Coffee is essentially derived from the Coffee Berry, which would be categorized as a fruit.
Therefore,
Coffee Is Hot Fruit Juice

Me: Man. I feel like garbage today. I'm thirsty and my head hurts and I'm just really foggy and sleepy. I wonder what's wrong...
Also me: -finds my coffee from this morning with only one sip taken out of it-
Me: Truly a mystery for the ages.

Diary of a Starbucks Barista one: Oleato
Since the new oleato drink is coming out, I want to explain all the different things about it. For example, the pronunciation: (all-e-ah-toe). It's a drink that comes with 1-2 presses of partanna extra virgin olive oil. Now I know how that sounds. Olive oil in coffee sounds pretty yucky. But it's actually quite good! I'd highly recommend the hot drink with toffee nut syrup or the golden cold foam on top of something like an iced cinnamon dolce latte. Now I'm not a personal fan of the iced shaken espresso oleato drink, however that's because I take a longer time to drink my drinks and I personally don't like toffee nut I iced drinks, it gives it an odd pepper taste. But if you have similar problems, then you can try something like the shaken espresso but sub for white mocha and shaken with either oatmilk or sweet cream! If you are a fan of sweet iced drinks, then you may really enjoy it! The golden cold foam is my personal fave. It gives a light banana smell and light in the flavor, I highly recommend it with cinnamon flavors. I haven't tried it yet, but I'd imagine the brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso would go lovely with it! And the hot drink tastes the least like olive oil and lasts the longest, even when I put it at my little baby kids temp, it properly emulsifies and only gets a little oil film after a couple hours. I'll probably update again after the official wave 2 launch, because currently I've only made the oleato drink for myself, but I'm excited to see what will catch on and will recommend new drinks when I see the trends emerging

Americans really don't know how to make good coffee. The amount of creamer, milk or syrups they add in it just makes coffee lack of it's real taste. Also, they make bad espresso and use bad roasted coffee beans.
'My black coffee tastes so bitterly and sour?'
I wonder why.
Just came back from Italy, and Italians espresso was the best thing I've ever had. This feels like true culture of coffee drinking, pure art of brewing coffee. I'll miss it so much until next trip.
Also, Starbucks is one of the worst franchise ever. Their coffee is watered so much, taste like bitter water. It really needs to be mixed with anything to taste like not complete shit, but price isn't worth it as well.
Support your local coffee shops, they're always much better.
