All the negativity occurs during the complaining stage.

when you become aware of your flaws and imperfection, you will begin to complain about how ugly it is, how inconvenient it is, how they ruin your image in the eye of others, and so on.

COMPARE/CONTRAST

In comparing, the stage is where the problem starts. you will start to compare what you have and what you don't have to someone that is close to you, or maybe to someone that doesn't even know that you in the first place ( you know, comparing yourself to celebrities and other famous people in some industries).

CRITICIZE

This is where the bigger problem starts.
