your parents weren't awfully religious or anything, but christmas was always a good excuse to invite every friend they had made over the course of the year and stuff them full of delicious mountains of food.

it was lucky your house was big and the guests were plentiful because that meant you could slip away unnoticed after hors d'oeuvres until the actual meal and toast. it was a yearly occurrence, and you were sure your parents had noticed by now, but they didn't seem to mind.

the only person who did notice and mind was satoru gojo.

you had spoken to him once, maybe twice if we're pushing it, and it was possibly the dullest conversation you had ever had in your life. it wasn't his fault, of course, your parents had pushed you two together since you were around the same age and year after year you would smile politely whenever you met and then go on your way.

but over the years you grew fond of him. he was quite loud and even if you didn't really talk to him, the way he held himself was attractive. you weren't going to sit there and lie. he was hot. there you said it, you admitted it. he was, is, attractive and maybe you are attracted to him. but even with this new acknowledgement you were still aware of how little of a chance you had with him. so you resorted to admiring him from afar.

you kept stealing glances at him while you walked around aimlessly, picking up small appetisers and nodding at strangers who greeted you as if you were their long lost child.

you both looked deathly bored from everyone else's perspective, and you truly were. it was the perfect time to leave, and so you did. but as you turned towards the stairs leading to your room his blindingly blue eyes caught yours and he mouthed 'take me with you.' and you obliged.

you were both sitting in the warm bedroom, you on the floor picking at the carpet and him on the bed, loosening his tie and pushing his shoes off as he held a pumpkin pastel in his mouth.

for a split second you almost wanted to lick the small crumbs around his mouth.

"pumpkin pastel?" he offered, taking it out of his mouth once both of his shoes were kicked off and he had found a comfortable spot on the bed.

"no, i'm fine."

"we haven't spoken in years. how is everything?"

"it's fine."

his mere presence was so aggravating. your stomach couldn't stop fluttering and the thoughts you were thinking were like those of a sheltered nun seeing a naked man for the first time. curious and lewd.

"dinner parties are so boring but at least the food is good."

it was quiet for a while. the crisp atmosphere felt too good to cut into so you just looked around the room pointlessly. until he broke that silence. he stood up and walked towards the doorway to inspect it, urging you to come with him.

"mistletoe." he stopped walking and turned around until you stood right next to him under the plant.

"must've been mum's idea..." you whispered. the silence was so deafening you felt that speaking normally would disturb it.

"you know what they say about mistletoe right?"

"no? what about it?" you suddenly became aware of just how close the two of you were. his hands in his pockets were so close to your waist. your chest almost touched his.

"they say that if you don't kiss under it you'll never get married."

"is that such a bad thing?" you said. the two of you were almost gasping for air as you spoke. you were glad you kept your mouth open because gojo took this as an invitation to kiss you.

his hand was stroking your side, cautiously reaching your chest, which he held and kneaded as his other hand pushed you into his own chest. it felt euphoric, almost like you'd never have to think again. he pulled back for just a second before running his hand up your back to unzip you.

your mother called; his mother called; yet you didn't part. the temperature in the doorway had risen but at least 10 degrees yet every trace of his fingertips on your bare back made you shiver. you felt close to tears because of how out of breath you were. you felt close to tears because of how good it all felt and because of how the coil in your stomach choked you.

his lips on yours, tongues tied, bodies pushed onto one another, the vibration of moans filling your mouths. it was the first time a kiss felt right.

At the @tmntstorycomp lobby, A Rat mutant, almost resembles Splinter, walk towards you. He stop just a few step infront of you, silently look at you up and down before pulling out a card.

This place has been a little overwhelming for Raph. He knows he looks like a wreck, but he's not sure how comfortable he is with someone who sounds just like his Shredder offering him help. He'll still take the card, but he doesn't know how useful it's gonna be.
