little do ya know, he's about to break you instead.
ᴛᴡ: ɴᴏɴ, ꜱᴇxᴜᴀʟ ᴛᴇɴꜱɪᴏɴ, ɴᴏᴛ ꜰᴜʟʟʏ ᴘʀᴏᴏꜰʀᴇᴀᴅ
~
Computer Science.
Now, hear me out would be the best phrase. Yeah, that's right. You're a woman in computer science at one of the snarkiest, headstrong universities in the country. Penn wasn't all that bad excluding the thousands of students that made it up. Normally, situations would push you be the bigger person and reserve some sense of decency. But in such a competitive market where you were paying to get paid, you had to be nasty.
It just so happened that what started out to be a guide now turned into you. You were and still are a snarky, irritating person that somehow turns heads every time you walk into the room. You've got the typical high-school style clique of girls fawning over you and everyone elevates your position because they are no better.
It does you good, this attitude, because it took you all but two whole semester to kick your grades up so high and absolute shatter the expectations of the degree that people didn't mind ignoring your arrogance to admire how smart you must've been.
Don't get it wrong, because you were and are smart. You're a student but better, you're the Kris Jenner of your year. You were good at marketing shallowness that somehow, was keeping you afloat with profit coming in the form of grades, internships, and attention.
In process, it became frustrating to see others who happened to be in a similar place. You wanted all the eyes on you so you went low with your actions and words to make sure it stayed that way but then, Intermediate Systems - COMPSCI 1570, rolls around and you're paired with Luigi Mangione.
Not paired with, actually, but put in a class with him. But paired in the sense of competition - who could get the most attention. You hate eo admit it, but the guy has got these ridiculously well-defined curls that are so tame yet alluring, it makes you want to rip his head off. You hate the way his smile is effortlessly charming and warms you heart. You hate the kindness that it makes bubble up inside of you.
On the more technical side, you hated how well-rounded the competition between you two was. He knew exactly who you were and you knew him, which meant he always played to get at you. You heard from everyone about how his nose was deep in the books and computer, trying his best to ace the exam only to quietly pass his grade to you. Sometimes, you did better. It made you feel like you're walking on Cloud 9, knowing this irritatingly handsome asshole could be squashed beneath your foot for this one moment, but other times? Oh, he decimated you. The professor would let his name escape from their lips, rather than yours.
It was an ultimate motivation, as you sit there, digging your nails into your palm and wondering why Luigi deserved it. How dare he step above you? How dare he pursue ambition rather than letting you have it all for yourself?
It was such a selfish notion and pursuit that had managed to seduce you with such blindness you never thought to question how you could be such a cruel, tasteless indivdual.
Yet he did. And he did so in all fairness. He, unlike you, was friends with everyone. With the bright-hair colored wimps in the corners and the sluttiest-for-him girls that applied themselves onto him with utter desire which he only combated with smiles and ultimate respect.
How frustrating, really, because even when you did beat him in an exam score, you could never beat him character wise. He would always stand above you and in truth, you were the bug. You were the dust beneath his feet so apart from your degree, you had another thing to acheive.
Him.
Not sleeping with him, no. Not fucking or kissing him throat deep. No.
Rather, being able to break his goody-two shoes act, you called. In reality, it was just him. Luigi Mangione just was a good person and that truth was so sour you only looked at him to arrogantly call him such a good boy and you hated it
You had to make him mean and nasty just like you.
That's exactly what you were going to do.
Or try to.
~
Luigi is sitting at his computer, working away on a new project the professor had assigned a few days ago. No matter where he was, he caught your eyes and this time was no different.
You walk over, swaying your hips a bit too seductively, biting your lip and wearing a stupidly sardonic smile. Your top is a low v-cut, exposing the rounds of your breasts that you were sure to apply body glitter on so everyone's eyes would stare like they were the prize. Your skirt was hiked up just enough to stir wonder and want, and as always, these were only ingredients for your experiment named Luigi Mangione.
"Hey Luigi." You wink before pulling a chair and sitting down next to him, tilting you head to the site with a pout while staring at the screen, scanning his code. It was habit, so your mind was translating the numbers and symbols into understandable language, hiding how impressed you are at all costs.
You're also relieved because you have the same answers, but we don't speak of that, now do we?
"You again." Luigi turns his head and you feel like clawing your heart out of your chest just to stop the butterflies you feel in your stomach. His lips are parted and puffy, the gap speaking a quiet invitation as if they're meant to be kissed. His nose bridge is screaming an intelligent form of dominance over the situation, as his facial curves the remainder of his gentle vice towering over you, soft yet present in all its overwhelming glory.
"Don't like me Lu? Am I too smart for you to admit?" You giggle, high pitched and bend forward, letting your biceps squeeze your breasts more as you bite your lip and look up at him with poisonously doe-y eyes, trying to make him fall. He takes a cursory glance, though, at your body before chuckling and typing away at his code.
"Are you too poor to figure that out for yourself?" His words cut at your ego and your expression instantly falls, sitting back in the chair and your loud, shocked exhales doesn't go un-missed by either of your. You curse at yourself quietly for letting it make a sound while Luigi only types away, as if he heard nothing.
He heard. Oh, yes, he did.
"Mangione is being an ass today? Code giving you a tough time Lu?" Your voice shakes at first, tears coming to your eyes in reaction to his demeaning question and he doesn't make that much better, ignoring you but smirking as if you're in desperate need of pity and attention.
Because you are and without saying it, he loves showing it to you time and time again.
The lack of answer enrages as you as you feel your heart rate shoot through your chest, prompting you to slam a few keys on his keyboard to which he only pauses, staring at your fingers. He watches how they shake, your acrylics getting stuck in the gaps between the board and keys. The way they wince from the tug of those pauses yet, there is an innocent and pitiable need that he sees and recognizes but staying silent.
Luigi turns his head toward you, cocking his neck down and to the side.
"You done? 'Cause I'm almost finished my code and seeing your excursions on Instagram makes me think your situation is otherwise." He smiles at you and you pant, removing your hands from his keyboard.
"You infuriate me Mangione." You dig your hands into your palm before continuing. "I'm finished dimwit. It's a one-part project and I submitted it yesterday because as always, I would never submit it the day its due, which is today and which is fairly typical for you." You twirl your hair between your fingers, uncaring if he admires you body as your get drunk in the expectance of hearing him sarcastically compliment you.
It's still something, even if he won't mean it.
But instead, his mouth parts and his eyes widen before contorting into a concerningly amused smile and before you know it, he's bending over the table and laughing into the table before looking back up at you.
Your expression is unchanged, but your body goes rigid with expectation.
He pulls his body away from the computer, shutting it down and putting it in his back before he places a hand on your knee.
A shiver makes its way from his fingers to your neck.
"Sweetheart," He starts talking, drawing out the pet name before his other hand slams a packet on the table.
You stare at the papers and back at Luigi.
"Is this a lecture for how I'm supposed to be a good girl?" You bite at him, words unforgiving. He raises his eyebrows before shaking his head and standing up. Your eyes follow, taking in the beauty of his height.
Heat seizes your comfort in the moment as he bends down and speaks into your ear, letting both arms cage you in the chair.
"It's a 3-part assignment. You forgot to scroll all the way down, sweetheart." You eyes widen and you turn your head up to look at him, nearly whimpering when you realize his lips are less than an inch away from yours. Suddenly, all your egotistic ideas and bubbles burst and melt away, leaving you naked as you fight the obligation to cross your eyes from how close he is. He stays in place, pushing himself back while staring into your eyes.
Your lips are parted, vulnerable in arousal and shock as a hand comes to push some loose threads behind your ear. You blink slowly, lips quivering as your realize your royally fucked because one part took four days and now, you had to complete two more in less than eight hours.
Luigi coos, watching how you break slowly in front of him, before his face is back the stoic yet kind approach he utilizes.
"See you at the submission deadline. Or not." He leaves after lifting a hand of yours and placing it on the flipped over directions packet, one that held a dirty, ugly, and devastating truth that you were lef tto fend with until 11:59pm.
~
"You look like you need a beer." Your roommate, Kate, pats your head as you're hunched over, posture despicable as you somehow manage to finish the second and half of the third part using some of your own ideas and resources.
Those resources... which aren't supposed to.
But you could care less.
"Right." You give a curt reply, ignoring the sound of a Coke popping open in Kate's hands, which you don't even need to see to realize.
"Why don't you just let loose for the evening?" Kate casually asks and you half slam your hands on the table.
"I've got this stupid project for my Systems class which I need to finish. Didn't read all the directions and now I'm cramming, so no thank you Kate." Kate raises her eyebrows before laughing.
"Hey, isn't that the class that Mangione guy is in?" She asks curiously and you freeze up.
Not him.
You rolls your eyes, ignoring how your breaths falter as you turn around and nod. "Yeah, what about 'm?" You furrow your eyebrows, licking your lips as they suddenly dry up. Kate gives you a suspicious look.
"I've heard he's one of the smartest guys. Maybe you should ask him at his frat party later." Kate supplies and before you can scream and shout in retaliation, she gets up and opens her closet.
"You can unshackle yourself and get that assignment done. Win-in to me." She rummages through her bling and glitter bodycon dresses, unbeknownst to your fuming.
You had to let her know that was out of question.
"Over my dead body." You spit the words out and Kate turns around, a dress in her hand but she barely reacts.
"And a shit GPA. Suit yourself hardass." She nudges your sitting figure with her hips before before leaving the room, leaving your to your thoughts.
This was, like any other, a crucial project and this was one of the most important classes because a stellar grade in this class meant a higher chance at a scholarship you were applying for. They liked you, but they wanted to see the grade you get in this class as a deal-breaker. If you aced, you got the scholarship.
It was everything, then, this class. You already were utilizing ChatGPT, your textbook, GitHub, and every source on the planet.
Just a half-part more.
But somehow, the last half was the hardest and it ate away two hours of your time already. Every late submission was docked 30% which would drop your grade into a B+ range, something you did not want to admit. Something that would happen because those few times Luigi beat you, he crushed you by over 20-30%.
You were not doing as well as you wanted to in the class.
You check the time, letting the 9:30pm flash into your eyes before the screen quietly goes black.
Maybe an hour wouldn't hurt.
But whatever you did, you were going to walk out finishing this project yourself and not asking Luigi.
~
"You came?" Kate is yelling over the music, dragging you by the arm as you stumbled through the people dancing over the music.
"The fuck? I didn't know Psi Kappa was this disgusting!" You nearly scream, letting Kate guide you through the place. You scan the crowd, trying to find familiar faces and friends so you can gain some footing in the place. The music is too loud, making your head pound.
The smell of alcohol, something you refused to drink, kicked around the nausea and for a second, you regret even stepping foot into this place.
Of course, that all melts away when your eyes land on Luigi Mangione.
He's wearing a white polo shirt, unbuttoned 3/4 of the way down as his pecs and defined abs scream for everyone's attention, detailed in their allure. His arms are deliciously toned and even, despite the flashy lights and revolving colors of the place. His head is craned to the side as you watch him talking up another girl, letting her feel him up.
You don't realize you're staring until his eyes suddenly swerve, directly piercing into yours. You physically feel yourself stutter, freezing as you let him hold the eye-contact. An ever-so teasing smile grace his lips before he's bending down and whispering something into the girl's ear.
You watch her pout, a face she quickly replaces with a flirty smile before letting her sight linger on Luigi and choosing to walk away. He chugs the rest of his drink down before, to your horror, he's walking in your direction.
Funny enough, the crows shifts to the start of a new song and the new gap in front of your confirms he's walking only towards you.
You instinctively take a step back against the soft strain of your own bodycon dress, feeling your legs shake as you hit the bar counter and reluctantly, you face a now towering Luigi smirking down at you.
"What happened to that attitude?" His question should sound a lot meaner, but instead, it comes out soft with a warning and hint of shame intertwined. Your head pounds as you force yourself to come up with some jumble of words to respond.
"It's there." You breath the statement out, but it's not too convincing. Luigi uses that to take a step closer and now, you're forced to stare up and into his eyes.
"Doesn't seem like it. How's that project comin' along?" He cages you in again, both arm circling around your already very limited space and you turn your head to the side, steeling yourself against his presence.
Something about the effect he has on you is so humiliating. This wasn't matching your brand - bitchy, arrogant, and perfect. Rather, this was a complete juxtaposition. You always keep control of the situation with your machinations or outright insults but now, that was not happening.
"Fine." You answers through your teeth, facing away from him still and suddenly you feel his mouth too close to your ear.
"Liar." He whispers it and you nearly moan, gulping down the sounds. He watches you shiver lightly, soaking in the helplessness that is starting to take over your figure.
"You need help baby?" He pushes the boundary, enjoying how you squirm more with every second he forces himself into your space. You're at a loss for words now, unable to distinguish between arousal, frustration, and utter confusion at your behavior right now.
So, you simply shake your head no.
It's an insufficient answers because Luigi's fingers are suddenly gripping either side of your face, making you gasp, before he forces you to look at him.
"Tell me the truth baby." Fuck, that name was really getting to you and his fuckable lips and hands were not helping right now.
Relinquishing the control you never had didn't seem like too bad of an option right now.
"I don't answer to you." You steel yourself, contorting your face and looking up at him with siren eyes which doesn't stand for long before his other hand is making it's way up your thigh and between your legs.
"I don't have a problem," He talks low and seductively in your ear, making your listen to the gravel in his voice, teasing his fingers upwards and watching you heave you chest up and down with increasing nervousness. You let your guard down, whimpering for a second before he retracts both hands.
"I'll get it out of you baby. We all need help sometimes and you..." he trails off, staring at your face that is lolling, lips parted and undoubtedly watery.
"You deserve to get the attitude fucked out of you." And with that, he pushes himself back and through the crowd, not even caring to give a glance back before leaving you alone and shaking, ready to cry.
You were such a weak, pathetic little girl and now, Luigi knew it.

academic rivals ♡ (azriel x reader)
summary: you and azriel have been fighting for the spot of valedictorian for your whole lives. the day has finally come where you find out who it really is.
a/n: i wish i had an academic rival
you submitted your last final, to your professor who nodded in approval at the first page of answers.
as you turn away, a triumphant grin crosses your face as you eyes Azriel still in his seat finishing his exam. he glares at you as you stick your tongue out at him, leaving the classroom. another win in your book.
you headed to your locker and grabbed all the remaining stuff from the storage space. As you finished, you turned to walk towards the principal's office to ask them the question you've been asking your whole education. suddenly, you felt a rush of wind race past you.
"catch up, slow poke" azriel called out at you as he sped walk by you, ever the stickler for rules and refusing to run down the halls.
"whatever," you muttered as you rolled your eyes and slammed your locker shut, walking as fast as you could to the principal's office.
"morons," cassian muttered from his locker as you both passed him "why don't they just run?"
"beats me," rhysand replied, examining his nails with a knowing smile.
you run the last few feet to the principal's office, reaching there at the same time as azriel. you both pant, as the door opens up in front of you two - revealing the secretary.
"come in," she said with an air of boredom, having been through the same song and dance multiple times.
you both beeline the principles office, shoving at each other as you sit down in the chairs in front of his desk.
"hello you two," the principle said, looking away from his computer. "congratulations on completing all your finals!"
"yeah, yeah," azriel said, shoving at your shoulder, "tell us who it is."
"what? the principle asked in confusion.
"tell us who valedictorian is!" you explained, "it has to be me, right? i took more APs."
"no, it's me! I did more community college classes," Az countered back at you, glaring.
"it's neither of you." the principal said, interrupting your argument.
"what?" you said, both of you stopping in your tracks.
"i'm the valedictorian," you hear from behind you, and you both turn around in horror to see Rhysand leaning against the doorway.
"i have a higher GPA than the both of you. 4.9," he stated as he stalked towards the desk. "i'm here to pick up my sash."
the principal handed him the sash and he left with a wink.
"you two are free to go now," the principal said, turning back to his computer.
you both stand up wordlessly and leave the office, the secretary snickering at the two of your faces.
"oh my god," you said as soon as you got out of the office. you rubbed your face with your hands, groaning into them. "how could neither of us win? how did rhysand win?"
"i have no fucking clue," azriel said, mirroring your despair. "we're literally best friends, why wouldn't he tell me?"
after a few more minutes of wallowing, he looked at you.
"i guess we both don't win our bet," he said, sadly. suddenly, you eyes flases in remembrance.
"oh my god, our bet," you said, reminiscing on the deal you both had made after 8th grade promotion where you both had been names "best student". you had stated that if you got valedictorian, azriel would give you his car. if azriel had won, he would take you on a date.
"there goes my date, huh?" azriel said, looking into your eyes with a slightly remorseful feel. as you looked at him, you realized that the best thing about fighting for valedictorian was that you fighting with him.
it would not have been the same if it was anyone else fighting with you, you only enjoyed it as long as the competition was with him.
ignoring his question, you said "i'm gonna miss us," quietly.
"me too," he said, "the competition was nice. and you're pretty nie too," he said, giving you a one sided hug.
"hey," you said, returning the hug, "we have all summer. do you still want that date?" you said.
he looked at you with stars in his eyes, "i would like nothing more," as he linked his hand with yours. you squeezed his hand and he squeezed yours as you smiled up at him.
suddenly, you hear a shout behind you.
"azriel! y/n! i know neither of you were valedictorian, but the position of salutorian is open." the principal stated.
you both glanced at each other with wolfish grins as you nodded to hear the answer.
"congratulations y/n," he said as he handed you a sash. "prepare your speech for graduation by next week please."
you stare at the sash in your hands, proud of yourself (even if it wasn't valedictorian).
"YES!" you shout, and jump around the halls, gripping the sash in your hands.
"congrats beautiful," he muttered as stared at you celebrate with admiration. "i can't wait to hear that speech, i better be mentioned." he said. you grinned and pinched his arm, "of course," you stated as you both left the school ready for your endless summer romance to begin.

JEALOUSY / C.S

Pairing ◊ reader x sumin (ft. Hyunwoo, Jinsik and Ive's Liz and Wonyoung)
Genre ◊ best friend to lovers, fluff, slightly suggestive
Warnings ◊ making out against a wall at a party
Word count ◊ 2,64k
Summary ◊ You and Sumin had always been best friends, until a certain party were you couldn't contain your jealousy.
a/n ◊ Literally inspired by a dream I had. Requests are open! Enjoy.
You and Sumin had been inseparable since childhood. Growing up in the same neighborhood, attending the same schools, and sharing countless memories, your bond was forged in the fires of shared experiences. Whether biking through the park on sunny afternoons or staying up late discussing your dreams and fears, you were always there for each other. But recently, things have started to change. Little glances lingered too long, casual touches felt electrifying, and an unspoken tension hung between you.
—————
Stacks of books and notebooks surrounded you and Sumin at the library. You had a big exam, and studying together had always been your way of preparing for big stuff like this. The table you chose was in a quiet corner, away from the usual hustle.
Sumin leaned closer, pointing at a complex painting on your computer screen. ‘’I think you need to approach it differently; maybe use this technique instead?’’
You nodded, your attention divided between the problem and how his face was just inches from yours. You could feel his breath, warm against your cheek.‘’Yeah, that makes sense,’’ you said, your voice softer.
You worked through the question together, your hands almost touching. Every time your hands brushed, a spark of electricity seemed to pass between you. You found it hard to concentrate, your mind drifting to how his eyes sparkled with intensity.
After a while, Sumin leaned back, stretching. ‘’We’ve been studying for hours. How about a break?’’ He said, putting his arm behind you to rest at the back of your chair, turning his body towards yours.
‘’Good idea,’’ you agreed, your heart still racing from closeness. You stood up and walked to the nearby coffee shop. You couldn’t help but steal glances at him as you waited in line.
——————
Even when you hung out with your friends, there was tension. It was game night at Hyunwoo’s apartment, a tradition you always looked forward to. Liz, Hyunwoo, and Jinsik were already setting up the board game.
‘’Finally, the dynamic duo arrives,’’ Jinsik said, a teasing grin on his face when you both walked in.
‘’Sorry guys, we got a little stuck on studying,’’ Sumin said as you sat down with a bag of snacks you bought.
Liz raised an eyebrow, a mischievous smile on her face. ‘’Studying? Is that what they call it these days?’’
You laughed nervously, a blush creeping up your cheeks. ‘’Very funny.’’
As always, you all settled in, and the game started with light-hearted banter and friendly competition. As the vending progressed, you found yourself sitting next to Sumin. Whenever you reached for the same game piece or card, your hands touched, lingering longer than necessary.
Hyunwoo noticed and smirked a bit, leaning closer to Jinsik to whisper in his ear. ‘’Do you think they’re even aware of how oblivious they are?’’
Jinsik chuckled, shaking his head lightly. ‘’Nope, completely oblivious.’’
Sumin caught their exchange and shot them a warning look. "What are you two gossiping about over there?"
‘’Nothing,’’ Hyunwoo said, feigning innocence. "Just enjoying the game."
As the game continued, you felt Sumin's knee brush against yours under the table. You didn't move away, neither did he. The contact sent a jolt of warmth through you, and you found it increasingly hard to focus on the game.
——————
One day, during the summer, after finals, you and your friends decided to go to the beach to enjoy the sun. You and Sumin walked side by side, setting up your towels and umbrella close to the water.
As you played in the waves, your friends watched with knowing smiles. Liz grinned, looking at the two boys. ‘’I give them a month before one of them confesses.’’
You and Sumin splashed each other, laughing and chasing each other in the water. At one point, he sought you and tried to drown you. You shrieked and tried to do the same by pushing him, both laughing hard.
You lay on your towels, the sun warming your skin. He turned his head to look at you, your eyes closed, a peaceful expression on your face. He felt a surge of feelings, his heart aching. As soon as you opened your eyes, he quickly looked away, his cheeks flushing at the idea that you caught him staring at you.
——————
He parked his car in front of your house, his palms slightly sweaty as he waited. They had seen you dress up countless times before, as you went to numerous parties together, but tonight felt different for some reason. There was an unfamiliar knot in his stomach. He took a deep breath, exited his car, and walked to your door. Just as he was about to knock, the door swung open.
You stood there, and for a moment, he forgot how to breathe. You wore a tight black dress and boots, your hair straightened and shiny. Your makeup was flawless, highlighting your eyes and lips in a way that made his heartbeat.
‘’Hey Susu, ready to go?’’ You asked, a big smile plastered on your face.
He blinked, trying to find his voice. ‘’Uh, yeah, ready.’’ He managed, his voice sounding higher than usual. He cleared his throat, trying to regain his composure. ‘’You look…wow.’’
You tilted your head, a teasing glint in your eye. "Wow, huh? Is that all you've got?"
Sumin laughed nervously, rubbing the back of his neck. "I mean, you look amazing, y/n. Really."
You stepped closer, your perfume intoxicating him in ways he did not understand. "I know," you said with a playful smirk, enjoying his flustered reaction. "But it's nice to hear you say it."
Sumin swallowed hard, his eyes flickering over your face. "You always look good, but tonight... I mean, you just... you look stunning."
‘’Well, thank you,’’ you replied, your voice softening as you felt your cheeks flushing.
You walked to his car together, and the air was tense. As you drove to Hyunwoo’s place, the car's silence was filled with excitement and nerves. He glances at you out of the corner of his eye, taking in the way the streetlights plate off your features.
‘’So, are you looking forward to the party?’’ He asked, trying to make casual conversation as he turned the wheel to the right.
‘’Definitely,’’ you said, turning to face him. ‘’It’s been a while since we all hung out like this. And Hyunwoo’s parties are always epic.’’
He chuckled, his shoulders relaxing a bit. ‘’Yeah, that guy sure knows how to throw a party.’’
You arrived at Hyunwoo’s place, music and laughter spilling into the night as his apartment window opened. You walked up to his apartment; inside, the party was in full swing. The host greeted you with a big smile and a drink ready in his hand. ‘’There you are! It took you long enough.’’
You chuckled, ‘’Good to see you too, Woo,’’ you entered his apartment. ‘’I had to make sure Susu didn’t get lost on the way.’’ You said, giving Sumin a little smile.
They both chuckled, and you made your way to a corner of his living room, spotting Liz and Jinsik laughing on the couch. They both raised an eyebrow at the sight of your outfit. ‘’Wow, you look amazing,’’ Liz said, hugging you.
‘’Thanks,’’ you replied, glancing at your best friend, who was still dazed.
Jinsik noticed his friends’ flushed cheeks and clapped him on the back. ‘’You okay, man? You look a bit flushed,’’ he said, a knowing smile on his face.
He nodded quickly, pursing his lips. "Yeah, I'm good. Just need a drink."
You made their way to the kitchen, where Sumin handed you a drink. You accepted it with a smile, your fingers brushing momentarily. The touch sent a shiver down his spine, and he hoped you didn't notice. You walked back into the living room, settling on the couch beside your friends.
Hyunwoo told silly jokes, always as talkative as ever, when you recognized a tall girl arriving: Wonyoung. She was Liz’s and Hyunwoo’s friend from their major, but you rolled your eyes when you saw her coming. Her crush on Sumin was so obvious it was almost embarrassing.
‘’Hey guys,’’ she said, her high voice echoing, as she gave a little hug to Liz before sitting beside Sumin, who was beside you. ‘’Hey, Sumin,’’ she greeted him, touching his arm slightly. ‘’I haven’t seen you in ages!’’
‘’Hey, Wonyoung,’’ Sumin replied, smiling politely. ‘’It’s been a while, yeah. How have you been?’’
As they talked, Wonyoung moved closer, her hand lingering on Sumin's arm. Your stomach tightened, and a wave of jealousy washed over you. You tried to ignore it, but it was becoming increasingly tricky as Wonyoung leaned in, laughing at something Sumin said. You felt your best friend’s eyes flicking to you quickly. You knew he had no interest in winning young whatsoever and was being his friendly and polite self, but you couldn’t help gripping your cup a little more challenging.
Liz, standing next to you, noticed the shift in your demeanor. "You okay?" she whispered.
"Yeah, fine," you replied, forcing a smile. But your eyes betrayed you, fixed on how Wonyoung was practically draped over Sumin.
The conversation continued, and Wonyoung’s touchiness only increased. She laughed loudly, placing her hand on Sumin’s chest for emphasis. Your patience snapped. You couldn't take it anymore.
You grabbed Sumin’s arm and dragged him from the couch, not caring about how rude it was. Sumin looked surprised but allowed himself to be pulled away. You dragged him through the crowded room and into a quieter corner near the kitchen.
‘’Wait, y/n. What are you doing?’’ He asked.
You turned to face him, your heart pounding. You needed to devise a reason for dragging him away other than your jealousy. "I... uh, I just wanted to see if you wanted a drink," you said, grasping at straws. "The kitchen has some new stuff Hyunwoo got."
Sumin frowned, his brow furrowing. ‘’Y/n, what’s going on? You seemed upset back there."
You bit your lip, your eyes wandering, searching for another distraction. "Oh, did you see that game Hyunwoo set up? We should check it out."
As you were about to go near the beer pong table, Hyunwoo and a few of his friends settled; he grabbed your writs and pulled you towards him. ‘’Y/n, you're avoiding the question,’’ he said, his voice dropping slightly as he looked down at you.
You looked up at him, the proximity making your heart pound. You could feel your facade dropping. ‘’It’s nothing. I just... thought we could hang out alone for a bit,’’ you said, your voice soft.
Sumin sighed, "You know you can tell me anything, right?"
Your heart ached at his sincerity. "I know, Sumin. It's just..." you trailed off, unable to find the right words.
Before you could devise another distraction, he leaned in and crashed his lips against yours. Your eyes widened in surprise, but you quickly melted into the kiss, your hands reaching up to tangle in his hair. The kiss was intense, filled with all the unspoken emotions and tension that had been building between you. The kiss quickly deepened, and the world seemed to disappear around you.
His hands slid around your waist, pulling you closer as your lips moved together with urgency. You responded eagerly, holding him as if afraid to let go. There was so much tension between you.
His heart pounded in his chest, his mind spinning. He had dreamed of this moment for what felt like forever, and now that it was happening, it was better than he could have ever imagined. He deepened the kiss, his tongue brushing against yours, eliciting a soft moan from you that made his blood run hot.
You stumbled slightly as he backed you against the nearest wall, the excellent surface pressing into your back starkly contrasting the heat between you. The kiss grew even more passionate, your breaths mingling in the small space between you. You finally pulled back for air, both breathless, your foreheads resting against each other.
‘’Fuck,’’ he whispered, his voice rough and hoarse, as he squeezed your waist a bit. ‘’I’ve wanted this for so long.’’
Your lips curled into a smile as you locked eyes with him, and he slightly pulled away. ‘’Why did it take you so long?’’
Sumin sighed, brushing a strand of hair away from your face. His fingers lingered on your skin, sending shivers down your spine. "I don't know," he admitted. "I guess I was scared you might not feel the same way. Or I was a total coward,’’ you chuckled.
You rolled your eyes playfully, your hands still resting on his shoulders. "Man, you're such an idiot. I was so obvious about my feelings.’’
Sumin's eyes widened slightly, and he let out a breathless laugh. "Really? I thought I was imagining things. I didn't want to risk our friendship.’’
"Risk our friendship?" You repeated, shaking your head. "We've always been more than just friends, Susu. I thought you knew that.’’
Sumin's expression softened, his thumb gently tracing your jawline. "I guess I was blind.’’
‘’You were,’’ you said, reaching up to cup his face in your hands. He leaned faint your touch. "Well, now you know," you said softly. "And for the record, I've liked you for a long time, too."
Sumin's eyes lit up, a smile spreading across his face. "You have no idea how happy that makes me," he murmured, leaning in to kiss you again, this time slower and more tenderly.
You heard someone clearing their throat beside you, and you pulled away. Jinsik, Liz, and Hyunwoo are watching you, wide grins plastered on their faces.
‘’We were looking for you,’’ Hyunwoo said as he crossed his arm on his chest, a slight smirk on his face. ‘’But I guess we are interrupting something.’’
Liz put her hands on her hips, a smirk curling her lips. ‘’We had no reason to be worried then.’’
Jinsik laughed, pointing at you, still leaning against the wall, your cheeks flushed. "Looks like Sumin found something interesting to do.’’
You rolled your eyes but couldn't help the smile that tugged at your lips. "Hilarious, guys.’’
"Oh, come on," Liz said, stepping closer and poking your arm. "You can't just disappear like that and not expect us to come looking. Especially when you dragged Sumin here.’’
He rubbed the back of his neck with a sheepish smile. "Okay, okay, you caught us. We were... talking.’’
"Talking, huh?" Hyunwoo said, waggling his eyebrows. "Is that what they're calling it these days?’’
Jinsik pretended to be scandalized, holding his hand over his heart. "In front of everyone, no less. Have you no decency?’’
You playfully swatted at Jinsik. "Oh, shut up. We were just—‘’
"Making up for lost time," Sumin finished, his eyes sparkling with amusement. "Right, y/n?’’
You nodded, your smile widening. ‘’Exactly.’’
Liz sighed dramatically, leaning against Hyunwoo. "Well, it's about time. We've all been waiting for you two to figure it out.’’
Hyunwoo nodded, clapping Sumin on the back. "Seriously, man. We were starting to think you'd never make a move.’’
"Hey, it was mutual," you protested, looking at Sumin affectionately. "We both needed to figure things out.’’
"And now that you have," Jinsik said, "we expect much more PDA. This has been a long time coming.’’
"Not too much PDA," Liz warned, raising an eyebrow. "We still have to be able to look at you two without cringing.’’
Sumin laughed, taking your hand and pulling you close. "Don't worry; we'll keep it PG.’’
"Mostly," you added with a wink.
Your friends groaned in unison, but their smiles showed they were genuinely happy for you.

shifting to study
Stress, burnout, and lack of motivation is something all students experience—but what if there was a way to escape those barriers and create a reality where studying feels effortless, productive, and even enjoyable?
Here's a guide to script the perfect study spot, a safe haven to stay for as long as you need, until you're ready to come back and ace your exams.

1. The study spot
The first step is deciding where you'll do all the studying. Let your imagination run wild.
Here's some ideas:
A beautiful 18th century library with towering wooden bookshelves, ornate carvings, and sliding ladders
A room right in front of the sea. The sound of waves and the fresh sea breeze make studying calm and refreshing.
A cozy study room in the fall. A crackling fireplace, soft blankets, and a desk with tea and notebooks set the mood.
A study in a castle tower with high ceilings, stone walls, and a desk by a tall window overlooking forests. The space feels timeless and inspiring.
A clean, modern study area in a university with organized desks, bright skylights, and the quiet buzz of productivity. Everything is tidy and efficient.

11. Study partners
Now, you might need someone to hold you accountable whilst studying.
You can script your comfort character, your s/o, or even create your own study group filled with supportive students who are all working together toward the same goal. Make sure to include that everyone is focused on collaboration, not competition, helping each other achieve the best grades possible.
You could also script your favorite study icons—like Rory Gilmore, Spencer Hastings, Elle Woods, or Hermione Granger—joining you. They can motivate you, share tips, and help you master tricky concepts with their unique expertise.
If you prefer one-on-one guidance, you can even imagine having a private teacher who patiently explains every topic until you fully understand it.
III. Extras
Finally, here's some more things you can script for tje ultimate study experience.
All the stationary and materials you could wish for
A fridge with any drinks and snacks you might want
A giant whiteboard for blurting and active recall
A window that changes the weather/ambience outside whenever you want
A high quality speaker to play calm music or white noise
Books, a computer, an ipad...
Comfortable but cute outfits
A candle that can change it's scent accordingly to your wishes

I haven't seen anyone do this before, so tell me if it's helpful and if you have any questions :)

Yandere Prodigy
Her name is Aqua, she is a prodigy.
She is a quiet and serious girl, also considered a kuudere. She doesn't show her emotions, but her words and actions make her obvious infatuation with you.
She is a little tall, has long blue hair, and gray eyes. She is quite beautiful, typically dressing in long dresses.
A super genius with an IQ over 200, considered one of the brightest minds of the century. She excels in mathematics, physics, chemistry, economics, medicine, and law. Her abilities surpass those of normal persons.
Since childhood, she found everything boring and didn't get along with other kids. She was different, not playing with toys or engaging in childish activities. She preferred reading over playing with others.
She saw everything in gray until she met you, a cheerful kid who, like everyone else, enjoyed playing childish games. However, she saw something different in you, something that caught her attention. It was as if you were the only point of color in a world of gray. She wanted to know more about you, to find out why you were completely different from everyone else.
Years later, after observing you from afar for a long time, she finally discovered it was love. Realizing she was in love, she also became aware of all the strange things she had been doing while trying to figure out the reason you were so different. This included collecting your hair, observing you from a distance, measuring you while you slept, among many other things. However, she knew she couldn't stop; she wanted to know everything about you.
Her great intelligence also helps her get closer to you. She knows your schedule by heart, where you'll be at every moment of the day, allowing her to find you whenever she wants.
In high school, she was considered a worldwide genius, participating in international competitions and excelling in math without needing to study. She took advantage of her position as a genius to become a tutor, with a clear goal in mind: to become your tutor.
It's normal for you to struggle with an exam or a topic from time to time. When that happens, she jumps at the opportunity to offer help with your studies, using it as a chance to spend more time together, go to your house, and stay up late studying together.
Being skilled with computers and programming, she can hack into your account to see your school schedule, know which classes you'll have and with whom. She uses this information to adjust her schedule so that you have most to all classes together, helping you with any questions you may have during class.
She also uses her hacking skills to access your computer and account, having access to your history and front camera. She loves watching you through it, especially when you put on a cute face while concentrating on reading or when you laugh at a video. She doesn't regret learning to program and hack just to do these things.
She uses your history to research topics you like, making it easier to talk to you about these things. It also helps her find a gift you might really like for your birthday or in Christmas, ensuring she updates her information about you from time to time.
She enjoys playing video games, and when you were younger, she used to go to your house to play with you. She was very good at it, practicing to beat you every time because she found it adorable how you concentrated when trying to win or when you lost.
She studies hard to fulfill her future plan, which involves having you always by her side. Despite her natural talent and prodigy, she dedicates herself to achieving this dream.
In the future, she will create her own company, becoming the CEO, and it will become an international-level company in a short time thanks to her well-planned strategies and skills in economics. The company will sell some of the revolutionary inventions she has created.
Once she is the CEO and her company has enough power, she will have everything she needs to keep you always by her side. She will offer you a job, a well-paid position as her personal assistant. You won't be able to refuse the offer; it has too many benefits.
Once you start working for her, you will sign a confidentiality agreement, but there were some small print and legal gaps that worked to her advantage, which you didn't notice.
The contract was to prevent you from sharing information about her or the company, but mainly to prevent you from reporting her for the things she was going to do. Violating the contract would have serious consequences.
The small print of the contract included that you had to be available to help her 24/7, requiring you to move practically next to her if you lived on your own, with your family, or with your girlfriend.
Another small print included the duration of your contract, about 10 years. You cannot resign during this time, or you would violate the contract and face legal problems.
In summary, the contract worked in her favor, and once signed, she would have you in the palm of her hand for a decade. She would make you renew the contract without you realizing it if she deemed it necessary, in case you hadn't learned by then that you belonged to her.
If you were to reject the job despite the absurd benefits presented, she would be a bit concerned because she thought you would accept instantly. However, she had already planned what to do in that situation, so there would be no problem.
In case you rejected her job offer, she would take care of tarnishing your name and putting you on the blacklist of any company or place you applied to work at. No matter how much you studied or if you had a degree or a doctorate, no one would want to go against a big company like the one she owns, so you would be constantly rejected from the jobs you applied to.
You would inevitably end up crawling back to her feet, after falling into despair and being rejected from every job, you begged for the position she offered you earlier. Aqua would act hard to get, but only to pressure you into accepting the new contract she made for you, thicker than the previous one, with more restrictions for you. Being desperate for the job, you would be more likely to sign anything she gave you.
After seeing how you resisted the first time, she wanted to make sure it didn't happen again or prevent it as much as possible. This new contract would help her keep you under control.
As her assistant, you would spend most of the time with her in her private office. She could work while staring at you, and although it would make you uncomfortable, you couldn't do anything to make her stop. She was your boss, and she could do anything she wanted. After signing and discovering some clauses you didn't read well, you began to doubt if accepting the job was a good idea.
One advantage of your contract with her is that you have several days of vacation, despite being a newcomer. You might try to use one of these days to get away from your boss and rest from her penetrating gaze. You could even go with your girlfriend and enjoy time together, if you're still together, but you didn't take into account that there was a legal gap in the contract. As you had to be available 24/7 as her assistant, you could only go on vacation if she went with you, something she would surely do.
If you don't have a girlfriend, she will suggest that you share a room, offering to pay for the room, saying that you deserve it for working so hard. Although her true intentions are to choose the hotel where you will stay, so she can make modifications thanks to her contacts. For example, accidentally having a confusion and ending up sleeping in a room with a double bed instead of two, or asking to install a secret camera in the shower so she can record and watch you shower. She would treasure that recording like a treasure; these are just some of the things she can do.
If you still have a girlfriend, your boss will accompany you, regardless of whether it bothers your girlfriend or not. It's in the contract, after all. She will suggest a hotel owned by one of the company's partners because it is a prestigious hotel, and they will get a considerable discount. In the hotel, she will use her influence to ruin the moments you and your girlfriend can have together, and to hurt her.
At night, you won't be able to sleep or be together peacefully because apparently the upstairs and next-door floors are under construction, and the noise of drills, hammers, and others won't let you sleep peacefully. Also, during meals, the waiters might "accidentally" trip and spill food or drinks on your girlfriend, ruining the elegant clothes she brought for your date at this beautiful hotel.
If these small annoyances are not enough to separate you, she will take more extreme measures. If any accident were to happen in the hotel, it could easily be covered up by the hotel owner. There would be no witnesses, and security videos would mysteriously be deleted. It's the perfect place to get rid of the woman who has what she has desired so much.
Your new home would be quite nice; it's an apartment on the same floor and building as Aqua. It's a very nice and exclusive place with a lot of security. Thanks to the generous salary from your new job, you can afford it. You are obligated to live there; according to the contract, you must always be close in case your boss needs you.
Naturally, your room would be monitored through the hidden cameras she installed before you moved in. If she thought you might bring your girlfriend, she could prevent you from getting too comfortable and would call you immediately for help with something as her assistant. You would have to go with her at that moment, ruining the quality time you had planned to spend with your girlfriend.
Since she can't spend time with your girlfriend because you have to live next to your boss, and every time she visits, there seems to be an urgent matter that forces you to leave, your relationship won't last long, just as Aqua had planned. She would take advantage of your sadness after the breakup to get closer to you.

Introduction
Heya it’s mith! This is a nickname from my original name. I am Tamil and I’m from the state of Tamilnadu from south India :)
This is a study or/blog about my life as a CBSE student where I’ll post about motivation, any interesting topics and just tips that I found useful. I am planning on posting my 11th chemistry notes by the end of this year, once I’ve finished typing them up as I’ve hand written them! So you will see resources being posted!!
I am a high-school student, 17 years old ( year 12/ 12th grade )studying in the science stream. My subjects include —
Physics.
Chemistry.
Mathematics.
Computer Science (python)
English
Why a studyblr?
I opened this studyblr in order to stay productive and help others to do so too if I can. Also through this account I would like to share bits of my student life and motivate other students to do what a student should do like - study and enjoy life. I will post a lot about how to get motivation and how I study certain subjects and these posts will update as I go along!
Any competitive exams?
I am doing four exams ( sobs) which are for design and architecture respectively. These are NATA, JEE paper 2 ( this includes, maths, drawing and aptitude , not physics chemistry and maths ) , UCEED ( design) and NIFT ( design)
Future career?
I am hoping to study design or architecture and maybe get a literature or business degree as a side goal.
Any goals for 2025?
I wanna learn foreign languages such as Italian since it’s my current obsession. I’ve already learnt a bit of French so I’m planning on learning all of the Romance languages, so you will see me post about language learning too!!
More about me:
I was born in England and I’ve lived in India and England on and off, every few years I’d shift to England and then come back to India. I did my boards (10th) in the uk in the form of GCSEs. GCSEs are usually done in 10th and 11th so I’m repeating a year again in India so it’s easier for me for my 12th boards!

What majors 'Attack on Titan'characters would have in college AU (part 2):
Source: My Majors
Word count: 1.1k
(part one)
11. Sasha: Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management
• Sasha was first admitted to a college with the major Culinary Science, along with her boyfriend, Niccolo, but left the course after a month
• I want to eat food not study it was what she retorted to everyone, but in reality, she just felt she would not be contributing enough to the community
• As the major took out for a lot of field work, she signs up for all, and even joined internships from the first year itself, regarding the same
• A procrastinator; crams on the night of the exam, while Niccolo is cooking her assortment of dishes and gets super groggy on examination mornings :')
12. Connie: Graphic Design
• His mother was extremely proud of her son getting into the college; so much that she had told every other person passing on the streets how Connie will be a genius, in whatever tech stuff he is doing
• Opted for a college far away from home, because he wanted to experience life to the fullest by living alone, and learning to fend for himself
• Teaches basic computer science to two kids, and works as a freelancer digital artist, along with juggling his classes
• Loves his subject and puts effort behind it quite regularly, but call him for a party he'd be there with two extra beer bottles, ridiculously shimmery clothes and a party popper!
13. Jean: Architecture
• Look me in the eye and tell me that Jean doesn't look like a dreamy arch student, always carrying his sketchbook along with him and sitting down to draw the building or monument designs that seem to intrigue him
• Was in eighth grade, when Mikasa told him that the way he draws the buildings are very clean. Boom, and he wants to draw them for the rest of his life
• For some reason, his mother did not approve of his subject choice, until one day she found a few building designs doodled in placards sprawled over his desk and reconsidered her opinion
• Loves a good party once in a while, but really wants to work behind the subject so sometimes, calls a rain check
14. Erwin: Intelligence
• Ever since Erwin can remember, he wanted to be in the army, fighting for his motherland. That was what he had wanted all his life, and he had every quality to enlist himself for it until he sustained incurable injuries on his right arm trying to save an elderly couple from an accident
• Intelligence major was a piece of cake for Erwin, for he was a natural leader, acing all his classes with ease. He loves spending time in the library a lot, and his favourite book is rumoured to be 'Crime and Punishment' by Fyodor Dostoevsky
• He is equally loved and lusted by the women in his university, but apart from occasional casual flings, he does not want to engage in a relationship because it 'fuddles his mind'
• His room is speck clean and he likes working out regularly and eating healthy (cooks his own food and is distrustful of the canteen meals)
15. Zeke: Law
• In school, Zeke was reprimanded a lot because according to his teachers, he was 'always quipped with a brash follow-up question, with no regards to authority'. In college, he encashed it by enrolling himself in a law major programme
• He is a big believer in practical knowledge and quickly networked to find internship opportunities to practice and observe lawyers alongside his regular studies
• With an absentee father, he worked two side jobs as a cashier at Starbucks and a private tutor
• He participated a lot in debate competitions and moot courts to enhance his critical thinking and analytical skills
16. Marco: Film Studies
• Always a sweet and dreamy guy, Marco chose film studies because he passionately believes films influence people a lot
• Ask him, and he will name the most obscure movies just to seem like a film student with a mysterious air, while in reality, his favourite movie is Mean Girls
• Likes people watching and tries to do all his college work sitting in a cafe, with 'coffee, coffee, coffee!'
• Has tried making short films, and although the themes and plots have been pretty good, he is yet to get real recognition for them
17. Porco: Aviation
• Ever the cocky guy, Porco took aviation because it made him feel like he was on top of the world
• Scored average in theory but was very skilled in practical knowledge
• His professors have often recommended he enlist for the air force, but he doesn't want to; he wants a low-key life without stress (staning a king who knows the importance of mental health!)
• Flirts A LOT with his fellow classmates, and 10/10 uses his charm to get his homework and assignments done
18. Pieck: Inorganic Chemistry
• Pieck's main goal in life is to see more women in STEM, and thus, her major
• Has excellent mathematical and statistical skills and uses them efficiently to excel
• Straight A student, has the special lucky glasses that she wears while taking her exams
• Very humble and soft-spoken, she is often forced to help others even when she doesn't really want to
19. Gabi: Marketing Research
• Gabi originally wanted to become a footballer and had once run away from home because she felt her parents did not approve of her career choice
• While football is still her passion, she has a newfound love for marketing
• Immense persuasive skills and great essays make her one of the toppers of her batch
• Feels stressed trying to juggle studies and football, but she loves both and can't live life with one without the other
20. Falco: Art History Criticism and Conservation
• Falco loved visiting art museums as a kid, and this love of his followed well into adulthood
• His favourite artist is Monet, and his core memory of college is their field trip to the Sistine Chapel
• Loves art, any art in any form, and appreciates every art he sees; is passionate about learning more and has inculcated the skill of finding beauty in everything
• His dorm room is filled with paintings from roadside artisans that he fell in love with, and on Sundays, he tries painting himself (and fails miserably, but is the happiest)

Guys....a lot happened after 6d
First of all, I know people barely read these things but venting to the internet hits different lol. I mean-my friends have no idea i have this account. So I can talk abt the shit they did to me (does that make me a piece of shit) Idk. Anyways.. Today (1/26/25) is my bf and I 2 months anniversary! I can't show any affection though for some reason. He keeps saying romantic stuff in front of the teachers and I am hella scared. Like my mental health went down I only talk to my best friend (we will call her monke). I only show monke affection,... Anyways yesterday (1/25/25), we had two math competitions. The first one was at my dream highschool and I know two of them personally and really well so one of the ladies came and hugged me and congratulated me for getting into the high school (I will call the highschool dream.)
In the math competition, I won a medal and they announced to the entire crowd/participants. She is also an accepted applicant. I am so happy.
Then we got dunkin donuts at the end. I was so excited. I ate: egg and cheese (english muffin) and everything bagel bites.
After that, we had AMC-8 (A national competition in america for 6-8th graders). It was hella hard. I guess on like 7 of them 😭. There are 25 questions and 40 mins to answer. After the exam, I was free. We went to Olive garden and I got fettuccine alfredo and a strawberry passion fruit liminato. It was so good lol.
But I made a joke and my parents got mad. The night didn't end so well...I got upset and I just shut down. I slept at 10:00 PM. I didn't talk to them all morning. Nor did they. That is how our family works. I still haven't said sorry. Why should I?! I made a joke, yall should understand. That was all yesterday. Now today: 1/26/25. I got chosen to be a tour guide for our school. It was so much fun. I got grouped up with a girl a grade younger than me, but she was so much fun to be with. I just talked with people and stuff, really cool. we talked abt the summer I turned pretty. Team connie baby.
When i came home, I read agggtm. The actual title book is too long, just google it. I finished the book, ate lunch, and started to write my LA Notes. and Now I am in my ACSL Class. Learning just random stuff on computer science math. I already studied the class before, so I can be on this website and read fanfic And that is in my life. 5:24 PM - 1/26/25

hey cas! i just kinda wanna rant ig?
so I'm in the 9th grade right now and when I was in middle school, when I tell you I had MULTIPLE LIFE CRISES about what I wanna be when I grow up, i mean it. see in primary school I wanted to do psychology. then in middle school i thought it'd be too boring for some reason and went through so many different career options ranging from something in ai?? to medicine??. the ai thing would've never worked out because in not TERRIBLE but I don't really enjoy computer studies and anyway I took economic applications as an elective. medicine no because firstly in my country we need to do a SUPER HARD competitive exam called NEET and if I take up science i literally will not survive 11th and 12th and i won't be able to participate in any school related things that I want to. it's not that people DONT, our headgirl and dep head took science but I just don't feel like *i* could handle it
so now I'm back to psychology, and it's not like i chose it because I've wanted to do it in primary, i do GENUINELY want to do it. actually, criminology probably. due to my love for psychological thriller novels which definitely isn't the best thing to base my decision on but that's a whole seperate issue.
it's like I can turn off my emotions whenever I feel like and it's probably not healthy but I don't remember the last time I genuinely cried? like I'm extremely emotional, I could watch a film and SOB. i watched Moana 2 recently and i was almost sobbing so I'm like extremely emotional whenever something touches my heart but I don't remember the last time I cried because I was sad?
but anyway.
so being the girl who could NEVER decide her career, it's kind of strange that im completely decided now? like most people my age go through their life crisis NOW. my friends who were all decided in middle school, suddenly don't know anymore? and *i* do? we can do this academic essay from school, we choose a topic and basically write a sort of research paper on it and my bsf asked me what I'd do it on and I said "psychology" and she was like "ofcourse i knew it" and it's like at this point psychology probably DOES suit me and everyone probably does expect me to do psychology but I have no idea if I'll change my mind in 11th or 12th? idk.
for now I guess in 11th and 12th I'll take legal studies, psychology, sociology and economics.
so we can choose a third elective in 9th and 10th and i took eco app because I genuinely didn't know what else to take. in 8th we KIND OF had eco in geography and i absolutely hated it then but honestly eco app has grown on me and it's literally my favourite and i get pretty decent marks in it. so I'm glad I like the subject i chose and I guess I'll like the subjects I choose in 11th too but it's just like, what if I don't. what IF.
and it still feels weird that *i* am so decided about my future
Hi!
It sounds awesome that you know what you want! Listen, I wouldn't question it. It's a good thing! If things change later on, deal with it then, but for now, focus on the track you've chosen, it sounds like a great choice!

NOW PLAYING ──
[▶] Clip 1: Scaredy cat line playing a horror game on a livestream, but Eunjeong and Sujin can't stop swearing.
They hadn't even played 5 minutes of the game, yet Aina was already cowering in the back of the webcam, passing the mouse over to Sujin instead. Once their character reached an ominous looking black door, Su-Jin abruptly paused.
“There is no way I'm going inside.”
“Come on guys, it isn't even that scary-” Eunjeong snatched the mouse from Su-Jin and opened the door. Suddenly, a loud scream emerged from the computer's speakers- “FU**”
The room instead filled with their silent laughter and wheezing as they tried to recover from the jumpscare. Meanwhile, the live chat struggled to keep up with the amount of ‘ㅋㅋㅋ’ and ‘jajaja’ being spammed.
Two more jumpscares and a lot more swearing later, a staff member came into the room and hurriedly told them to end the live.
A few days later, Aina went live again, this time alone in her studio.
“Did you get scolded?” She giggles while hiding her face in her hands, “yeah the unnies got scolded a lot by our manager… I think they might be banned from going live.”
[▶] Clip 8: Nari is worryingly competitive during the pepero game.
“Hey. don't pull away from me no matter what.” Nari gave Aina an 'ok' gesture with her hands as she placed the chocolate stick between her lips.
“Okay, whenever you're ready.” The MC spoke from behind Nari and Aina, watching closely to make sure there was no foul play.
Nari and Aina moved towards each other with sudden haste, causing the members to let out a chorus of shocked gasps. For just a moment, Aina hesitated and began to laugh, but Nari kept going, causing them to kiss abruptly before falling apart.
The entire studio erupted into chaos.
“What?! Did you just kiss??” Someone yelled.
Aina looked defeated, lying on the floor and clutching her stomach as she let out a painful laugh.
“Hey! So what!" Nari jumped up with the crumb in her hands and kissed Sujin on the cheek.
Amongst all of the pandemonium, the MC just stood there, confused, and in silence.
[▶] Clip 12 + 13: Dambi being a homosexual on ‘Bi-Live’.*
*Bi-Live is what she calls her live streams.
"Have you ever given white day chocolates? No, I went to an all girls school.” She kept reading through the live comments absentmindedly, “I got a lot of Valentines Day chocolates, though.”
“Which idol is most your type? Oh-” she doesn't even take 2 seconds to think before answering-“fromis_9 Jiheon, she's so pretty.” Dambi chose to politely ignore the ‘I meant a male idol’ comment that shortly followed.
[▶] Clip 15: Aecha being interrogated by Jonathan on theKstarnextdoor for her compulsive butt spanking habits.
“This next one is for Aecha Noona. K-Butt sniper-” Nari, Haeun, and Dambi instantly burst out laughing.
“Wow. I had a feeling this was gonna to be talked about.” Nari jested while smiling.
“Yeah, it really needs to be brought up more. It's becoming troublesome.” Dam-Bi added with a straight face.
“We have multiple pictures of you touching the members butts, is there a magnet or…? What do you have to say for yourself?” Jonathan held up a collage of at least 20 pictures.
Aecha giggled nervously, pupils shaking as she scanned the paper. “Um, how do I respond to this?-" The studio audibly laughs around her- “their butt's are very satisfying to squeeze, like a fidget toy you know?” Her hands were squeezing the air in a very, *questionable* way.
“Ok, that's nice, but can you please put your hands down? I don't want our show to be rated 19+.”
───
A/N: whoops, guess who made this in a rush instead of studying for their mock exams (*^3^)/~☆ i wasn't gonna post this but i spent so long trying to edit the graphic in my tablet so i thought i'd share ♡ creds to @/desi6ner for the template!

A new record for Math Prize for Girls wins
Twelfth grader Jessica Wan three-peats, as MIT hosts the 15th competition for female middle and high school math enthusiasts.
Sandi Miller | Department of Mathematics

Florida Virtual School senior Jessica Wan was the winner of the 15th Math Prize for Girls (MP4G) annual contest for female-identifying contestants, held Oct. 6-8 at MIT.
She scored 17 out of 20 questions, which added up to make Wan the MP4G’s most successful contestant in its history; she also won the contest last year and in 2019, as an eighth grader. (MP4G paused for two years at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic.) Because Wan had won $82,000 in previous years, she was limited to only earning $18,000 this year by contest rules placing a $100,000 lifetime limit on winnings.
The 262 U.S. and Canadian middle and high school contestants took a two-and-a-half-hour exam that featured 20 multistage problems in geometry, algebra, and trigonometry. Here's an example of one of the questions:
The frame of a painting has the form of a 105” by 105” square with a 95” by 95” square removed from its center. The frame is built out of congruent isosceles trapezoids with angles measuring 45 degrees and 135 degrees. Each trapezoid has one base on the frame’s outer edge and one base on the frame’s inner edge. Each outer edge of the frame contains an odd number of trapezoid bases that alternate long, short, long, short, etc. What is the maximum possible number of trapezoids in the frame?
Hosted by the MIT Department of Mathematics and sponsored by the Advantage Testing Foundation and global trading firm Jane Street, the MP4G weekend culminated in an awards ceremony held at the Marriott in Kendall Square, Cambridge, Massachusetts. MIT electrical engineering and computer science (EECS) Professor Regina Barzilay gave the Maryam Mirzakhani keynote lecture, “Uncovering Mysteries of Life Sciences with Machine Learning.” The event was emceed by MP4G alumna In Young Cho, a quantitative trader from Jane Street who placed third in 2010, and featured a performance by the MIT Logarhythms.
In second place was eighth grader Selena Ge of Jonas Clarke Middle School in Lexington, Massachusetts, with a score of 14 to earn $20,000. She also was awarded a Youth Prize of $2,000 as the highest-scoring contestant in ninth grade or below.
The next four winners were junior Hannah Fox of Proof School in California, who received $10,000 with a score of 12; with scores of 11 each, $4,000 was awarded to sophomores Shruti Arun of Cherry Creek High School in Colorado, Catherine Xu of Iowa City West High School in Iowa, and senior Miranda Wang of Kent Place School in New Jersey. The next 12 winners received $1,000 each.

The top 41 students are invited to take the 2023 Math Prize for Girls Olympiad at their schools. Canada/USA Mathcamp also provides $250 merit scholarships to the top 35 students who enroll in its summer program.

I did something like this once for my characters.
Basically, I put them in an interrogation room, one after the other, and wrote a scene for each one. The interrogation room was supposed to be completely empty except for a desk, a box on the desk, a notepad without a pen and the chair the character was sitting on. No phones allowed, no personal items either except the clothes they came in with. A voice on a speaker was giving out instructions and could only speak in very short sentences, only regarding the rules. If I remember well (it's crazy how I came up with this myself but can't remember everything 🤦♀️), they had to find a way to open the box.
When I tell you they got a life of their own and started doing things that weren't planned in my head ? Writing is just magic like that because sometimes characters just take the lead. And this exercise helped me getting a better understanding of them SO MUCH. For instance :
- I knew my main character was going to be a little shit about it. He decided he was better than this and didn't even want to try. Until the voice on the speaker told him his bandmate (who he's been on bad terms with recently) had brilliantly solved the puzzle. That got my main character's competitive drive in gear and he spent hours trying to solve the puzzle like a madman while talking to himself about how if his bandmate could do it he could do it too and better/faster than him.
- The bandmate in question walked around the room for a bit and found the opening of the air vent above him. He got up on the chair, opened the air vent and found a pen. He got down, wrote something on a paper and slid it in the box. The voice on the speaker was a bit surprised. It was even more surprised when the bandmate took out his phone (that was supposed to have been confiscated before) and started texting like nothing.
- One of their best friends from childhood I knew was going to have a hard time. Had always felt anxious about exams even if he was always great at them. It was in his nature to follow instructions to the letter. Except the puzzle instructions weren't clear enough. Too many interpretations!! Too few words by the voice on the speaker!! Poor boy had a really tough time and a lot of energy, sweat and tears of agony were lost. But he managed to open the box.
- Finally, the chatterbox. Also a childhood friend. Being alone in a room with a monotone voice on a speaker was not going to bring her signature good mood down. She tried to do the puzzle half-heartedly bc it was kinda boring but she kept chatting and being charming while doing so. To the point where the voice on the speaker actually broke out of character. Once. Twice. On the third time she had the voice telling her their favorite football team and next thing I knew they were planning a date after this. She didn't open the box.
So yeah. Kinda fun to put your characters in logical settings and see where they'll take you. I should find the scenes on my old computer and read them again 🤭
(And sorry for speaking about my characters like a madman but I swear they were doing stuff on their own, I can only describe them like this !!)
if you're trying to get into the head of your story's antagonist, try writing an "Am I the Asshole" reddit post from their perspective, explaining their problems and their plans for solving them. Let the voice and logic come through.

In today’s competitive and interconnected world, fluency in English and standardized test scores are key factors in opening global opportunities—whether for higher education, immigration, or career progression. Chandigarh, often referred to as the education hub of North India, is home to some of the most reputable coaching institutes for English proficiency tests. If you're someone aiming to excel in IELTS or PTE, Chandigarh offers the perfect academic environment tailored to your success.
This blog dives deep into why Chandigarh is an ideal city for coaching, and more importantly, how choosing the Best IELTS Coaching in Chandigarh and the Top PTE Coaching in Chandigarh can elevate your scores and confidence.
Why Choose IELTS or PTE?
Before exploring coaching options, it's crucial to understand the exams themselves.
IELTS (International English Language Testing System) is recognized by over 11,000 organizations globally. It evaluates listening, reading, writing, and speaking skills and is often required for academic and immigration purposes in countries like Canada, Australia, and the UK.
PTE (Pearson Test of English), on the other hand, is gaining popularity for its unbiased scoring system powered by AI and fast result processing. It is accepted by many universities, governments, and employers worldwide.
Your choice of test often depends on your destination country, application type, and personal strengths. Regardless of the test, one thing remains constant: the need for expert guidance and systematic preparation.
Why Chandigarh is the Hotspot for Test Preparation
Chandigarh is known for its excellent educational infrastructure, peaceful study environment, and access to some of the best English language faculties. Here’s why students from all over North India prefer Chandigarh for IELTS and PTE coaching:
Highly Qualified Trainers: Chandigarh’s coaching centers often employ certified trainers with international exposure who understand the nuances of both IELTS and PTE formats.
Modern Infrastructure: Smart classrooms, dedicated speaking labs, and digital practice tools offer a futuristic learning experience.
Affordable Living and Fees: Compared to metropolitan cities, Chandigarh offers quality education and affordable living, making it a cost-effective choice.
Student-Friendly Environment: With thousands of aspirants coming to the city every year, the peer-learning culture is strong, motivating students to stay focused and goal-oriented.

Student Success Stories
Hundreds of students have benefitted from enrolling in Chandigarh’s premier coaching centers. Take the story of Priya, a graduate from Ambala who scored an 8.0 band in IELTS within two months of coaching. Or consider Rohit from Ludhiana who achieved a 79+ score in PTE and secured admission to an Australian university. These success stories are not outliers—they are a testament to the quality education available in Chandigarh.
Online vs. Offline Coaching: What Works Better?
Both modes have their own merits. Offline classes offer face-to-face interaction, group activities, and real-time feedback, while online coaching offers flexibility, especially for working professionals and students in remote areas.
Many Chandigarh institutes now offer hybrid models, combining the best of both worlds—live sessions, recorded lectures, and online assessments.
How Early Should You Start Preparing?
Ideally, you should begin your preparation 2–3 months before your planned test date. This allows sufficient time to:
Understand the test format
Identify strengths and weaknesses
Practice different modules thoroughly
Take multiple mock tests to build confidence
Early preparation, combined with the right coaching, ensures better outcomes with reduced stress.
