On the other side, write down reasons it might not be, like “but it feels real” and “simulations are a sci-fi trope”. Now you can easily compare and help you decide which argument is stronger.
2. Ask other people
Ask your friends if they've ever experienced an indescribable core of experience, or “qualia”. If they have, ask them to describe it. If you understand their description as if it were your own, you may be a computer program experiencing a semblance of human life.

This may corrupt the chunk and force reality to reload it. Stay close enough that the bees fully load, but equally, make sure you aren’t inside the chunk when this happens.
5. Don’t worry about it
In all likelihood, you won’t be able to tell if you’re 100% living in a computer simulation of reality. Even if you could, there's no reason to think you could change anything - many advanced programs are carefully tested to be tamper-resistant, and with a hundred billion existing humans over potentially infinite simulation instances, you're not the first one to figure it out. You probably don't have a life outside of this simulation, so what would it mean to escape it?

Meringue is the captain, ship engineer, and brains behind the Citrus Crew. She leads her ragtag crew in adventures throughout the galaxy as they go about bounty-hunting. She is headstrong in her own vision of justice and will always choose violence over a more peaceful solution. Chaos incarnate, she’s often at odd with the galactic police forces for her unethical and destructive methods. Her motto is to shoot first and ask questions later.  
Although Surcrosians are known for being a highly intelligent species, Meringue is considered a prodigy. What she lacks in physical strength is made up for by her genius intellect and ability to think on her feet. She started to build spacecrafts even as a kit and often knew more than the adults in the room with her. She holds doctorates in engineering and physics from her home planet. She’s quick with banter, and the fastest way to endear yourself to her is to be able to give her a witty comeback.
Meringue is never too far away from her service animal, Limone. Due to being blind in her right eye, Limone helps her find her target by getting into position and making noise.  He also helps calm her down when she is having a panic attack and will bring her tools while she is working.
Meringue’s best trait is her determination and perseverance. She refuses to give up and won’t stop fighting until the end. Although her methods may be questionable, her heart is in the right place. She’s fiercely protective to those that she cares about, such as her best friend, Sitron. She has a soft spot for animals.
She's also very fun-loving and is always up for a good time. There's never a dull moment when she's around. Drinks are always on her.
Meringue’s most negative trait is that she’s stuck-up and can’t admit when she’s wrong. She can be blunt and often won’t listen to those who she feels are beneath her.
Trivia:
Meringue is what is known as a “peanut”; a kit who was born too small and premature to survive under normal circumstances. As a fully grown doe, she’s significantly smaller than others of her species both in terms of height and overall build.
Although Sucrosians lose their dappling as they reach adulthood, Meringue’s never faded.
Meringue has a soft and ethereal singing voice (when she isn’t hurling curse words at people in the shrillest voice imaginable).
Despite the way she dresses, Meringue is a bit of a prude. She gets flustered over the idea of holding hands.
You take her gun away? Don’t worry, she has a backup. You took that one, too? Never fear, she’ll MacGyver a new one out of the scraps she finds on the ground somehow.
She’s never without her accessories (earrings and bangles) as these are actually important tools:
 Her earrings turn into a scouting visor when she touches the gem (I totally stole that from Sailor Mercury oops)
 Her bangles hide a lot of hidden computer software. They function as a communicator, ship cloaking and calling device, and offer a handy way to change her outfit on the fly - her clothing is made out of a material that is programmed into her device that allows her to change quickly. Kind of like the wands in Animal Crossing.
I might divulge into her backstory and family life at some point, but it’s kind of dark and I’m not sure I want to go into that.  Might just keep her as a wacky alien on here.
