I've been away from Code Vein for almost 4-5 years I have returned hello

this is my gal Momo (she/her/they/them) and they are an artist in both art and music, and were part of a really popular electric/retrowave band (and even owned a large arcade to promote said band) before she died as a human, which how they died resulted in her vocal cords being destroyed permanently (but their actions speak a thousand words ❤️)

Their original blood code was called Morningstar before she obtained Queenslayer

They are extremely bubbly, sweet, always showing kindness to those that need it (looks at Louis) and sometimes a little silly. Their stars glow whenever she's extremely happy, or in a powerful state, and said stars aren't just limited to her face either

She knew Cruz back when they were still in her band, as Cruz was their number 1 fan (they knew each other separately from Louis) and would often visit Cruz when they could just to give her a personal performance to make her happy, much to the annoyance of the doctors lmao They also had Karen as her doctor 👀 Momo and Cruz met by being roomies in the hospital after an accident with the equipment that destroyed the first stage (oopies haha)

That of which was Momo's goal, to make everyone happy with their songs and kindness, and she continues to do so even as a Revenant, aiding Louis and both their friends to the end ❤️

i have beaten code vein with the good ending yippee!!

i've put my final stuff under the cut. im gonna try and perfect it before starting a new playthrough, but it's gonna be hard letting go of the big bonk build.

i've been really into strength builds recently which is wild cause im usually a dex or magic user dfsglksjdgl once you go bonk you never go back ig

side note: i never got the offhand weapon stuff so i kinda just put a bayonett in there so i could lure enemies away. it's a queenslayer bayonett+7 aside from that, my weapon (was the impulse anchor) felt like such a reward cause I struggled against mido like actually.

the final boss also gave me trouble but thanks to io quick healing me, I got there yippee. Aside from just being a bit awkward to fight in a small space, the camera really was out to get me.

i really liked code vein tho!! i picked it up cause i thought it would help me get over my fear of dark souls (for some reason im so overwhelmed playing them it's wild) and turns out it's one of my favourite games now.

there are some parts that uuuuh definitely bugged me (for some reason there are only like. two mistles max allowed in later sections, and even with shortcuts, made run backs so annoying).

Also knock-off anor londo wasn't bad you guys, I think you just hate mazes. provisional government outskirts + centre sucked way harder /lh

Here at the front lines of Operation QueenSlayer, the elites prepare for a final push to end the war with the frenzied Queen. The battlefield is torn apart by Thorns of Judgment and the Queen's Thorns. Most enemies here were formally allies turned from the Queen's miasma, further in are the Queen's vanguard, dangerous female lost. Within a clearing is the Queen's Knight a sure sign that the Queen is near.

It is unknown what generation the Protagonist falls under. In the game you wake up like a 3rd generation revenant, after the Queenslayer operation. Then you learn that you were actually a part of operation Queenslayer. It is still unknown if the Protagonist was part of the first generation or second generation revenant. Both cases are technically possible because of the Protagonist’s time of birth as a revenant is unsaid.

“Tarnished, are we?” 

A tilt of the head, brows coming together in confusion. Then, a slow shake, as if unsure if it was correct. It made their long black hair flutter in the soft wind that picked up. 

“Hm. What are you then?” Kalé asked, and put his bow down. Better to be ready, just in case. The person didn’t look like one of the Golden Order. 

“… Revenant,” they said, after a long moment. Their voice was horribly raspy behind the cloth mask that covered the bottom half of their face. Not unlike Kalé’s own mask. 

His brows rose. “You’ve no extra limbs, nor do you stink of death and rot. You look like most other Tarnished that come through here.” 

They stepped closer and motioned at the other side of his fire, and he nodded. They sat with a sigh, their long half cape pooling behind them, and gently laid their sword down next to them. 

“Tarnished. What is that?” They asked, meeting his eyes over the fire. It was a bit hard to tell, but they looked hazel in color. 

“Those who were banished from the Lands Between, yet called back by grace,” Kalé said, and kept his confusion close to his heart. Who else, what else could this person be? 

“Hm. The yellow light, from the…” Here they flicked their fingers in the direction of the Lost Grace, glowing softly in the middle of the church. They traced their finger in an arc from the grace to the north, one that Kalé could not trace. 

“I see nothing.” He said, and shook his head. “If you can see it guiding you, that is a good sign. Or so they say.” 

They merely tilted their head and considered it. He could practically see the thoughts shifting around in their skull before they simply shrugged and looked at him again. “If it fits.”

I have over 135 hrs in ER and I'm only just barely getting to Lyndell. My brain has demanded that I put something out here for my time and efforts. This is not a crossover that should work. I am brute forcing this and having a wonderful time.

Initially I tried to start the game with one of my other OCs, but I just wasn't vibing with it and the class I started out as wasn't really working. So I started again and took Aiden from Code Vein (and my fic Raven Feathers) and plopped him into the Lands Between with the vague sort of idea that Some Tragedy has befallen Vein and he's looking for a place of refuge for the revenants, and that he's been traveling so long that he's been knocked back down to starting level. And then the game handed me spirit ashes and ideas started forming based on a revenant's final death in CV.

Anyways here's this crossover, enjoy. I might add more to it as I go, idk.
