Clinkz

Clinkz used to be a masterful archer in the employ of a mage-king. The mage-king was warring against a particular demon, Maraxiform, and cast a spell that would give the one who slayed the demon eternal life as a reward; Clinkz loosed the arrow that killed Maraxiform, but the demon cast a spell that wreathed him in hellfire at the same moment. The mage-king's blessing took effect just as Clinkz' flesh was sheared from his body by the deadly curse and he was condemned to an eternal half-life as a creature of bone and hellfire.

But Clinkz is kinda cool with that! Check his voicelines- (https://dota2.fandom.com/wiki/Clinkz/Responses). "Flesh is but a garment!" "Clink goes my bones." "Your flesh fails you."

For like 99% of people Clinkz' fate was the worst outcome, but he's having a great time as a skeleton! I think the funniest interpretation of this story is that Clinkz actually really wanted to be a skeleton the whole time (hence the name, which he appears to have gone by before he ever started clinking) and purposely timed the hellfire spell and immortality spell together to become an awesome fire skeleton. What a guy.

Yurnero turned towards the voice, then froze. “Um, you are a skeleton.”

“I know. So?”

“Well, I don’t want to sound rude but I am here to find company for the night. If you know what I mean. And I don’t think you are equipped for that.” A long glance down Clinkz’ body to where he was wearing a wide belt but very obviously didn’t have a dick. “If you know what I mean.”

“Ah, so you don’t think I can fuck you?”

“Essentially, yes.”

It was unnerving because Yurnero could get no emotions from the skeleton. Clinkz looked always the same. A skeleton with a skeleton face.

“I could prove you wrong.”

Yurnero hesitated. He wasn’t into skeletons, no matter what kind. But on the other hand, it was intriguing. Suddenly he was curious and leaned back against the bar, decision made. “You said you want to invite me to a drink?”

It only was one drink. They had established within the first sentences what this would be about: sex. There was no need to get to know each other, to skirt around the subject, to try and be subtle. Though Yurnero found Clinkz was good company during that drink. He had a dry sense of humour.

They left the bar and the skeleton lead Yurnero into a small road and to a beautiful house. They had barely closed the door behind them when Clinkz ducked into a room. “Give me a minute!”

Yurnero stood there, confused. Before he could get uneasy, Clinkz returned. And now he had a dick. A strap-on. “Oh...” Yurnero breathed. Then grinned. “Well, that will definitely do the job.” He wasn’t sure why Clinkz would do that, he’d get nothing out of the sex, being a skeleton and all, but Yurnero would be able to tell the tale of having been fucked by a skeleton.

An advantage of this encounter was that Clinkz wouldn’t argue about Yurnero’s mask. He was used to the ‘but I want to kiss you’ argument. A skeleton wasn’t able to kiss.

Since Clinkz was naked (the only things he had been wearing, a belt and a bit or armour, were gone), Yurnero shrugged out of the little he was wearing. “So, I have never had sex with a skeleton, anything I should know?” He pointed at Clinkz’ chest, where a fire seemed to burn. “What about that?”

With a soft rattle of bones, Clinkz shrugged. “I’m not a typical skeleton. The fire doesn’t burn, it’s inside of my chest and though it looks as if it is only contained by a few bones it doesn’t produce heat outside of my chest.” Clinkz approached Yurnero, the strap-on bobbing. “I’d prefer if you treated me as little like a skeleton as possible. I can feel your touch as if I had flesh and skin.”

It was strange to reach out and run a hand over Clinkz’ upper arm. Because to Yurnero it was just a bone. It was warm and smooth, though, and if he closed his eyes it almost felt like skin against his fingertips. Not human skin but Yurnero was no human and he’d had sex with many creatures who were not human. It didn’t matter, what mattered was the pleasure of it. “Do you feel pleasure?”

Clinkz made a sound deep in his chest. “Almost. When I make others feel pleasure I remember how it has been when I was alive. Sometimes the memory is strong enough for me to believe that I can feel it.” Skeletal fingers stroked over Yurnero’s chest, then down over his stomach. Clinkz’ eyes were burning. “I will make you feel pleasure so I can feel it.”

Oh. This might be interesting, Yurnero thought. He grinned underneath the mask he was wearing. “Then show me what you can do.”

Shutters how the fuck do I play Clinkz in this patch? It feels like he returned to how he used to be but with the addition of having an army to. And it's really weird imo

I don't think even Icefrog knows how the fuck Clinkz is supposed to be played considering this is like his 5th? 6th? rework in 4 years.

Death pact used to be his ult and then a normal skill then removed then back to his ult and now it's a normal skill again, Strafe was replaced by burning barrage after 3 Strafe reworks and then Burning Barrage got changed back into his shard and Strafe came back, Burning Army replaced Death Pact for the ult and then Death Pact came back and now Skeleton Walk is his ult and Burning Army is back as his aghs. Fuck Clinkz.

I saw Arteezy playing it with the classic Clinkz build where the build just goes mass damage with desolator + daedalus and he still kills enemies the usual Clinkz way where he exits skeleton walk and then murders one guy instantly, but now the combo is like Find a guy while invisible => hit them with tar to exit skeleton walk and instantly shoot at them with the spawned skeleton army => press Strafe and delete that guy with your mass of skeleton archers. You know, just the way Clinkz has always done it for years except he's now pooping skeletons all over the place and doesn't buy orchid.

Someone's probably going to figure out a proper build with the reworked Clinkz eventually, but until then I just see people stubbornly sticking to his old assassin build.

Despite being a carry that relies heavily on abilities, Juggernaut is the lowest among agile heroes with 14 and 1.4 in base intelligence and increase in intelligence, respectively. Even if you try to assist, the critical damage does not increase.[9] Rather, it is much more helpful to carry power to raise the damage of sword dance and continuous slash by raising a 55-80 range item, so there is no need to rely on stats. The Juggernaut is a hero with a strong presence in the early to mid game, such as high magic damage compared to the very beginning of Blade of Rage, strong instantaneous firepower of continuous slash, teamfight contribution of healing wards, and front line pressure. With an excellent critical hit and a fast basic attack speed of 1.4, the carry power is also respected, but abilities other than the critical hit passive lose power in the second half [11].

The Juggernaut is a melee hero and the best knock-off hero in Dota 2, with no personal neutralizers, locomotives, or accelerators. Also, the use of his abilities is not easy. The blade of rage can only be used once you get close to the enemy, and you must survive for 5 seconds. The ultimate skill, continuous slash, has a long cooldown, so if you don't use it properly, it will cause a lot of damage, but it will fail even if there are only creeps nearby. For example, buying any of the above items will give you a suitable build, and you can see such Masquerades in most workshops.

The operation method is roughly divided into two parts. One is to quickly prepare a battleground rage or chaos hammer, go back and forth across the frontlines, and turret pressure and farming in parallel to obtain gold, reinforce combat power with stat items such as manta ax and skadi's eye, and pressurize the base with mid-team team blows. One is to benefit from local warfare from the beginning with the yaksha and the sword of dispersion, using the characteristic that even a small amount of items are strong.
