. A few troopers give me odd looks before it occurs to me that I am still in my bed clothes and my hair is disheveled due to the acts of intimacy that I partook in last night. 

I send glares their way, stand with confidence and move quicker hoping that if I looked liked I was in the middle of an important task that people would excuse my state of undress and untidiness. Admittedly, it would have been more convincing if that task wasn’t making a cup of caff for myself and ner cyare. 

I hurry back to my room and lock the door behind me out of embarrassment. I place one cup of caff on the nightstand and the other on my desk. I sit down to drink it and ensure that my notes and paperwork are adequately prepared for this morning's briefing.  

I turn around to check on Rex and notice that he is sound asleep and has his arms wrapped around my stuffed bantha; he looks so peaceful. 

Then I look at my chronowatch and realize that my meeting with General Kenobi is in ten minutes. I head to the fresher attached to my quarters and quickly take a shower and get dressed. 

I am about to head out the door when I hear Rex’s voice, “Aren’t you forgetting something?”

I take my hand off the doorknob and turn around making my back to the bed to kiss him. “Sorry, I love you.”

Rex blushes and lifts his hands to reveal my commlink and holopad. “I meant this, but thanks.”
