hi I've been super inspired by "pokeblr" (posting like the pokemon universe is real) and wanted to start something like that for the doctor who universe / the whoniverse as a whole including torchwood and class and stuff ! and I don't want to be seen as an authority/creator on this because I didn't come up with the timeblr tag (it's usually used to jokingly refer to a whoniverse alternative of tumblr) I just want it to be a thing !!

hello yes it's actually one of my fav shows. it's incredibly bad, don't get me wrong, but tbh that's why I like it. they're (SPOILERS) on an alien planet, about to fight their king for,,, reasons, and that's the moment they choose, for a debate about religion??? which has nothing to do w the plot and never comes back up again??? incredible. and the whole show is like that!!

There are eight episodes and four genocides (that's insane even for DW standards). They're supposed to be between 14-18 and look like they're 20-30, which I appreciate because it just shows how weird it is. all the parents/family members die, for no real reasons, it's so trashy!!! I love it!!!!

the show ends on 16 cliffhangers (yes I counted), and somebody gets called a polish giraffe for no apparent reason.

Background for the most embarrassing thing that happened to me today: I have my laptop wallpaper rotate through a folder of images of whatever fandom I'm most into at the moment. So I just toss anything relating to the fandom into a folder, screenshots, fanart, etc. This is fine, maybe a little cringe, but fine, right? The thing is, I took a few 'out of context' screenshots from MacGyver for a Tumblr post a while back and casually, as one does, tossed them into my 'MacGyver' folder.

So, I open up my laptop in class and watch in horror as my background shimmers into THIS image
