Amazon good or bad

This happened to me a year ago to Amazon I am still hopeful what I am tired of holding my breath and because of what happened I have been declared permanently ineligible to be rehired Amazon I've been there for 4 years may not be a milestone but it was good for me Hello Jeff bezos This is Elliott E Cobeo writing to you again hoping to get my job back i have said my reasons before here are some others how can I stay on task when for 10 hours straight everyday when I am walking through a wide building My legs began to burn and feel like lead scanning and lifting Building pallets wrapping them when they weren't enough rappers I was even dazed at one time because of all the rigorous heavy lifting and moving around almost fainting I do what I can to get a good night's rest but it still wasn't enough it was like running a marathon everyday Not to mention when the products came down they didn't come down as smoothly as they were supposed to it was like dealing with traffic in one area you get a jam of boxes you could sort and in another area almost nothing came down for 2 days at once it took a while for any boxes to come down My Performance dropped because of these main issues Suley you've noticed that for many employees in the loading and pallet building area have been very exhausted In clt2 fulfillment center concord a person had quit because for several months all they had him do was was wrap up built pallets even when he asked a lot to do other jobs within the warehouse he now works at best buy concord And they tell us that the jobs in the building are randomized asking someone to do the same exact job for several months is not random Plus for the past few months I wasn't rotated properly i was supposed to be 5hrs in a truck or build pallets from those plastic containers then for the next 5hrs id be scanning doing heavy lifting and building pallets even wrapping them sometimes when there are no designate pallet wrappers Another Hindrance to my work was bad equipment sometimes my scanner was sometimes faulty not part of the CPU system of the Amazon warehouse itself but mostly faulty batteries after 3hrs maybe 5hrs at best somedays they weren't charged unable charge couldn't connect to scanning devices or just completely dead and I would spend a lot of time looking for functional equipment even waiting a long time for the manages to get me good equipment If I had been properly rotated I could have kept pace but 10hrs of scanning heavy lifting building pallets and wrapping them everyday took a great toll on my physical health I know this to be true because I have talked with other employees and the same thing happened to them before my termination from Amazon clt5 sort center How can I work at my job when sometimes my job won't let me work
