Since their kids are so weird, is Ondolemar taken a back when they grow into themselves, or does he feel privledged to meet such interesting people and feel blessed that said interesting people came from him and the woman he loves?

As they grow up and become their own independent people, Ondolemar is proud of them. It's easy to love them, that's not the hard part, what is hard is him having to accept that they are going to do things differently than he would. Not only are they different people entirely, they live in a different time than when he grew up, the youngest spent the first 9 years in the Imperial City so they have mostly grown up in Cyrodiil They are also half-man which means they have a very different experience walking through the world than either him or Theo. Even among the three of them this experience varies.

Arthano's choice to forgo a traditional education makes him a bit sad but he already knows that type of environment isn't where he's happy. He thrives in the arena and mercenary work, of course he's excellent that's his son after all :P Although he would like it if Arthano refrained from licking his opponents blood of his weapons because "you do not know where they've been, my son" :P

Ricardo and him get along quite well and he's proud to see him take on career path he once wanted to. His staunch pacifist stance does worry him at times, particularly as he has some suspicions that it stems from the history of man-mer conflict. Learning the most important god in the Altmeri pantheon is going to lead them in the battle against man makes him feel a type of way :/ He can't blame him for this and respects his decision, even if sometimes he's too rigid on the matter.

Ceridwen's choice to go to school in Winterhold is not what he would have done but if it makes her happy then it makes her happy. She spoke with people at a school in Cloudsrest but felt a bit uncomfortable around them. That's also something he cannot relate to and he upheld those same prejudices before. She has to go where she thinks is best for her and she's plenty intelligent and capable so wherever she goes she'll excel, of course she will <3 Magical talent from him plus Theo's people skills, Ceri will be great.
