Memphis, Tennessee, Tuesday, May 1953
"Say good night to your friend," Denise said as she opened the door. Cecelia blushed as Elvis coughed a little in an awkward silence, "Night...Mr. Presley," Denise said as he smiled,
 "Good Night Mrs, Denise,"
"Ms. Cecelia." He kissed her hand, and Cecelia blushed. She felt like a princess, "See you tomorrow, Mr. Presley." She swooned again, watching him walk away. Denise watched as her daughter waltzed in like a Disney princess, twirling and singing,
"So the drive in..."
"What about it," She asked, a pink rose behind her ear as she sniffed it,
"Did he try anything?"
"Oh no, he would never. We shared a burger, fries, and a soda. And We watched Dracula in the back of his car. Nothin' fishy!" Cecelia giggle. She had those stars in her eyes, she was in love with this boy, and Denise was worried,
"Your grandmother called. She said next month we'll be movin in and-"
We'll be moving three hours away..." Cecelia sighed, "I finally made friends who like me for me ... I didn't even tell Elvis I'm fallin' in love with him..." A tear rolled down her face. It broke her mother's heart.
"I think you should tell him everything."
"Everything..."
"Everything."
Memphis, Tennessee, Wednesday, May 1953
"Elvis!" Cecelia leaned over the counter at his job as he raced to her, "You ready to go prom shopping?" She asked in a whisper as he nodded. Today was a teacher work day, and Elvis spent it at work while Cecelia spent it repacking. She would miss Memphis. It felt like home and a sense of belonging, and when she looked at Elvis, she felt like she could do anything. Elvis could tell something was wrong. Her eyes were diming with a light, but he didn't want to press his luck with pushing her.
"Alright, I'm ready," Getting his keys, she followed him into his car. Elvis could hear her sniffling as she pressed her face against the window,
"Honey, are you okay..."
"I'm movin next month... And I don't wanna leave you 'cause I-" Cecelia cried as Elvis felt his heart shattered. Not from the news but from her tears,
"Where you movin to."
"Nashville..."
"That's only three hours away." He parked the car, "We can see each other on the weekends,"
"But..."
"I don't want you cryin'.'" He said as she hugged him, sobbing one more time on his shoulder. Drying her tears, he bumped his nose against hers as he made a funny face at her. Cecelia's laughter made his heart sing as his thumb touched her cheek,
"Feelin better?"
"Yeah." She took his hand as they walked into the dress shop,
 "May we help you..."
"Oh, I-I- uh, it's for her," Elvis said as Cecelia waved at the saleswoman,
"I see...So, relation to the gentleman?"
"He's my prom date." She said,
"Ms. Valmos, does your mother know he's white."
"Of course,"
"He's a cutie..." She smiled, picking dresses for her as Elvis sat waiting. Cecelia was in a tight mermaid gown. It was pretty, but she couldn't dance in it,
"So, sir, what do you think?" Elvis looked up as he saw Cecelia. The dress was beautiful, his heart stopped, and he was hypnotized.
 "It's u-uh..."
"You don't like it ..."
"No, I do, it's just..." He was lost for words. Her curves, her grace, her poise, he wanted to kiss her,
"I'll change..." she huffed as the saleswoman laughed. She knew the young man was flustered, but perhaps it was too much. Changing again, she was wearing a yellow dress with tule ruffles on it. She felt stupid in it already. Walking out, all she heard was Elvis in tears, laughing as he began to snort,
"I look like a sponge cake..." she groaned,
"But if you were a cake, I'd eat'cha!" Elvis then paused, "Wait, that don't sound right..."
"ELVIS!" Cecelia swatted at him playfully. He swatted back, laughing at her as she flopped on the floor, looking like a pineapple. As they finished up in the dress shop, the two continued walking down Beale Street as he held her hand,
"Say, Elvis, can I ask you something?" Cecelia asked as he was lost in thought.
"Shoot."
"So... Say hypothetically you have a friend who may be hypothetically related to a hypo-"
"I know..." Elvis smirked,
"You know what?"
"That you're famous." He said, shrugging his shoulders.
"How'd you..."
"You sing, you play guitar, your last name is Valmos, your mama has Grammys in her livin room, and I own some of your mama's records," He smiled at her as she blushed, hard embarrassed that he was so calm about it.
"So why didn't you treat me like everyone else?"
"Cause you're like everyone else, needin' a good friend and a great time," He twirled her as she laughed,
 "Well, thank you."
"For what."
"Treating me like I'm not famous,"
"Of course," He chuckled, picking her up bridal style and running,
"ELVIS!" She shouted, laughing. Maybe some things weren't hard when you found your soulmate.
Memphis, Tennessee, Saturday, May 1953
"Mama! Have you seen my bowtie!" Elvis asked as Gladys laughed, "It's right here." Vernon held it. It was a light pink bowtie that Gladys sewed. "We're gonna be late!" Gladys said as Elvis slicked his now fully jet-black hair back. He looked good. He smelled good, and he was ready to go. Walking out, Gladys and Vernon couldn't help but feel proud. He was going to prom, and next month, he'd graduate,
"Alright, everyone in the car!"
"I don't see why you're here..." Denise rolled her eyes as Alfonso looked at his ex-wife. Calpurnia sighed, shaking her head. This would be a long night, and there weren't enough old fashions to drink to keep her from wanting to hit them.
"I'm her father..."
"More like sperm donor,"
"Either knock it off or go upstairs and resolve that tension!" Calpurnia sighed, fixing her pearls, "It's your daughter's prom. She only gets this night once, and then God help us. She'll miraculously get married."
"And now look..." Midge moved as Cecelia looked into the vanity. She was a princess wearing a diamond necklace around her neck, and then there was her gown, a light pink with roses on the right side of her hip,
"Do you think he'll like it?"
"Sweetie, he'll love it. Oh, don't forget your shawl!" wrapping it around her as she smiled,
"Thanks, Midge,"
"Mrs. Denise, it's nice to see you. These are my parents!" Gladys and Vernon introduced themselves as they took notice of who they were, Alfonso was confused as to why there was a pimply white kid at the door, but Calpurnia found him cute.
"You must have the wrong hou-"
"Elvis, I'm-" Cecelia was stunned, his hair slicked back and his suit on with his bowtie the same color as her dress. He looked like a movie star, and her heart was beating out of her chest,
"Do you hear wedding bells..." Calpurnia asked,
"Planning it right now," Minnie said as she laughed.
"You look beautiful," taking her gloved hand in his.
"You two get together and take pictures!" Denise and Gladys said. As they laughed, Elvis and Cecelia had posed together, and they were miraculously photogenic, "Oh wait, I forgot the flower wrist thing!" Elvis ran to the car to get it as Cecelia ran to the fridge to get hers, pink roses for each,
"So... How long have they uh been dating?" Alfonso asked as Vernon shook his head,
"I don't think they've started."
After the pictures, the two drove to the Peabody Hotel. Elvis taken by its beauty, and Cecelia taken by his, "WOAH CECE!" Red smirked, waving her and Elvis over.
"You all look amazing!" Cecelia gushed as she held onto Elvis, who felt like the king of the world next to her,
"So, should we all head in?" Elvis asked. Getting the tickets out, he handed them to the student council, one of the girls looking Cecelia up and down,
"You all can go inside except her..."
"Excu-"
"Elvis, I got this," Cecelia smirked. "Do you not know who I am..."
"A colored girl wearing fake diamonds." the girl said.
"Well, no, sweetheart, I'm Cecelia Shanel Valmos, Daughter of Alfonso Reed and Denise Valmos... Granddaughter to Calpurnia Valmos." The young girl was speechless, "And as for these diamonds, they were a gift from Frank Sinatra." Elvis's friends looked at him in shock. They knew she looked familiar.
"I-I-I'm..."
"Sorry, apology accepted," Cecelia autographed the ticket stub for her, "Keep it. It'll be worth something someday." She smirked, taking Elvis by the arm. He was so going to ask her out tonight,
"Do you know who you told off..." Darla asked,
"No, but tell me?"
"The richest girl in the school!" Red said, "Well, second, 'cause you're the daughter of two music greats!? " He looked at Elvis, "DID YOU KNOW THAT!" Elvis nodded as he laughed,
"Knew it when I first saw her," Elvis smiled,
"So, are we friends with a famous person?" Betty asked,
"I put my petticoat on one leg at a time like you."
"Yeah, except it's like Dior or somethin."
"This ones, Lanksys." Cecelia shrugged as Elvis laughed, "If you excuse us!" taking Elvis by the hand as she smiled,
"You wanna dance?"
"Nah, I wanna stand by the wall. 'Course, I wanna dance!" He took her by the hand and began to swing her around the ballroom. The two were laughing and giggling like that night on Beale Street, and slowly, the knowledge knowing she'd be leaving this behind three hours away in Nashville was fading. Holding her close, Elvis couldn't help but take in her beauty. This was like a movie to him. He was an underdog who was wooing the girl he liked, his friends supporting him, and she was moving soon, which meant tonight had to be perfect. Elvis dipped her as she laughed, his eyes focusing on hers as he leaned in. She felt someone tap her on the shoulder as she looked up,
"Hi, sorry to bother you, Cecelia, but could you sing for us please!" Annette, the girl from the counter, said, Cecelia looked at Elvis as she shrugged,
"Why not."
"Uhm, hi! This is Annette Lynn, your student body President, and I have a treat for you!" She smiled as Cecelia watched her,
"So, A little chickadee told me. That we have a celebrity here... And she's going to sing for us." The students gasped, trying to see who it was, "So please give it up for my friend Cecelia Valmos!"
"Some friend?"
"Tell me about it, El..." She went to the stage as the students gasped, looking at the band,
"You cats know Money Honey?" the band nodded as she grabbed the guitar and sang. Elvis was by the stage watching as she sang. He was enchanted by her as she danced and looked at him, to think seeing a girl play guitar in a prom dress would change half of these students' lives,
Later that night, Elvis drove Cecelia home, both wanting to say something to the other. "Did you have a great prom?" Elvis asked. His hands had been shaking, and his knees were weak, "I did. I don't think I'll forget this. I mean, voted as the cutest couple, and losing prom Queen and King was funny." She laughed as Elvis agreed,
"I enjoyed dancing with you tonight, and your singin, and I'll miss you when you leave. Memphis won't be the same without cha..." he held her hand. There was a silent pause between them as she sighed,
"We still got the summer," She smiled,
"I" ll write ya." Elvis grinned,
"And I'll call ya!" Walking her to her door, she felt that this was the moment to tell him the last thing on her mind. "And we can see each other!" He smiled as he pulled her close. She was at the doorstep, as she blushed,
"Well, I guess I'll see you around..." he let go of her hand as she watched him walk away. Her heart sank until she opened her mouth and said,
"Elvis...I'm in love with you!"
Elvis stopped in his tracks, his stomach in knots and his heart fluttering. He couldn't speak, but he could show her how he felt. Running towards her, he grabbed her face and kissed her. It felt like warm honey on a biscuit, like sunshine, like her days of wonder were gone. Cecelia kissed him back, and to Elvis, it felt like the spring sun melting away a harsh winter. Pulling away from her, he rested his forehead on hers as she laughed,
"Can I tell you somethin..."
"Anything Elvis..."
"I'm in love with you too..."
"So... those outtings..." She mentioned as Elvis nodded,
"They were dates." He laughed as she grinned,
"I knew it!"
"So, are you two together or what!" Calpurnia said from th door frame as they blushed.

𝐖𝐇𝐎: Chrissy Cunningham & @gvrdenofedcn
𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓: Chrissy Cunningham & Eden Bingham u will always be famous!!
𝐖𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄: Hawkins Flower Shop!
Chrissy didn’t know what possessed her to step foot in the florist. Maybe it’s because the flowers outside looked pretty or maybe because she knew if she brought her mom an arrangement home that she’d be in Laura’s good graces for approximately twenty-four hours. Chrissy stepped inside, admiring what was all inside. Some arrangements were already put together, while there were bushels of flowers that had yet to be cut and put together. It looked like a delicate art, one that she didn’t know if she could master. Looking at one of the arrangements, lilacs and hothouse roses, she glanced up at the clerk.
“You’re new here,” Chrissy blurted, thinking out loud. To her, new people in Hawkins were a dime a dozen. There was a new kid maybe every few years, but people didn’t just come to Hawkins. Usually, they were leaving the county, not moving in. Chrissy didn’t know how long the clerk had been in Hawkins, less than two years she was sure of. What had she missed since being in that commune? Then she peeked out from behind the arrangement, a giant smile on her face. “I’m Chrissy.”

i won’t hesitate (for you) ch. 9
Jo is happy, at least she feels like she is. When someone from her past shows up, will her and her daughter’s world ever go back to normal? Or will things change for good?
Me? Updating? It's more likely than you think apparently. I struggled, s t r u g g l e d. through this chapter but I think the rest will come a bit easier. S/O to Ren for proofing the first half of this and to Nat for demanding the second half hahaha. Also I know that the plot for this whole child support thing is totally out of left field, but I'm going with the Grey's motto of "enough logic to be believable but probably not real world" so there's that. Anyways enjoy! PS: In the interest of me not sending myself to an early grave, there's no flashback in the beginning of this chapter!
+
“Can’t believe we have to go to court, this is a waste of my time and my good suit,” Alex grumbled as he tightened this tie. “I had to pull it out of the boxes and then get it dry cleaned, I should freaking bill her for this.”
“This’ll be over with in a few days and we can go back to our normal lives, well as normal as living in a loft overrun with cardboard boxes is,” Jo exited the bathroom and navigated around a stack of boxes before finally making it over to Alex, moving his hands and helping with his tie. “You look so handsome, if we didn’t have somewhere to be I would drag you back to bed.”
“Well our bed isn’t even here for you to drag me to,” Alex moved his lips to kiss along Jo’s neck, a soft giggle coming from her as he did so. “Movers are coming in 45 minutes and we have to be out the door in 15.”
“That’s enough time for a quickie in the bathroom,” Jo’s proposition caused Alex to pull back and look her up and down with an amused expression. “What? I’m seriously horny all the time and you look good in a suit. I can’t help all the hormones running through my body. In fact! It’s your fault for getting me pregnant!”
Alex rolled his eyes, pressing one last kiss to Jo’s lips before pulling back from her.
“If I remember correctly, there were two of us in that elevator,” grabbing his keys and coat, Alex held his hand out for Jo to grab. “And I wasn’t the one gasping and moaning and practically begging the whole time.”
“If you keep using verbs like that you’re gonna make us late,” Jo swatted at Alex’s ass before grabbing his outstretched hand, following him out of the loft.
As they locked the doors and headed downstairs, Alex let his hands fall to Jo’s growing bump, showcased by her form fitting black dress. At almost 18 weeks pregnant now, Jo couldn’t attempt to hide her bump anymore. She’d been nervous that her pregnancy would impact the court case one way or another, but Alex had reassured her that he just wanted her there with him, consequence be damned. Things had moved quickly though, and in the end, Jo had been called to testify as a character witness so her protests didn’t matter.
The speed of the case making it to court probably had something to do with the fact that Izzie hadn’t bothered to fly back home to file a claim, instead calling the first paternity lawyer she could find on google and starting up the legal process in Washington. While it was a minor relief that Alex wouldn’t have to split time between Seattle and Kansas, both he and Jo were worried about how seriously Izzie had taken things.
Getting into the car and pulling on her seatbelt, Jo begins to ramble nervously. “How’s this going to work? I mean… they’re not yours, right? How is Izzie even allowed to do this?”
A loud groan left Alex as he settled into the driver's seat of his car. He’d wondered the same thing, but he knew that him signing all those papers when he moved to Kansas three years ago had definitely helped Izzie’s case. Even back then, he’d thought in the back of his mind that he should have asked more questions, demanded a paternity test, but he hadn’t. All he could focus on were these two perfect children standing in front of him, children that he now knew weren’t even his. Alex’s blood began to boil with anger at the thought of Izzie lying to him for so long, but he let out a deep breath and began to drive towards the courthouse instead.
“I don’t know, but I saw those blood test results myself and there’s no damn way those kids are mine,” Jo’s fingers rubbed against Alex’s arm, calming him slightly. He looked to her briefly before speaking again. “I’m sorry you had to get dragged into this, I wish I could protect you from it all.”
He could feel Jo’s gaze on him as his eyes stayed on the road. Alex could almost hear her thinking of how much she wanted to make Izzie pay for what she’d done to him. He was almost certain that pregnant or not, she’d fight Izzie if she came at her again. As if reading his mind Jo let out a chuckle and squeezed his arm reassuringly.
“I’m a big girl, I can stand up to bullies on the playground,” Jo squeezed Alex’s arm once more before bringing her hand to rest on her growing bump. “Let’s just get through today, this isn’t going to go longer than a day once they figure out you’re not those kids dad.”
But it did end up lasting longer… Once they got to the courthouse, Alex realized with a sense of horror that Izzie wasn’t messing around. She had two lawyers and was wearing a dress that looked like it cost more than his paycheck. And she wasn’t holding back anything, her lawyers showed that loud and clear.
“My client went through multiple rounds of chemotherapy, there’s no possible way that she could conceive without the help of artificial insemination and the sample that Doctor Karev provided,” Izzie’s lawyer was a short, pudgy man whose voice echoed through the courtroom unforgivingly. “We’re asking for Doctor Karev to back pay child support for the three years he knew about and took parental responsibility for both children as well as therapy for the children in the wake of his sudden departure.”
“Your Honor, these claims are absurd! Doctors Karev and Stevens performed a blood test that showed that one of the children has a genetic disorder that neither of them have, meaning that if Doctor Stevens did indeed give birth to both children, that Doctor Karev could not be their biological father,” Alex’s lawyer fought back, eyeing Izzie and her lawyers as she spoke. “All we’re asking for is Doctor Karev to be released of all parental responsibility for both children and for Doctor Stevens to repay him the legal fees for these proceedings, as well as cover any other expenses he’s incurred while being involved in this trial.”
A quick and calculated silence followed the statement, Alex’s eyes flitting nervously from Izzie to her lawyer to Jo, who sat behind him with her hands nervously running over her bump. He’d seen Izzie watching her with a venomous expression earlier, Alex’s grip around her waist tightening as they’d shuffled into the courtroom.
“Your Honor, we’d like to call Doctor Josephine Brooke Karev to the stand before we proceed,” Izzie’s other lawyer, a tall woman named Eleanor Krause, stood and gestured towards the witness stand. She wore an almost permanent scowl on her thin face, her dark eyes staring menacingly around the courtroom. “I have a few questions for the other Doctor Karev.”
Jo rose and quietly made her way towards the stand, eyes meeting Alex’s briefly before swearing in and turning to face Miss Krause.
“Doctor Karev, are you and Doctor Alexander Michael Karev still married?”
“No we are currently divorced,” Jo’s voice was clear and stoic as she answered, staring directly at the lawyer questioning her. “We’ve been divorced for almost three years now.”
“And the dissolution of your marriage occurred when separated he moved to Kansas to be with Doctor Stevens?”
“Correct…,” then quickly adding, “after learning of their existence, Alex determined he needed to sever all ties with Seattle to be there completely for his children. At least who he thought were his children.”
Krause’s eyes lit up suddenly, a wicked smile appearing on her face as she stared down Jo. Alex could feel his stomach drop, knowing that whatever the woman was going to say next would not be friendly or civil.
“And you also have a child fathered by Doctor Alexander Michael Karev, is that right?”
“Yes, my daughter Harper Josephine Karev, who is two, and the child I’m carrying now are both Alex’s,” Jo’s brow furrowed, hand settling onto her abdomen as she watched the woman take a step closer to her. “I don’t see what that has to do with the case at hand though.”
“I just want to know if the other Doctor Karev paid you child support during your first pregnancy and the two years of your daughter’s life that he wasn’t present,” Krause’s voice was practically dripping with malice as she stared Jo down. “I mean, we are here to make sure that he’s doing his duty as a father, whether he’s in the same state as his children or not, right? So, has he been paying child support to you, Doctor Karev?”
Jo’s eyes flitted to Alex nervously, his own telling her that it was okay to tell the truth. To be honest, he was scared what Jo’s answer would affect in the case, but he knew that at the end of the day he wouldn’t have to pay a dime to Izzie because her kids were not his.
“No he hasn’t, but he didn’t know he had a daughter until four months ago,” Jo argued, turning momentarily to the judge. “He’s been a present and wonderful father since he’s known about Harper.”
“Doctor Karev, are you sure beyond a reasonable doubt that both of your children are indeed Alex’s children? Did you not have your daughter shortly after your now ex husband left you?”
“What’s the relevance here,” Alex’s lawyer finally stood and challenged the woman accosting Jo. “Doctor Josephine Karev’s children shouldn’t have any effect on her ex husband's child support case! It’s cruel and malicious to be questioning her like this on the stand.”
Alex turned to glare at Izzie, angered that she wore the same expression as her shifty lawyer. She knew about what Krause was plotting, he would put money on the fact that she’d planted the seed of whatever cruel idea it was in her head.
“I’m just questioning Doctor Alexander Karev’s intentions when it comes to his children, however many that may be,” Krause shrugged, eyes narrowing in Jo’s direction. “You’ve filed papers to move forward with adding Alexander to your daughter’s legal paperwork, is that correct?”
That all too familiar feeling of horror flooded Alex’s senses again, overtaking everything as he watched Jo answer affirmatively, her eyes moving to him again. There were tears welling up in them now, the fear he felt in the room spreading to her as well. His breathing hitched as he listened to Izzie’s lawyer prattle on once more, her biting voice breaking through his mental fog.
“I’d like to request a hold on any formal paternity proclamations concerning Doctor Alexander Michael Karev’s alleged children until their paternity can be confirmed via DNA testing,” Krause moved her line of sight to Jo once more, a sharp note ringing through the courtroom as she delivered her final, jarring blow. “I’d like to request that all four of Doctor Karev’s alleged children are tested, I believe that Josephine here is still well within the window to have an amniocentesis performed.”
“No, hell no!” Alex stood from his chair, eyes blazing as he stared down Krause. “I am not letting you poke and prod my wife just for a damn child support case, especially one she’s not directly involved in.”
Both Alex and his lawyer turned pleadingly towards the judge, who was eyeing both Izzie and Alex warily. He was never one to feel anxious, but he couldn’t help the worry mounting in his chest. Finally, the judge spoke, his words directed towards Izzie’s lawyers.
“How long would this process take?”
“If we proceeded with the amniocentesis, we’d have results in as soon as three weeks,” Krause’s eyes moved to Alex, a sick look of delight glowing in them. “If you’re uncomfortable with that though, we can draw this case out until the baby is born.”
“I’ll do it,” Jo’s voice rang out before anyone else could answer, making all eyes in the courtroom turn to her. Alex felt his heart constrict as he watched her speak. “I’ll do the amnio, I don’t mind.”
“With Doctor Josephine Karev’s confirmation, I’m adjourning this case until the DNA results for Alexis Isobel Stevens, Eli George Stevens, Harper Josephine Karev, and Doctor Josephine Karev’s unborn child come back. Court adjourned, you may leave now,” the judge rose and left the courtroom quickly, not bothering to witness the pure mayhem that descended upon the room.
“You did this on purpose,” Alex was up and out of his seat before anyone could stop him, feet heading towards Izzie who wore a smug expression as she looked him over. “You disgust me, you’ve weaponized your own children against me and now you’re trying to jeopardize the health of my unborn child and wife?”
“I don’t know what you’re talking about Alex,” Izzie batted her eyelashes in Alex’s direction, her self satisfied smirk growing as she watched him become more angry. “Looking forward to seeing you again!”
Before he could respond to Izzie, a gentle hand pressed into Alex’s back and ushered him towards the exit. Jo’s presence, even if he hadn’t looked into her eyes yet, was an instant calming effect over him.
As soon as they stepped into the hallway, Jo and Alex were in each other’s embrace, steadying breaths matching the others as they tried to come to terms with what had just happened. Her face pressed against his chest, Alex could feel the slow shuddering breaths that left Jo as he held her. He knew the questions Izzie's lawyer had posed were ones that were a sore spot for Jo, ones she’d begged him not to believe as she’d cried into his arms just a few weeks earlier.
“Just one punch,” Jo mumbled the words against Alex’s chest, looking up to make sure he heard her. “Please? I just wanna punch her one time.”
Alex chuckled, looking down at Jo with a glint in his eye, “You know I can’t let you do that, even though it would make me happier than I care to admit.”
“You kept calling me your wife in there,” Jo pressed her hands against the lapels of Alex’s suit, avoiding his stare as she fixed her gaze on her hands. “I don’t hate hearing you say that again.”
The words made Alex’s heart stutter under Jo’s gentle touch, his mind racing as he took in fully what she was saying. Did she really want to be his wife again? After years of him being away, of her raising their daughter on her own? After he had all but abandoned her and told her via letter?
Watching Jo for another moment, Alex brought his fingers under her chin and met her eyes, “You wanna marry me again? After all the shit we’ve been through?”
“For some reason I do, you make me better,” Jo finally lifted her gaze back to Alex’s face, eyes welling with tears as she spoke. “You’ve given me the best things in my life, you’ve made me a better person. And if we can get through some of the things that have been thrown at us, then I truly think we can get through everything. I love you Alex, more than I can ever say to you. I know you think you’ve fucked up, but through the past few months you’ve shown me how much you’ve grown.”
Not knowing what to say, Alex leaned down and captured Jo’s lips with his own. If there was one thing that was almost always blaringly clear for him, it was that he didn’t deserve the woman in his arms. He couldn’t begin to fathom how much it had taken to forgive him, to even trust him again after what he’d done. But just as she’d always done, Jo saw him for who he really was underneath all of his layers of bullshit.
“We can go right now, we are in the courthouse,” Alex joked, prompting Jo to roll her eyes and gently slap his chest before walking towards the exit. “What? Not a funny joke? We had fun last time and the SUV has a bigger backseat than the Audi did.” “Mmm yeah, you know we made a baby that night, right?,” Jo raised her eyebrows, a mischievous grin lighting up her face as she took in Alex’s shocked expression. “You have really good luck, you know? You made one baby in the backseat of a car and another on the floor of an elevator.”
A peel of laughter escaped Jo as she tried to unsuccessfully move away from Alex’s grip on her hips, instead falling back into his arms as his lips grazed her neck.
“You’re gonna be the death of me, woman,” Alex whispered the words as he turned Jo around in his arms. “Weren’t you just trying to jump me in the bathroom a few hours ago? Is the car not up to your standards?”
“No, I’m just thinking that Link is keeping Harper overnight and our bed probably got to the new house already,” Jo smirked in satisfaction at the dark look that fell over Alex’s eyes at her suggestion. “Now's as good a time as any to start christening the place. Unless you can’t keep up with a younger woman?”
“Josephine Karev, you know I can keep up with you any day of the week,” Alex’s lips ghosted Jo’s ear as he lowered his voice, pressing her closer to him and making his aroused state perfectly clear for her. “Let’s go, before we have no choice but to finish things up in the car.”
+
Twenty four hours after leaving the courthouse, Alex and Jo find themselves in an exam room on the OB floor. With the amniocentesis being court ordered and both of them wanting to get things over as quickly as possible, they’d booked the first appointment that was available.
“How are you not nervous,” Alex sat beside Jo, her hand in his as Carina ran an ultrasound wand over Jo’s stomach. “I mean I’m not trying to make you nervous, but you know what happens here!”
“Can’t be any worse than a 15 hour unmedicated labor that ended with a 9 pound baby making its way out of your vagina,” Jo shrugged, Carina chuckling quietly next to her. “I came up with some very interesting curse words that day.”
Alex and Jo both watched the ultrasound screen intently, their baby reaching one leg up to kick at the probe. Carina furrowed her brow, watching the baby move languidly on the screen, “You’re going to have to get them to calm down, I cannot go in while they’re kicking all around like that.”
“Talk to them, they always calm down when you talk to them,” Jo turned to Alex and raised her eyebrows. “Go on! I don’t have all day to lay here Alex.” Alex looked between Jo and Carina before leaning down and speaking in the same mellow tone that Jo had become so used to hearing while they laid in bed at night, “Hey kiddo, you gotta slow down in there. Your mom and I are tangled up in this stupid ass thing-”
“Alex!”
“And we’d really appreciate it if you cooperated so we could get this done,” Alex glanced to the ultrasound screen, noticing that the erratic movements had lessened and the baby had calmed. “See, that’s more like it. You know your sister is very excited to meet you, she keeps running around talking about how she’s gonna be a ‘big shitser’ which is super adorable if not the most inappropriate thing to come out of a two year olds mouth.
“She wants to name you Elsa or Hei Hei, those are the options I was presented with a few nights ago anyways. I don’t think she really gets it, but she’s gonna be great,” Jo’s eyes closed quickly as Carina pulled out the needle, her hand squeezing Alex’s. “Okay you gotta be super still now, mom’s got a big needle in her-”
“You are not helping me, Alex.” “And she’s all done! Look at that, easy peasy,” Alex pressed a kiss to Jo’s forehead, following the once again active baby on the screen. “Hey look at that, baby’s flashing us!”
Jo sat up quickly, eyes scanning the screen as well with a laugh, “Well that’s one way to do a gender reveal.”
Alex leaned up to kiss Jo, laughter bubbling from both of them as they let the realization sink in. They had a house, they had two healthy kids, they had the promise of a great big future ahead of them. Court case be damned, they were happy and things were going right between them for once.

The intern rapped his hands against the firmly-polished mahogany door. His hands combed through his swooped blonde hair as he heard a soft voice say, “Come in.”
He opened the door, wincing at the slight squeak the hinges gave. His stance relaxed as he saw the woman give him a kind smile. “What can I help you with, Phillip?”
“Well, Ms. (Last Name), we have another case we need you to work on,” He stated firmly.
“Okay, show me what’ cha got,” She chided. Her bright (e/c) eyes dimed as a thin case file was slammed on the desk. She lifted one of the folds only to find a maximum of three pages hidden underneath. She sat straight up as she looked at the intern.
“You’ve got to be kidding me, Phillip.” The blonde man straightened his stature as he looked at the woman. Her demeanor had turned cold, her expression turned sour. He was completely knowledgeable of her slight no-shit attitude.
She just sighed as Phillip stayed there, more frozen than Antarctica in winter. She was completely done with being undermined in this department. She had skills, but they had always set her up to fail. 'I am a prodigy, damn it!'
She looked up at the boy and groaned. “What’s the mission?”
He straightened. “You’ll be a night watchman at Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza. You need to find out why all these nightguards are disappearing.” His voice became strained as he looked at her. Her face was pale and her body stiffened. Everyone had heard about the rumors around that place. It was enough to make the prodigy detective shrink in her seat.
“You. Want me. To go there. With no backup?” At this point, she had gotten out of her chair and had backed him into the wall. He shakily nodded his head.
“U-Unless you don’t want to.” He stuttered. She just sighed and shook her head.
“Don't’ worry about it. I’ll handle this.” She walked over to the coat-rack next to the door. She grabbed her coat and hat and put her hand on the doorknob. Pausing, she turned back to look at the intern, one hand on the knob, the other gripping tightly to the file.
“Make sure they know I’m doing this. Alone.” The intern winced as the door slammed shut.
You shivered as you walked back to your apartment, your coat tightly wrapped around you. Your mood turned even more sour than before, as you had forgotten your knitted hat at home. The hat you were wearing was only for fashion-sake.
You looked in a frozen puddle on the ground.
“I even look like a detective! Why can’t they see that?” You stomped, making the puddle shatter into a mixture of beautiful shards. You could see multiple of you as your face burned in anger. You started to speedwalk home. You looked down at the case file. 'I wonder what’s in this thing?'
You walked into the lobby, being looked at by strangers and neighbors as you walked into the elevator. You didn’t blame them, though. You looked like a wet cat. You pressed the button for your floor, but then noticed a tall, older man standing next to you.
He had scruffy brown hair and some stubble growing on his face. He stood a little too close for comfort to you, despite there being ample room in the elevator.
“What floor are you going to?” You asked politely.
“Number 23,” He responded. You pressed the corresponding button and then moved slightly away from him. He chuckled, seemingly noticing your discomfort but doing nothing to erase the tension. Instead, he decided to engage in a bit of small talk.
“My name is David Miller. How about you ma'am?” He asked politely. You smiled uncomfortably.
“My name is (Your Name) (Last Name). Are you new here? I’ve never seen you around.” You asked.
“I am indeed new here, ma'am. Just moved here from the next town over.” He adjusted his sleeve cuffs absentmindedly.
“Oh! What do you do?” You said, your smile becoming a bit more genuine.
“I’m a technician at a pizzeria. You might have heard of it. It’s Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza.” You froze. ‘I could be talking to a suspect!’ You instantly went into detective mode.
“Really? That place is pretty creepy. Don't you think?” He just chuckles.
“It is, but you get used to it. Now, what do you do?” You adjusted your coat as you cleared your throat.
“Well, I got fired from my last job and am looking for another one.” You lied. He just looked at you and gave a slightly creepy smile.
“Well, we do have an open position at the restaurant.” You made a fake excited grin.
“Really! What is it?” You chuckled. “I’m kind of desperate for a job if you didn’t notice.”
“It’s the nightshift. Kind of perfect if you ask me. You get to watch over the robots for a few hours at night and then have the whole rest of the day to yourself. It must be magnificent.”
“Whoa, that sounds perfect. I usually want to spend the day with my friends anyways. That’s actually where I’m going! I’m visiting a friend of mine, Alex. He lives here.” You lied.
Alex was your neighbor and a good friend of yours. He was intelligent but could be slightly wimpy. You slyly smirked to yourself. You honestly didn’t want Dave to know that you lived here.
“Ooo! A boyfriend, perhaps?” Your face turned scarlet as the man chuckled.
“No way! I mean, he’s cute and all, but not my type.” Dave chuckled.
You both were interrupted by a chime, signalizing that it had hit your floor. You turned to Dave and gave him a polite smile.
“Here’s my stop! I’ll see you around!” You stepped out and gave a friendly wave.
“Of course, ma’am.” You turned around and the elevator closed. When he knew you weren’t looking Dave gave a horrific grin.
“Foolish girl.”
You couldn’t believe you might have gotten a lead suspect already. Dave was creepy and not good at hiding his serial-killer esque personality. You had a feeling he might be behind this whole 'nightguard going missing' situation but weren’t one-hundred percent sure.
But you knew you could get the job easier. Maybe the man could even assist you. You took out your keys, finally recognizing the headache you had from the cold weather. You’d have to take some medicine for that later.
You opened the door and hung up your hat and coat, only to find a furry friend nuzzle your feet. You looked down and smiled.
“Hello, Milo.” You smiled down at your tabby cat. He nuzzled into your leg as you grabbed him and brought him up to your face and smiled.
“Did you miss me?” He meowed in response, jumping from your hands to the top of your head, where he curled up into a ball. You chuckled and walked into the kitchen to get yourself some water. You struggled to reach the glass cups in the cupboard and decided to just go for one of the plastic ones in the drawer. ‘Why do the cupboards have to be made for tall people!’
You walked over to your cabinet to look around for the ibuprofen, sighing and just closing the cabinet, only to find the ibuprofen on the counter. ‘Okay, first the cupboards. And now my damn medicine is bouncing around like the Annabelle doll!’
You popped the child-safety cap off of the container and poured some tablets into your hand, accidentally getting too many. You put all but two back and then swallowed them, instantly washing the dryness down with a cold cup of water.
You walked through the hallway to get to your dainty little bedroom, ignoring the creaks in the floorboards as you observed some of the pictures on the wall that your parents had sent you one lonely weekend. You remember that you still had most of the older photos in the closet, basically just dumping them there until you got the time to sort through them all.
‘I’ll go through them after this whole Fazbear business is done,’ you decided to yourself. You walked into your room, covering your ears as your door slammed against the wall. You groaned. You jumped onto your bed, cozying up into the comforter. ‘Yeah, I should probably take a shower.’
Your eyes squinted as you opened the call app on your cell phone. Your phone shined as you went to turn down the brightness.
You looked at the number you had to enter. ‘1-888-FAZ-FAZBEAR.’ You slightly hesitated before you finally pressed the call button. Your heart pounded faster as the phone rang out in your silent, empty apartment. Milo nuzzled into your leg as you sat crisscrossed on the couch. You rubbed your temples as you put a pair of reading glasses on. The frames were black, a staple fashion piece if you had to say so yourself. They gave you an intelligent and cunning look.
You were interrupted from your thoughts by another voice coming out from the other line.
“This is Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza. How may I help you?” a sweet older woman asked.
You got out your notepad and pen and started jotting down about this woman. ‘Maybe another suspect.’
“Hi! My name is (Your Name) (Last Name). I’m was looking at the open position that you guys have online. The night shift, I think it was?” You said kindly.
The woman seemed to pause as her voice turned to a whisper. “Are you sure you want to do that, sweet pea? The night shift doesn't seem like a job for such a sweet-sounding young lady.” You internally scoffed at the seemingly sexist remark, but you knew she was just being polite, so you put on your sweetest voice.
“Don’t worry, ma’am. I can handle it!” You heard her sigh.
“Okay, I’ll get you an appointment with my husband.”
‘Oh shit!’ You weren’t just talking to anyone. This was Dorothy Emily, the owner’s wife.
Your voice practically grew three times sweeter. “That would be amazing, ma’am! Thank you so much. “ You could practically picture her frown.
“No problem, dear... How’s tomorrow at 10?” Your grin grew wide.
“Perfect! Thank you again.” You were about to cheer.
“Goodbye… dear.” The line hung up as you dialed down your cheer, your face contorting from happiness and excitement into a look of terror. ‘Why did that sound so… ominous?'
You brushed it off as you looked down at the kitten sleeping in your lap. You kindly smiled and pet his fur, hearing an almost silent purr come from the content kitten. You then looked up at the tons of papers and notes you had compiled about the case. One, in particular, sparked your interest. It was a fairly old newspaper, but its words spoke volumes about what you could be going up against.
“Kids vanish at local pizzeria – bodies not found. Two local children were reportedly lured into a back room during the late hours of operation at Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza on the night of June 26th. While video surveillance identified the man responsibly and led to his capture the following morning, the children themselves were never found and are presumed dead. “
“Police think that the suspect dressed as a company mascot to earn the children’s trust.”
“Five children now reported missing. Suspect convicted. Five children are now linked to the incident at Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza, where a man dressed as a cartoon mascot lured then into a back room. While the suspect has been charged, the bodies themselves were never found. Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza has been fighting an uphill battle ever since to convince families to return to the pizzeria. ‘It’s a tragedy.’”
“Local pizzeria threatened with shutdown over sanitation. Local pizzeria, Freddy-Fazbear’s Pizza has been threatened again with shutdown by the health department over reports of a foul odor coming from the much-loved animal mascots.
Police were contacted when parents reportedly noticed what appeared to be blood and mucus around the eyes and mouths of the mascots. One parent likened them to ‘reanimated carcasses’.”
“Local pizzeria said to close by years end. After a long struggle to stay in business after the tragedy that took place there many years ago, Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza has announced that it will close by year’s end. Despite a year-long search for a buyer, companies seem unwilling to be associated with the company. ‘These characters will live on. In the hearts of kids - these characters will live on.’ -CEO”
Either the pizzeria never closed, or it had a reopening. But this was suspicious for several reasons. First of all, you had looked through there code and saw that they would clean up to the premise of a crime scene before police got there. That was probably why they put you on the case. ‘They probably put me on the case because of my prodigy skills.’
Okay, okay now. Stop being cocky. You would have to see what all of this was about at your shift. You looked down at the sleeping cat. ‘Tomorrow.’
You grabbed a soft knitted blue blanket and finally, after a long day of paperwork fell asleep.

Admittedly, I’m Hard to See
Fandom: Beetlejuice the Musical Chapters: 1/? Pairing: Beetlejuice x OC (Holidae) The Players: Beetlejuice, Lydia Deetz, Holidae Bell Word Count: 1,305 Warnings: Not at this time, but we’ll say M for Language
Notes:
I apologize in advance... for the whole thing. It’s been a minute since I wrote things I felt like posting. 8D
In Which a Stage is Set
It was a weird house.
There were the obvious architectural modifications that made the tri-level craftsman become a modernist nightmare, sure, but there was something else. A vibe, however trite the word had become lately. This aura of unsettling that washed over the place in waves. Even the oddly barren trees and dead grass reflected the "obviously haunted" house look it may or may not have been trying to go for.
Then again, knowing Lydia Deetz, it might have been very intentional.
The aforementioned woman hopped out of the passenger side of the small u-haul truck, stretching her arms upward with a satisfying pop. Even though it had only been since the previous weekend since she had visited her old home, it still always felt like a new experience coming back to the house. Her stepmother was always rearranging the furniture or painting the walls some awful color scheme. Nothing she ever picked would ever be Pantone color of the year, so to speak. Because of Delia's habit of switching design schemes on a dime, the house was always in a state of what the artsy woman called "new flux".
Ever since the Maitlands had gone to their permanent home in the Neitherworld, Delia had been free to let her creative juices flow out into the rest of the house, not just the upstairs area they had allowed her to express herself upon.
Hearing the drive side door open and shut heavily, Lydia turned her attention back to her traveling companion, gesturing to the house in a "ta-da" motion.
"Well? Better in glorious technicolor right?" Lydia walked to the back of the truck to unlatch the lock. "Better than the black and white study at the last show?"
"Glorious isn't... isn't the word. Visually distressing is more accurate. Why the extra wall facade tacked on like that?" The other woman replied.
"Delia", Lydia replied.
There was a nod of understanding, "Explains so much."
Both girls were similar in terms of their lack-of height, but that's where the physical similarities started to pair off. Lydia Deetz was petite and dressed like a fancy little doll stuffed onto the rack of thrift shop; a look she had perfected over the years to a fine science. The other woman, a one Miss Holidae Bell, had a good several pounds on Lydia; choosing to hide her shapely form under ratty jeans and a well-worn, baggy sweater.
Holidae ran a hand through her bobbed, chestnut colored hair, staring up at the house. Her friend was right; seeing it in person was completely different than the photography showcase they hosted last month at the art gallery. Or having lived vicariously through the vivid descriptions late nights in their small college dormitory, a pastime they often shared every time Lydia came back from her home visits.
Sudden movement in a tiny attic window caught her attention, her head tilting forward as she stood on her tiptoes in a attempt to see better.
"Hey Lyddy, didn't you say your parents left yesterday?" Without taking her eyes off the window, Holidae reached out to the side to grab the suitcase she was handed.
Lydia was digging around in her bag for the house keys, "Yep. The 8:20am to Rome."
Holidae jerked her head toward the attic, "Something's moving around upstairs."
Fumbling suddenly with the keys, the other girl shook her head, "Couldn't be... oh, maybe they left a door open! Bad drafts upstairs. Plays up the whole haunted house look, wouldn't you say?"
Lydia's oddly fast reply didn't go unnoticed by Holidae, "Huh. I suppose so. Irresponsible though, what if someone got in and robbed the place?"
"It's Delia. I was lucky to get the spare key set before they made it to the airport." Dragging a heavy suitcase up the gravel walkway, Lydia approached the front door to unlock it.
Holidae stood watching the window for a few more moments before following suit, unable to pinpoint the feeling that her friend was being a little shifty. Maybe Lydia had been truthful during her late night ghost stories about dancing around in the air, or her photos of "ghosts" she took when she was younger. Holidae always chalked it up to her friend's penchant for the bizarre, but it wasn't as though Holidae herself was a skeptic about the supernatural. It was one of the reasons the girls had bonded so quickly as roommates.
There was never any judgement made about one or the other's eccentric qualities. Just a casual acceptance that well, that's how they are. No harm done. No questions asked.
Well, Holidae thought as she crossed the threshold into the house proper, it would make for an interesting occupancy.
As both women made their way into the relatively normal - for a change - footprint of the house, a pang of guilt struck Lydia deep in her chest. She didn't like lying to Holidae, but certain facts about the home's... other guest... weren't something to be discussed within the first few minutes into the house.
Breakfast, maybe?
Or never?
She doubted she could really get away with keeping the attic's occupant a secret for the long term; he wouldn't stay quiet with someone new in the house.
The other occupant was less of a guest and more of a very permanent resident. It's the unfortunate result of not reading the handbook thoroughly, Juno had told him; not that she encouraged him to read the thing cover to cover. The less he knew, the more she could ignore him.
Beetlejuice watched from the attic window; a thin trail of smoke rising from the cigarette he just lit up. Lydia, his best bestest friend in this world or beyond, had done her best to explain the new housing situation to him. Truthfully, he may or may not have zoned out during the conversation, but he got the gist of what she was trying to say.
No, she is not some breather replacement best friend.
I will of course come and talk to you all the time!
Just be good... please?
Don't scare Holli or so HELP ME, BJ-
Things like that. Like he was some little kid.
...that last point was probably high up on Lydia's priority list, but not so much on his.
He took a drag off the cigarette, trying to eavesdrop on the conversation below. Lydia had accurately described Holidae's appearance, he mused, must be a photographer thing. Thicker build than the waif-like Lydia - which was something she had not imparted to him fully - but he was infinitely thankful for the surprise. Meat on a breather was something he had admitted to himself he was keen on, not that he would turn any sort of partner down based on looks. He was an equal opportunity demon, after all.
Beetlejuice's face broke out in a very wide grin when he noticed Holidae staring upward, and he waved just for kicks, "Oh-ho, you're going to be too much fun, aren't you?"
He pressed his face comically hard against the window glass, banging on the frame as hard as he could. Holidae was still staring, meaning something he was doing was getting through to her. Sure, Lydia could always see and converse with him with ease, and that was something uniquely special about his friend. It would make sense that she would find another living soul that had the same affinity for the strange and unusual to pal around with when she wasn't hanging out with him. Just how strange was yet to be determined.
Stamping out the cigarette, he wandered back to the center of his little attic space, "Might as well get the introductions out of the way. Would hate to be a poor host."
With a small puff of smoke, he disappeared into lower floor of the house.

FULL NAME ► Nicholas “Nick” Alexander De Los Santos AGE ► Twenty Two GRADE ► Junior MAJOR ► Business Management ROOMMATE ► Elliot Turner
A B O U T:
+ adaptable, fearless, loyal -  quick-tempered, cynical, foolhardy
►THE GENIUS BRUISER - a physically strong character who is more than capable of holding their own, who also is incredibly intelligent and knows it. their brain is one of their strongest assets, along with their ability to defend themselves.
H E A D C A N O N S:
(TW: Drugs) Born to Leticia De Los Santos and an absentee father, Nick was raised in a slum in Etobicoke (Southside Toronto). His mother is a drug addict which led to her neglecting both him and his twin sister, Remi. At the age of 10, he was providing for them (clean laundry, proper hygiene, alarm clocks for school and nickel-and-diming meals) the best that he could.
(TW: Violence) In exchange for her fixes, his mother would force him to sit with Remi inside her bedroom closet whilst she had strangers coming and going all hours of the night. When he was 11, he came running to his mother’s woeful cries when a client was too rough, resulting in his first scar (the left corner of his mouth) when a broken beer bottle was used in retaliation in his attempt to save her.
(TW: Violence) His second scar was the result of an alcohol infused fight between him and another kid from the neighborhood when he was 12, in which Nick was stabbed in the abdomen. Upon his release from the hospital, he was charged with public intoxication, underage consumption and unruliness and sentenced to 30 days in a juvenile detention center where he met a 14-year-old Kyle.
Their bond was instant, and Kyle demanded that Nick be able to leave with him. After some convincing, Clay Middleton spoke briefly to Nick’s mother on the telephone and was allowed to sign him out. Nick had divulged some things about his home life to Kyle, and that same night, he was taken to the Middletons where he met a 10-year-old Jenna.
(TW: Rape) Nick was 14 when he boosted his first car. It was then that he lost his virginity, too. He had gone along with Remi’s idea to visit their mother against his better judgement, eventually succumbing to what he thought was sleep, coming to without memory of what had happened the previous night. The course of the next few days would lead him back to Leticia after he realized that he had been raped, Nick’s anger getting the best of him. He had blacked out, advancing on the woman that had given birth to him, hands squeezing her throat and Remi pleading for him to stop. His twin sister saved their mother’s life that day. Nick hasn’t looked back since then.
On their 15th birthday, Remi introduced him to Tori Santamaria. The girls had become fast friends after they had been enrolled at Degrassi. Nick had never had to think twice about anything in his life ─ but he couldn’t even remember his name to give to the exquisite beauty. He had never believed in love at first sight, but Tori flipped his world upside-down. She was the first person other than his family who he trusted. There wasn’t anything that he felt was on a need-to-know basis with her. He gave her everything ─ including his virginity, once he had accepted that what had happened with his mother’s friend didn’t count.
(TW: Violence) Graduating was one of the hardest things that Nick has ever done. He’s smart but impulsive. His short fuse is notorious for landing him in bad spots. High school was no exception. He was regularly in detention and detained once after a fight that escalated because another student told Jenna that he was a charity case. Nick broke their wrist.
He’s fluent in Spanish.
His birthday is May 4th.
Nick isn’t Clay’s son, but his wife checks in with him as often as he permits her to. At 22, he’s business partners with Audrey. She owns half of his nightclub ─ Club NV. Her only stipulation was that he attend Crestmont.
C O N N E C T I O N S:
► Jenna Middleton (adoptive-sibling) — He’s her protector. It was signed, sealed and delivered the moment that she flung herself into his arms when they were little. He’s been with her through every heartbreak, giving up Tyson, the death of her father and the birth of their sister. Jenna never shone hesitation since the day that Kyle brought him home 10 years ago, embracing him fully, and they love each other fiercely.
► Tori Santamaria (wife) — He remembered how snowflakes clung delicately to her rebel curls and melted against her sun-kissed skin. The Christmas lights that surrounded the ice rink danced brightly in her chocolaty orbs, and Nick asked her to marry him, promising to love her and take care of her for however long he had left of his life. He carries around the regret of their failed marriage, and he’s determined to win back her heart.
► Amelia Rosenburg (twin flame) — Twin flames are two people who were split into different bodies but share the same soul. Nick and Lia’s friendship give it definition. They know eachother inside and out, and he can’t remember a time when she hasn’t been an absolute constant in his life; a confidant; his keeper; and on rare occasions his backbone. She’s Bonnie to his Clyde.
► Drew Torres (close friends) — Drew is Nick’s best friend despite their demanding schedules. They met in high school, hanging with the same crowds and sometimes falling apart, but friendships are real bro shit to Nick. Anytime Drew needs him, he’s there, never asking for explanations as to why X-amount time has come and gone since they last spoke, and when they’re together, they don’t miss a beat. Their only conflict ( unknowing to Nick ) is Jenna. She’s off limits to all of her brother’s friends, and he made it law from the get-go. Sometimes matters of the heart ( or in Drew and Jenna’s case ─ matters of desire and neediness ) trump the trust of your best friend. Could this cause a permanent rift between them?

The Brick of many cities fall
I know how to dance, as 1 woman was caught saying she hates kebi kiddish dance, dancing like kangaroo, women its just this way like, kinda, on his tip toe and the hands swinging on air. Najua kudance danshi- Read between the lines bro
Port of Mombasa will be no more cause it serves the hinterland like Uganda, Congo, Rwanda and Burundi, where such goods as machine parts heavy, phones, Home appliances and farming machines including fertilizer forms the bulk of imports as well as electric accessories like bulbs and switches which if every nation has learnt to make the same such exports and imports atrophies as Uganda exports are mined minerals like copper to China and Japan which know they know how to make artificially and including soda ash and gold. So it can handle like 10% of the originally handle goods as same to its profit portfolio to cut on jobs on port and on trucks carrying such to reduce driver and off-loading crew jobs. Mombasa and coast will be no-more bearing the fact of E-cargo drone explained below. As those nations who will have the day are of few population when they have learnt to make what they used not produce
Moch and Mag kikamaki, nisikushike, let me not caught u up, u will get to know me, i have given ya 1/10 and even Robinson and Minaj, i will be looking at ya with 1 eye wide opened while my thing not out, will be out as only 1 inch out of the 15 Cm whole part as vigorously i will be on ya top like the needle bar of charani b4 i get out altogether, changing my twist as reaching 4 places u know not as hitting this side and that side as the pussy corners, down and up parts b4 i change my mind and hit the middle now almost removing the whole my thing but not yet, until i hurl my thick lower saliva into ya thing- thup thup thup yaani mala tatu to rest on ya until u push me away all my back and booty laden not with moisture but sweet to affirm i have missed such a thing with ya. Girl cheers as we will be giving into cry as if a hen cut on the throat 1st given chance to do the same awaiting full metamorphosis of such process above
Kinda, when all dubious ways to every nation is blocked and reality surface so they dont continue doing their absurdities like with Kid/mother DNA results, you see a hand of some1 like kebi trying to push the likes of rude dignitaries like Trumputin, may, obama and any fellow doing the same as above to stop or stay away when nearing a cliff lest they fall and die or break their appendages. This signal Russia saying they got big land to bar other dubious nations from reaching the same to below the earth crust to destroy it or use it against humanity as explained below and they have to cheat the world with circumnavigation history to delude them not to undertake such motives as keep them in the dark as well as with they could dig oil and hell lands from below to bring us repercussions as now we know but alas the dredger is handy, can do that even in their lands to reach yours but luck we are we got the WiFi camera and cabled camera to check the same. So they must stop as the link of this song guide us dude

Houses and premises above that can be targeted as well can have the above cameras below the crust at a fee or b4 building the same, u place alarm wires and high electric or alarm system that if the metallic shaft of the dredger touches sound the alarm to alert u of such activities bellow ya business or home to let the intruder know that now they are off guard with their Jew/Egyptian thing dude.To signal defeat and acceptance to let every1 live the way they wanna. As well as u see 1 pick op a knife or cocking up a gun when they have refused to hearken in an argument like u cant eat in my house as a grown up 4rever as they marshal up against ya as their Safcom hope now dashed as Ghana got their hub-tell which soon every nation like Nigeria, Uganda, Tanzania, SA, Rwanda, will soon talk to the Devil and make their own synonymous with their smartphones, motorbikes, cars and pay Tv as well as internet, meaning the profit of Safcom from those nations will decrease dramatically to reduce their profitability and thus the hiccup and relent to the free-loving things like trukana blooded.
Another they say they are Norwegian as Norwegian economy is at stake as artificial cooking gas has been explained how to be made so such customers will buy theirs as much as artificial fish to those who eat such not frequently as their eating habits monitored per customers, perpetual buyers given the caught 1 cause they can complain of bad teeth to stop buying to cut on their profits synonymous with hot made artificial tea. Dude got to be wide minded and accept people to know about this rather u will tell the world nothing as this is not out of despising people as many do. They are late in the exam yet want to pass as much as u ought to, the white-men, wamechelewa yuaani kumenuka bro, fya, In-fact in SA they are told Canada still big they can go to bro and those few black under the same threat or Australia dude
Tongue tied as MoMo Nigeria mobile money in the link below if Kenyan Safcom was opting 4 that, got to think twice as well as Senegalese owned 1 and all African nations with Mobile money platform or presences as well in the down most link

Can i get to a cyber and pay like 2 dimes so they open 4 me a tumblr a/c with guessed email more than 40 characters and provide known password so if i place the truths of sirjustice199 and logs off, instead of coming to me to disturb that u wanna delete, that fellow who did that is at liberty to do the same as he has the password and email to open from the 1 given above. I just copy paste in his vicinity to pass a message home of what do you want with me as the shaft that can cut across the earth is handy with the areas the building falls like banks, supermarkets, homes below got WiFi camera to monitor the dubious act u are championing while the bank itself atrophies as handy with the phones that u can swipe cards and pay online as cash can just be imaginary points as moneys inside ya bank whereas in reality the same liquid cash exists not to bar fully the dubious act of getting to bank floors to still at nigh using the dredger explained above
Some say with artificial cooking oil elongating ya back head as kisogo, u can use the deep birth cream/shampoo if u got money to return it back, a gimmick to create markets 4 such with Britain explained how they make such using cut flowers b4 selling them back again to countries where they bought the raw material from priding themselves to be rich synonymous with garbage collected cereals gimmicks explained below. Rather go 4 the grain and make ya own oil as even displayed in the chain-store can have like 10% of the artificial 1 which if bought en-mass also just forms much dubious profits facilitating vices explained above in sirjustice199. Rather go 4 the mini-oil crusher machine and buy the grain straight from the market dude as in the link below
https://www.google.com/search?source=univ&tbm=isch&q=deep+birth+bathing+shampoo+bottle+imagesimages&client=opera&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwjl5IX_2I_qAhU67uAKHVZ_DOYQsAR6BAgJEAE&biw=984&bih=658

The saucer described in the tumblr just mentioned above can posses the long cylindrical siren gas cylinder on its outside bars that hold the roof and the floor not horizontally placed below its as previously mention to maximize its speed and so it creates a wider surface area of stability as opposed to the former suggested case dude. Each gas bar is heated individually as it has its own motor pump of equal magnitude as the other pumps of remaining gas bar cylinders as much as heating of equal intensity to create that balance in site when it flies or to be at balance/equilibrium. Got to know this, don’t just be involved in empty talks of wanting to control others not knowing shit when u talk u injure their hearts synonymous with Tanzania people.
The dredger explained above cutting holes across the earth surface from up above to the outer crust below, can be of 2 types of rotating shaft or like back and forth dimension as with the sewing machine needle bar system where 4 the water or debris not to get into the greased bearings and parts a hard bladder is incorporated to hold on the sewer machine needle bar holder and the other part fixes on the dredger itself to create an airtight/water tight atmosphere 4 the mention above not get in to hamper its operation. Road to emus, ten minas parable to cement reality of the 1st type of drill and women with Barnabas to cement the truths of back and forth movement synonymous with the sewer machine needle bar made like

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W8kZmWegXRc
The bladder named above can resemble the 1 on the motor-vehicle tire as shown above with looks like coiled spring or duodenum of animals so u get it bro, what else/more can i say as to explain it to bring ya home.
In the below link, the switch can be extend or push and pull 4 how many bulb option set u have bought at different prices or rotate the bulb itself switch to alternate set of bulbs placed inside can even be of different colors, static other sets while others disco lights withing 1 bulb and of different color lights. With us technology is rough home to stay with us not as long ago on voyage, kinda. Let us simplify our lives dude 4 better living bro as pride don’t form part of us as previously the know nothing wanted to control the masses with nothing hand but the blocked dubious deals making them to loiter around like hit with stone hawks locating, kinda, Doctors, which they will find not.

Water Guard if u buy, once opened if u use the next time, though still much, it does not work much forcing ya to buy a new bottle from somewhere hoping the reverse but the same, i know not if an old gimmick to get extra-cash from people as they have became open thieves.

10 Powerful Books That Make You Think
Tumblr media
If you're soul looking for distinctive and uncorked world book recommendations that cause you to suppose and can amendment your life, you're within the right place.
Discover books that open your eyes and expand your mind, cause you to deem love afresh, which forces you to rethink the which means of life.
Many of those titles have impressed my actions or altered the manner within which I see the globe. Some have even modified the manner I travel or forced Maine to try and do one thing as straightforward as cleaning out my closets or preparation a replacement dish.
In 1998, Ehrenreich explored what it suggests that to measure (and not live) off of low-income wages below the poverty line. providing realistic and hardcore insight into the impossibility of living in lower working-class America–even after you hold 3 jobs–Ehrenreich exploits a system that also plagues America nowadays.
Nickel ANd Dimed is an eye-opening book that may amendment the manner you think that concerning the financial gain gap and assumptions we tend to create concerning the poor.
A Cook’s Tour: world Adventures In Extreme Cuisines by Anthony Bourdain
When I woke to the news of Bourdain’s death, I might barely breathe all day. Feeling like I used to be underwater, my travel idol had left this world, untimely. Bourdain is one amongst my favorites, and his TV shows and books force the U.S.A. to suppose outside of the box.
Bourdain voiceless his wanderings in my ear over and yet again as I traveled the globe. He saw individuals for World Health Organization they were, ne'er perfect a culture, and nearly always completed his privileged errors.
As a book to create you think that concerning food and therefore the world, A Cook’s Tour talks concerning basis. Food brings individuals along. Food is that the language starter, a shared language, trailblazing a discourse concerning history and politics.
A Cook’s Tour lays out Bourdain’s life as a cook and his initial travels. Bourdain wasn’t forever AN notorious TV mortal and his humble beginnings area unit guides for the U.S.A. all. A Cook’s Tour could be a powerful book concerning the human association.
A come in The Woods by Bill Bryson
If I ever become a printed author, presumably writing travel memoirs, my voice may match Bill Bryson’s wit and satire. A come in The Woods could be a nonfictional prose book that may cause you to laugh and will land on everyone’s shelf.
One of my favorite nonfictional prose memoir and scientific writers, Bryson takes on AN unlikely challenge: hiking components of the geographic region path.
Not specifically a task model for fitness or being out-of-door, Bryson and his drunken friend, Katz, walk into the woods. In the AN journey of a period, they study their relationship, survival, and a unique manner of life. Perseverance is everything.
A come in The Woods is one amongst those books that challenge the manner we expect about perceived not possible challenges. Bryson smashes stereotypes.
Books That cause you to Smarter
Nonfiction Books That cause you to Smarter embody Quiet by Susan adult male
Quiet: the ability Of Introverts during a World That Can’t Stop Talking by Susan adult male
Looking for nonfictional prose books that cause you to smarter? Quiet is one amongst the books that modified the manner I believe concerning myself as AN introvert dissembling to be AN extrovert.
Powerful Books that may cause you to suppose
Deep books and most powerful books embody Beloved by Toni Morrison
Beloved by Toni Morrison
A Pulitzer lottery winner, Beloved is one amongst several classic books to create you think that and appearance at the globe through new, and undoubtedly tear-stained, eyes.
You really shouldn’t miss Beloved throughout your formal or informal education. I studied the title in each highschool and college man category. Beloved is one amongst those powerful and deep books that stays with you forever.
Born into and eventually escaping slavery in Bluegrass State, Sethe finds freedom in Ohio. Is she extremely free, though? Sethe will ne'er totally escape her reminiscences or past, as well as the death of a baby.
Books That cause you to suppose The Hate U provide by Angie Thomas
The Hate U provide by Angie Thomas
Another very powerful book that's extremely relevant and demands amendment is that the Hate U provides. The Hate U provides exemplifies the Black Lives Matter movement and offers strength and voice to a story that deserves an area in literature.
As a young Negro, a rock star is unfree between 2 worlds: her preppy white college and her zero in Garden Heights, a poorer neighborhood. once her unarmed and innocent relative is shot and killed by a white peace officer, rock star must create the choice of her life. will she fight? Or will she keep silent?
Racism, stereotypes, activism, and identity area unit simply some themes cleft in tough. tough is one amongst a lot of recent|many more moderen} YA books that creates you think that more deeply concerning current racism and racial tensions within the U.S. tough is additionally a book that may cause you to cry and rise.
Middlesex by Jeffrey Eugenides
If you're trying to find a classic book that may cause you to suppose, Middlesex lands on nearly every list–as it ought to.
Winner of the Pulitzer Prize, uncover a world of family secrets, gender liquidity, and the way we tend to battle social constructs. There are themes of migration from a little Greek village and assimilation to urban centers.
Oprah featured Middlesex on her Book Club, and this beautiful title has been deemed “The nice Yankee Novel.”
Did you recognize That Books That amendment Your Perspective Is one amongst The Themes For The Uncorked Librarian’s 2020 Reading Challenge?
The Uncorked professional person hosts yearly reading challenges with themes as well as books, booze, and travel. you're not needed to check in or perhaps participate every month. browse a lot of to seek out monthly themed reading ideas with book suggestions per class. you'll be able to browse the maximum amount or as very little as you prefer.
Honestly, I'll ne'er perceive the Twitter backlash Kondo received within the studious community. Kondo could be a professional that loves tidying and believes the act of organization greatly enhances your life. Kondo’s book teaches the U.S.A. to deem however we discover the joy and scale back muddle, virtually and figuratively.
We collect several things over the years. Some bring U.S.A. joy. Others litter our homes and will be appreciated, thanked, and discarded.
Marie recommends tidying as how to attach in your relationships and surround yourself with purposeful reminiscences. Thorough cleansing, we tend to learn the World Health Organization we tend to area unit (and what proportion crap we tend to collect).
I know that I reexamined what proportion ‘stuff’ I have and what I waste on a day today. Kondo’s Japanse ascetic and culture area unit was new and eye-opening to the present Yankee.
Kondo’s ideology can have you ever deeply examining your shelf, closet, and even relationships. See however Kondo’s recommendation applies to decorate your home, literary-style.
Eat, Pray, Love by Elizabeth Gilbert
Who hasn’t unreal of the amendment and finding oneself in an alimentary paste, rice paddies, and meditation rooms? Eat, Pray, Love is one amongst those purposeful books that such a big amount of individuals will relate to.
Elizabeth Gilbert finds herself at the crossroads of divorce, unhappiness, and a mussy life that she thus badly needs to reclaim.
Instead of proverbially driving her state of affairs off of a drop, Gilbert decides to travel around the world to Italy, India, and Indonesia, embracing, love, culture, and relationship. She learns the ability of compassion and the way nature and silence will spark peace among.
Gilbert has increased my travels and her books create Maine woke to the globe. once I captive to Indonesia, her life lessons and honesty coursed through my veins. I followed her path and even visit Wayan in Bali to possess my fortune and health browse.

[MF] Optimism
They were dropping like hail into nearly every yard and house in my neighborhood of track homes, except for ours. You might wonder why not ours? At the time, I was only nine years old, but I knew ALL the answers. WHY, HOW, WHAT, AND WHEN! I knew where they came from and where they originated. I even knew the culprit. It went on for over a month. But then, the constant slamming on roofs and spooking of pets ended as abruptly as it had begun. There was no mention of this strange phenomena in the newspapers or on television. No one was injured. There were no police reports. Nowhere else in the world was it happening. No one ever spoke about it. I doubt that even Area 51 knew about this occurrence. It was the early 1950's, and there had been many so-called alien sightings, but there were no flying saucers insight. So, how was I so privy to these happenings?
The year was 1951. The locale was sunny Southern California, 30+ miles east of Los Angeles. It was spring and there hadn't been a single drop of rain for months. So, there was no hail in sight, but something was dropping onto the near-by yards. No one could see it coming because it was random. I was responsible, but this was 68 years ago, so don't hold me to the "dropping like hail" comment. My mind was often a hodgepodge of thoughts---Mickey Mantle, Pee Wee Reese, Jackie Robinson, Stan Musical, Ted Williams. I was throwing an old tennis ball, that no respectable dog would chase, against the garage door and fielding the bounces.
My neighbors were super and never complained as I did this for up to an hour at a time. Then, it happened! Mom and Dad came outside and said, "We are going to Woolworth's. Do you want to go?" And there you have it, Woolworth was the culprit. Without Woolworth, none of this would have happened. It was that five and dime's fault. I just had a small part. I was young and innocent. They knew I had an active imagination and would quickly put it to use. Keep in mind that I had no evil intentions and was unaware of what could have happened.
Woolworth was the 99 cent store of the 1950s. It was before Pick-and-Save, but only better. It was affordable and fun. Average Americans could buy all types of things: underwear, socks, yo-yos, locks, nail polish, pet supplies, car wax; you name it! There was an aisle that had many trinkets for kids---Mexican jumping beans, puzzles, cards, magic tricks, and board games, etc. This is where I would spend most of my time. And there was even a lunch counter where you could order burgers, fries, "real" malts, and ice cream sodas. Some waitresses might even call you "hun."
Dad came over and found me looking for yo-yo string. Grabbing my arm, he guided me to the end of another aisle where there was a large keg with metal straps around it. It couldn't be filled with beer, could it? Naw, not in Woolworths. I could see a sign stuck to it that said, "One handful for one cent". Dad gave me a dime and sent me on ahead to discover the "hail". In a few seconds, Woolworth would have my eyes bulging, mouth agape, and wishing I had bigger hands. Paper lunch type bags were on a stand next to the barrel. The barrel was filled to the top. I asked my Dad if he would use his hand but he pointed to a sign that said for 10 year-olds and under. I'd have to come back another time and make it soon before others find out about the barrel of marbles.
I would fill my pockets every morning with them and rush to school where my friends and I would play marble games for "keepsies", such as "Poison". We would lag them to see who could get closest to a line, and we would draw circles in the dirt playground, ante a few, and try to shoot them out. But, when summer came, there weren't enough kids to play these marble games. Alone, and with a stockpile of marbles, my imagination went to work.
A saw, a piece of sandpaper, an old mop, some black electrical tape, and three large Quaker Oats containers filled with Woolworth's marbles, and it was nearly game time. I sawed off the end of the mop to the approximate length of a baseball bat, used the sticky black tape for the grip, sanded the tip of the mop to make it smooth, and got the baseballs ready. My backyard was Dodger Stadium, and fans were filling the imaginary seats. Vin Scully, myself, of course, would be the announcer. Kids always called the game they were playing--baseball and basketball alike.
Last year there was one of the best television commercials that was ever written. It was about a ten-year-old boy who was carrying a bat, a bucket of baseballs, and his glove onto an empty baseball field where he was about to let his imagination go wild. He could have been me 70 years ago. Perhaps, the writers were in the stadium that my mind had built in my backyard seven decades ago. Maybe I should get residuals--just kidding! Great writers, terrific kid actor! The commercial was titled "Optimism."
Standing at home plate, he announces that he was, "the greatest hitter in the world." Tossing the ball up, he swung and missed it as it dropped. Not discouraged, he said, "strike one!" A second toss and miss, and as the umpire might yell, he proclaimed, "strike two!" He spat in his hands, rubbed them together, and waited for the third pitch. Taking a mighty swing he missed again, and dropping his head declared, "STRIKE THREE!" But then, his eyes lit up, his head raised, and he loudly announced that he was "the greatest pitcher in the world!" He had what we all need--OPTIMISM. I was optimistic as well but in a different way. I guess I won't be getting residuals now.
Where did I get the idea that I could throw a marble up and hit it with a mop handle? I played my game. Strike one, strike two, strike three! A small marble, a super-thin baseball bat, and a lot of optimism led me to try again. Strike one, strike two, strike three--Strike one, strike two, strike three. Again and again, I struck out. Who was this pitcher on the mound? He was going to throw a no-hitter, and he did!. The way I was going, I would need only one marble. Was I going to be traded, or sent down to the minors? I will just have to try tomorrow. Strike one, strike two, strike three. I had better be a terrific fielder because I was not going to make it as a hitter.
And then, it happened. After striking out hundreds of times, I got a piece of the marble. It had to be a foul ball or a ground out. I began to make contact more often than I missed. Soon, I was calling the shots. This one is going over center field, that one is being pulled to left field, and right field was easy. I was hitting marbles over our house, over the garages north and south of me. Hail was falling everywhere! I made contact maybe 90% of the time. I imagined myself as Babe Ruth when he stepped to the plate and pointed to center field. He was saying that he was going to hit the ball over the center-field fence and out of Yankee stadium. He was doing this for a boy in the hospital. And he proceeded to do so. I was now calling my shots. I never thought about where the hail "might" land. Three oatmeal boxes were now empty and summer was over. I had to have been an optimist too, for I never thought about quitting.
The boy in the commercial became a great pitcher, but I became a great hitter. I could have made money betting with other kids and adults that I could hit a marble with a mop handle.

What Lies In Your Debt?® Scam or legit?
Description:
Our members are living proof that every single one of you reading this can grasp and use what they learn on What Lies In Your Debt? and use it very well!
Are you tiered of sending out letter after letters to the Credit Reporting Agencies, (CRA) and getting no results?
It’s a pretty consistent problem, people just cannot get the CRA’s (Credit Reporting Agencies) to remove negative or inaccurate information and sometimes they don’t respond at all.
Remember, your credit score is simply a reflection of how you handle money, not how much you have. We’d bet a dollar to a dime that your credit score is costing you two ways.
The first is that you hesitate on an opportunity because you don’t have the capital to make a go at it. The second way is that you’re paying extra on virtually every cent you spend.
Ever heard of the “Universal Default Clause”?
Maybe not because it’s often in tiny small print when you apply and agree to the terms of a new credit card. If you ever make a late payment on any credit card – this allows credit card companies to charge you a ridiculous rate of 29.9% (or higher).
Yes, even if it was a Mastercard you missed your payment on, your VISA card can hit you with an outrageous raise in your interest rate.
When it comes to your money, it’s a dangerous world out there!
Like this other trick they might’ve played on you – very often credit card companies fail to report your limit or they report a lower limit than your card has. This increases what is known as your “utilization rate” – the difference between what you owe and what the limit is on your card.
The closer you are reported to being at your limit, the more likely your credit score will suffer.
The fact is, most of the time people going through financially trying times just forget to check their credit reports and the banksters and debt collectors are reporting ingenuous information that can cost them dearly!
Nothing could be more grating on someone who is already struggling financially than an onslaught of calls from debt collectors. But you don’t have to just sit back and take it. What Lies In Your Debt can show you how to turn those calls into cold, hard cash in a few easy steps.
What Lies In Your Debt can help you educate yourself on whether your debt collector is breaking the law by calling you late at night, and the What Lies In Your Debt systems gives you a plain-English breakdown of your rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
You may even need to watch out for debt collectors on Facebook. Debt collectors have been known to use all manner of tricks to get a hold of the debtors they are after and make them pay up. Now, they have a new tool in their box. Like the police and nearly everyone else in the world, debt collectors have discovered Facebook. If you owe money, be careful who you friend.
You need to know the motivations of the lenders. In the current market, homes are not selling, or selling for far less than they might be worth despite what the media tells us. Lenders are not as anxious to take on more inventories they know they can’t sell, or must sell under market value; it’s a bad reflection on their bottom line and exposes just how broke they really are. So, if you are causing them trouble by defending your home, they are not as interested in most cases in fighting vigorously with you to get your home. Do you realize that 99% of the attorneys who file the foreclosures to begin with are not prepared to deal with knowledgeable consumers.
They don’t know how to defend against those of us who understand the system and other State and Federal laws, along with not being afraid of them (attorney’s).
On the other hand, servicers make more money while your home is in foreclosure from the lenders than if you were making timely payments. They would rather drag it out, it just more profit for them. Why do you think your mortgage has been sold or transferred even while it’s in foreclosure, because they are still making money!
Our members, who we help fight back, have been in their homes for years. In some cases, the foreclosure has gone into a “dormant” state with the lenders doing nothing for a long period of time. Our system will walk you from the beginning to the end of the process, while you make MONEY!
The facts remain that most of the banks or trusts bringing the foreclosure actions do not have the legal right to do so. In most cases it’s the servicer, a trustee, or an appointed trustee for a securitized pool of mortgages and the burden of proof is on the bank and not the homeowner. This is rather difficult for most to prove to say the least.
In most foreclosure cases, there are defenses which will buy you considerable time. By using our proven system, you put the banks on the defensive and they cannot proceed with the foreclosure until they settle with you. In many cases, you will come to a favorable agreement. In other words, you make the bank see things your way!
Debt collectors will prey on the weak, fragile, scared, and those without knowledge…those that are not members of What Lies In Your Debt?!
According to the Urban Institute, 35 percent of U.S. consumers are struggling with debt in collections — amounting to approximately 77 million Americans.
Rip off artists are abundant in these economic times. Just check Google and states’ attorneys’ offices, con artists without a conscience are plaguing struggling home owners and people who are facing hard financial times.
If you only knew the debt collector scam you wouldn’t ever feel bad again. We challenge you to look it up yourself. These scum are paying less than a penny on the dollar and trying to get you for the full amount.
They will use scare tactics like telling people they will have them arrested or their going to have their wages garnished. The threats never stop but the reality is, if most Americans knew how to drop the hammer on them for doing this they would be out of business in months!
Take control yourself and don’t count on anyone to get you through the tough times. Our proven system will show you how to keep the banks and debt collectors at bay while making them pay you every time they break the law!
Do you know why consolidating or working with settlement companies or attorneys who claim to be able to help you settle credit card debt are the biggest rip offs in America.
They claim to be able to get you a settlement of say 60 cents on the dollar, plus the typical fee of 15% of the settlement, now you are up to 75% total settlement right? WRONG!!
They failed to tell you something. You are actually paying 115% of what that so called good deal. Let us not forget IRS. The difference of that 40% less you paid is considered income earned and you will be sent a 1099 by the creditor. You get it, 60 plus 40 plus 15 equals a great deal of 115% of the total debt! Yup, I’m way better off.
Debt Settlement – is a brand and not a solution!
It increases your debt automatically by 15% with all of the fees you are charged. Your chances of being sued are increased and additional tax consequences are incurred. Now the IRS gets involved… Can you say audit?
You can stress out trying to find a way to make the minimum payments every month or you can get them to pay you. The facts are simple; you will never pay off credit card debt while making minimum payments!
This is simple to understand! There are many laws which make it easy for you to get back at the banks for harassing you calling you at all hours of the day, at work, at home and on your cell phone. It seems like they enjoy harassing you doesn’t it? Well you can make it all stop and get paid while doing it. We mean get paid thousands!!!!
When using the What Lies In Your Debt system you can literally pay off your credit card debt in no time.
See, when you combine all the credit reporting issues, the unwanted calls, unwanted texts and follow our easy to understand system, you can just pay them off in no time.
Sound too good to be true but it really works.
Using our friendly judgment lien process you will ensure that none of your creditors will ever be able to levy your pay or bank accounts. This system ensures you are safe while using the other processes to actually generate funds and the last thing you need is for some creditor to take your hard earned money.
Again, if you have been defensive and are now facing a possible wage garnishment or bank levy this is your first step!
Thank you for making this possible. Now I’m fearful NO MORE!. I’m taking this information and working on behalf of my kids and myself.

Insurance Claim Question?
I was rear ended recently and the other drivers insurance co sent out their adjuster. I was told that my car was a total loss. I had a 94 Buick Park Avenue with 148K miles. I got a call from the person who appraised the value of my car and was told that my car was worth $2,200.00 and another $300.00 for what it would have cost me for a rental, totaling $2561. and some change. I did some looking around and found in the auto trader that I can get the same car selling for $2,995 with 154,605 miles. The question I have is do I have to except their offer of $2,200? Also, if I except this offer is this separate from the medical side of my claim? Thank You in advanced.""

""My buddy is suing my insurance company, what could happen?""
Ok, So a little over a month ago i was involved in a car accident with a friends car. It was and 1 hr and 30 min drive. My friend said he was tired and drunk, telling me to drive( I was sober) so i did. I did tell him I didn't want to drive because his car was manual(which i can drive, but i've been driving auto for 4 years now. On the way home I fell asleep at the wheel and the car was totaled. None of us were injured, I was good he was good. We did the police report called our insurances. His paid him for his car. Two weeks later he's calling me to come-over to talk. I get bombarded by his family for 2hours basically saying they need money for this and that. The claim was already settled but he insisted i called my insurance company and see if they can give them money because they used the money they got from there insurance to pay off the car(worth about 5 grand) I talked it over with mom because im under her insurance and she said its sounds shady. She calls the insurance company and said dont give him a dime. Insurance is to make you whole again not better then you were. I explained to him numerous times and a week later my mom calls me at work and says gieco called and my friend is suing them. she also said he has a lawyer. He's suing for bodily injury! My told me not to stress it but it bothers me so much. He definitely doesn't deserve anything and especially being in perfect healthy condition. In the accident if you wanna get technical i took all the hits. I know him, my insurance company doesnt. its not right for him to be compensated for some injury that doesn't exist. Whats gonna happen? does he have a chance. the claim opened up is for $25,000 or more. this kid goes out clubbing and partying every weekend and this is how he lies? any input is appreciated. thanks again..""

How do I sue my car insurance company?
I was in a car accident in March 2008 in a parking lot. The insurance companies BOTH decided that we were 50/50 at fault for the accident. During this process I kept getting phone calls asking me to verify WHY a person not on my policy was driving my car at the time of the accident. I repeatedly corrected the insurance companies...yes BOTH of them...saying that I AM AN INSURED DRIVER and I was driving my car. I had no passengers. I was in an accident with another single driver with no passengers. Eventually it seemed like everything was fine. The claim closed on May 2 and I thought it was all over. BUT today, May 29, I received a letter in the mail telling me that policy is being cancelled because WE HAD REQUESTED INFORMATION REGARDING --------- AS THE DRIVER OF THE 03/27/2008 CLAIM. TO DATE, THIS HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED. I have NO IDEA what they are talking about. He is the OTHER driver. However, they are pretty much ignoring my calls and emails. What can I do???""

What is the best car insurance company in North Carolina?
Hi. So I recently moved from New England to North Carolina. I have my 2002 Toyota Camry. It was my Dad's and is still under his name. However, I want to get the title in my name hopefully by early 2014. That means paying for insurance too. I figure I'm going to have to do this soon, might as well do it now and learn more responsibility. My parents are paying for my car and their cars under MetLife. (Yes, the one with the Snoopy logo). They are paying about the same plan they did in Massachusetts. I know North Carolina has more competition in pricing and I want to shop around for a decent plan that gives me what I need but for a better price. My Mom is hysterical and doesn't want me to go anywhere else because she think NC insurance is crap. I like that MetLife gives me what I need but I'm not paying more than I have to in insurance. Sorry Mom. So my question is. What is the best car insurance company in North Carolina? Any suggestions. I would like a company that offers affordable plans but also is a reliable company when I need them. Please NO cheapo discount insurance. Here are my only two liabilities in my driving history: 1. Got into a minor car accident in October of 2011. Just a paint smear with another car. Nobody was hurt and neither car got in worse performance condition. 2. Got a seatbelt violation ticket in January 2013. (It was actually for speeding but the cop went easy probably because he saw I was wearing a suit. I was on my way to a family memorial service near the South Boston area.) Any experiences? I mean, what is my Mom worried about? I never hear in the news about people dying because they have NC car insurance. I know there is cut rate (bad) insurance out there because of competition. But there's got to be something better in NC than paying a Taxachuetts MetLife plan. (Sorry BayStaters, but you know it's true) Thank you!""
How much should I expect to spend on full coverage auto insurance on a 2013 Cadillac Escalade ESV Platinum?

""Drivers licence, auto insurance in california.?""
I have my drivers permit, and I want my drivers license. I don't have a car so if I get my drivers license are they going to make me pay for auto insurance? Because I don't plan on driving a car, I don't have a car yet so how can they make me pay for auto insurance if I don't have a car? I just want a license so that I can save up for a car and just have a license before I buy a car. So I have until August 2010 to pass my drivers test and this insurance thing is really holding me back because I don't have money to pay for car insurance. So can they really make me pay for car insurance in California when I don't have a car to drive?""

Will an insurance company insure our home if there is a unpermitted cottage?
I'm in the process of buying a foreclosure home (Saratoga,CA, can't transfer the insurance since it has already lapsed) that has a detached unpermitted cottage (2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and living room total of 900 sq ft), the main home also has a unpermitted converted garage that is used as a in law quarter (separate entrance and full bathroom), it also has a unpermitted sun room too. I really love the home and tried looking for home insurance but it looks like no one will insure me. Is there anyway I can get insured for this property without having to lie about these unpermitted additions to the insurance company? Any advice would be appreciated and any suggestions which insurance company would insure me for a reasonable price. Thank you in advance.""

Staying on my mother's health insurance?
I'm 19 years old, in good health, and moving out. My mother has been laid off and is getting a job out of state which is forcing me to move out (i'm not complaining just informing). She will be on cobra health insurance until the new job's health insurance kicks in but I was wondering if I'd still be able to be covered under her new job's insurance if we aren't living together. The only reason I ask this is because I am currently working part time at a job that offers health insurance but it is $70 per month. If it were up to me I'd go without health insurance but she informed me that it is required by law now (yay). I've read in some places that I would be able to stay covered by my mother's insurance until age 26 but I've also read in other places that if my job offers health insurance I cannot be covered on someone else's as a dependent. I live in Georgia if that matters! Any tips/suggestions welcomed, thanks!""

Why is it so difficult for me to get health insurance?!?
Im 23 yrs old in Maryland and Im trying to buy my own health insurance for the first time. I havent been to the doctor in so long so Ive been having issues lately with my seasonal allergies. During this past year I went to an ENT specialist without insurance to get medication/prescription for a sinus infection and paid cash. The ENT specialist recommend I get sinus x-rays if the medication didnt clear up the problem. I am still having issues with it so I decided to apply for insurance so I could afford further treatment. However Ive applied to 2 places, both companies called me for an interview where they asked me a bunch of questions over the phone about any treatments I received or have been recommended to have. I have been declined twice with them saying get the recommended treatment done then reapply WHY??? OMFG I dont have a serious ongoing illness why are these people giving me such a hard time???? =( What do I do?? Thanks.""

How much will car insurance cost? 10pts?
Hello there! Assuming that a seventeen year old girl passes her driving tests, has a land rover, does not use it everyday (attends college via bus), and only uses it for picking up the animal food, how much can she expect insurance to cost? Thanks. :)""

Can I dispute my insurance adjuster's estimate of value of a totaled vehicle?
I have a vehicle which was totaled. Insurer is Progressive. I live in WA, so the adjuster is not allowed to use NADA or KBB to determine value. He's supposed to provide fair market value. He got two estimates, both of which seem very low to me--less than half the replacement cost of a vehicle from the same year in the same condition. I've asked whether I can submit Craigslist listings from my half of the US to prove the value is higher. He says any documentation must be from within 150 miles of my home, which puts me at a disadvantage since I live in a rural area. I'm wondering: 1) Is my insurance company obligated to accept competitive estimates of value in determining my vehicle's value if I can find local shops that determine that the value is higher? 2) What mechanisms are in place to ensure that value estimates made by dealers are accurate, and can a dealer's estimate of value be disputed? 3) What other options do I have if my adjuster refuses to budge on value?""
California Speeding ticket and no proof of insurance?
It was dark and raining. I just came off the bay bridge in SF and am positive I was driving below 40 on the bridge and between 40-60 when I got off the bridge. The cop was on 80E past fremont exit. He said I was at 67 in a 50 zone and also did not give me enough time to look for my proof of insurance. He said lets make this easy and quick and cited me for speeding and the no proof of insurance as non-correctable. It this accurate? I don't think his radar reading is accurate. How can I challenge this?
Hey everyone quick question about my auto insurance.?

I got them because I had no vialation, or tickets nothing. Shouldn't I still be entitle on my new rate?""
Why do we need health insurance?
People complain about not being able to afford health insurance, and people aslo complain that the health insurance they do have doesn't cover what they need it to cover. Doesn't it seem more like health insurance is the middle man that keeps the price of health related goods and services at such a rate that is unattainable by the majority of US citizens? Wouldn't the tens of thousands of doctors be forced to lower their rates to an affordible rate if health insurance, as a standard practice, was abolished?""

Do all auto insurance companies check with your DMV for your driving record?
I got some minor accident on my record, something like bumping into someone and leaving a dent, I don't even really remember it was like 4 years ago. Anyway, this car was a rental that I dented and a very expensive one at that, ended up being 2500 to fix even though I could have popped the dent out for free. But because of this incident, state farm and geico are charging me out the wazo because I'm a 20 year old male with speeding tickets and this accident thing that happened a long *** time ago. The difference without the accident on there is amazing, so I'm trying to find a place that will ignore this thing that happened in SEP of 04. Anyone know of a place? Thank you.""
Can my car insurance rate go UP if they pay for the medical bills of the other person in the car accident?
Ok so I was involved in a car accident November 10,12, I was at fault because I hit the car in the back, the guy just literally stopped and obviously even if you are right about saying that the other driver stopped too fast for you to stop, when you hit a car in the back (most of the time) you are at fault of the accident.Either way, my insurance paid for his damage ($2,000 worth) and I took my ticket to court, there I only paid for court fees but no points. Today, June 02,13 (almost 7 months after the accident) I get a letter from a lawyer( lawyer of the guy I hit in the previous accident) saying he is asking for a $10,000 on medical expenses,it says I should send the letter to my insurance company as soon as possible, which I will do tomorrow but my thing is, I don't want my insurance rate to increase, it already increased after the accident (was $130, now $170) so I'm just asking, will the insurance company approve paying for his medical expenses even if he is self-employed as a driver of big trucks (I guess he also lift heavy furniture in order to work) and has diabetes ( he was ketotic at the time of the accident, the guy is in his 60s)?? And if the insurance approves paying ( guessing he has all the medical papers in order) will my rate increase too? Again?? I have full cover in my car, and it also includes medical bills. I had to pay $1000 of deductible in order to fix my and his car so pretty much I don't want to loose more money is just horrible I am 21,full time student with full time job! Yes,is possible to do both things but honestly I don't think this is fair anymore, the guy wanted to leave at first and not only that he is sick (diabetes) and he was very rude at first but then the police ask him if he was ok and he said yes so I don't understan this... :(. Thank you!""

Does urgent care cost a lot without insurance?
Please don't treat me like I'm an idiot. I went to the doctor at my college. They told me my throat looks very bad, but I tested negative for strep throat. They are closed all weekend, so I would have to go to urgent care. Last time I was sick (way less sick than this) they gave me steroids and they told me I would have been in the hospital if I waited after the weekend. When I was born, I had a pneumothorax, so I have very bad asthma. I just had an asthma attack, so I want to go to urgent care. However, my dad passed away in january, so we can't afford health insurance (only the one the school provides with tuition). I was just wondering if anyone knows about how much a regular visit would cost without health insurance. Thank you""
