💄 (lipstick) - What does your oc think of their face? Do they have a positive or negative opinion? Do they wear makeup? Do they have a skincare routine? What traits do they like most about their face?

Dagger knows that he has a face that can draw people in and he can use that to his advantage and that's really all that matters, but he'd be hard pressed to keep it clean/bare. There's always makeup and paint on him. Always. Anything to distract from the fact that he is just human. He keeps all that black over his eyes and has different styles of "war paint" to look more intimidating. The sight of his own bare face reminds him too much of his past and he doesn't like it. He doesn't want to feel like anything besides "Dagger" and Dagger is a wraith and a monster and untouchable. He actually doesn't like to be conventionally ""handsome"". He hates the beauty world and its ideals. His favorite part of his face is the scar. Its ugly and it signifies his own proverbial rebirth and it tells the world that he will fight.

Do regular blood baths count as a skincare routine?

🍓 (strawberry) - Does your oc believe in anything? Are they superstitious? Religious? Atheistic? Has anything in their past made them this way?

He was raised baptist and was a choir boy in church when he was a kid and unfortunately a lot of that stuck around. He does believe in god and has a deep and genuine fear of burning in hell. This however does not stop him from the atrocities. If you get him drunk enough you'll hear him quoting bible verses and he still keeps his around from when he was a kid, though it gives him very little comfort (and mostly induces rage). A part of him genuinely seeks forgiveness for that things hes done but a larger part of him wants to spit in god's face for causing it all to happen, and in some kind of weird way is living the way he does just to spite him. So. It's complicated.

❗️(exclamation point) - What was the scariest moment of your character’s life? Does it still affect them?

Al's scariest moment was when her clan was attacked. She wasn't actually at the camp when it happened, but she could hear the gunshots and terror, and by the time she got back home most everyone was dead. She was so afraid they would come back she hid beneath the wreck of her trailer for the rest of the night. It still gives her nightmares.

"...well," astarion cleared his throat. subtle. "i'll be sure to point you their way if i happen to spot any."

"For many, not for all." Geralt's once simple gaze suddenly shifted when he noticed a moment's hesitation in the elf. An already observant gaze did truly begin to scrutinize Astarion, picking apart his appearance because he recognized that there might be something off with him. From how he spoke about the silver sword on the Witcher's back to how his eyes seemed to focus on the wolf medallion hanging from a pale neck.

Fortunately, his stoic expression didn't betray this change.

"Doubt you'll need to go through that effort," he commented. "I'm sure I'll spot them before you do but in the event I'm wrong be sure to say so. Might be able to make some coin during our travels."

In hindsight yeah, maybe Eden shouldn't have said that. Especially since it was a big fat fucking lie from the very beginning. In her defense she didn't think Chirssy would go and pick such a goddamn loser to wear as her arm candy when she said yeah girl, get back out there!

"Freezing people out is all I do. Thought you would have gotten the memo by now," Eden says. Arms crossed over her chest and her brows pulled together enough to crease her foundation on her forehead, this is very clearly more than her natural bitch face. She is officially pissed off. "Actually, hearing anything about Dylan's existence is excruciating for me. The fact that I'm getting daily updates about him now? Honestly, I think I'd rather volunteer for the Russian Sleep Experiment. Maybe I'd actually get something out of that if I survived."

"He's a braindead manchild still drooling and dragging his knuckles on the ground. And you want him?!" Her normally eerily even voice cracks a little bit with a small shriek at the end. "You're Chrissy fucking Cunningham- you can have anyone at Hawkins High you want! And you chose him? That's embarrassing." She sniffles a little bit. Surely her nose is only running cause her face is so hot it's melting whatever mucus was already in her nasal passage and not because she's about to cry. Talk about embarrassing. "It's social suicide enough being my friend. And when your mom's about to pass a fucking kidney stone over this, who do you think she's gonna make you drop? An idiotic asshole, or the white trash Satan worshiper?"

when rio and jeff find out that miles is spider-man, they worry about how much he's holding back from them. they both work in career fields that allow them to witness firsthand how being put in a situation like the one that miles is in can effect someone. after a few weeks of deliberating, they decide that giving him some extra support will ultimately be a good idea—they tell him that they want to get him an emotional support animal.

at first miles is unsure. he's not home unless it's a weekend, and it's not like he could house it in his dorm since it's not a service animal. being spider-man also steals away his evenings and nights. with all this in consideration they decide to get him a cat—void black with a single white marking around its nose and whiskers which he affectionately names milk—and somehow it works out. before long he's dropping by his parents' apartment at the end of his patrols to check in with her, and within a week milk begins to meet him at his bedroom window, same time every night. miles doesn't have the heart to leave after coming back, and so the routine sticks, with him falling asleep on his bed, still in his suit and milk curled up nearby. the following mornings will see him rushedly swinging across the skyline to make it to class on time, but it's worth it every time.

the rest of the gang adopt milk into their band as an honorary spider-person and insist that she is brought along to every get-together. milk puts up with all of the attention surprisingly well, and her favourite by far (besides miles) is pavitr—a fact that several of the group are extremely jealous of.

it's not long before miles realises that he can bring milk along with him to the spider society headquarters, which he immediately makes a habit of every weekend. miles asked to have a day pass collar made in advance of their first visit, which margo joyously got to work on and finished within a single hour. miles insists on taking photos of everyone petting milk, adding to an expanding collection in his phone gallery dedicated to milk that takes up at least half of his storage.

miguel takes one look at miles when he walks into his lab, sees milk curled up and sleeping away in the hood of his jacket, and realises that mayday now has competition in the department of 'cutest freeloader' around the hq. he resigns himself to the fact that the cat is now going to be yet another distraction, even as he ignores the flash of miles taking a photo when miguel scratches milk's chin.

6 - Tarlos. I write way too much fic about these idiots for them not to be on my list.

7 - Julia - I mean, Julia Child in general is just world class amazing, but this show is also just great.

8 - crew of Leverage. Am I cheating on all of these? Kinda.

9 - Diane Lockhart - I've been rewatching The Good Wife at the Gym and I had forgotten how much Diane Lockhart kicked ass. Also, as bonus points - Kalinda and Eli were phenomenal.
