For Context, this is my Specialist Expop Oc Bailee Certiorari, who was designed around the VTG trial, the Bailiff Occupation, & being a thematic foil to Sergeant Leland Coyle from Outlast: Trials. you can find my Reagent askblog at @reagent-55920 & my main blog at @redwolf0413 where I lurk.

Backstory

Bailee was born on 03/13/1920 and then served in the US Marine Corps from 1938-1954 as a JAG, going to law school during his career; he then switched to the US Marine Corps Reserves to become a Bailiff from 1954-1959 where he reunited with his mother, and she landed him a 'job' in Murkoff Corporation where he became a Specialized Expop from 1959-1960.

Baliee was Diagnosed a Psychopath when he first joined the Military and he somehow didn't have to get a waiver due to what was happening with Europe; Bailee isn't all that affected by his psychopathy, believing in the motto "I know what it feels like to not feel anything, so why would I want to make people feel worse."
