Seeing misinformation about a topic I had a hyperfixation on in a viral post and resisting the urge to correct it

I am trying to make a tiny outdoor balcony pond, mostly to give me an overflow space for my aquarium plants and also to give the birds some water to drink.

I know basically what I want to do and I am pretty sure I have the tools and skills to do it, but my ADHD is fighting me SO HARD on this project. Like, it took effort to just go to my room and get a couple of the materials I need to do one step and now that I have them I'm stuck again, overwhelmed by the thought of measuring and/or scribing to get them to fit in the round, slope-sided container I foolishly picked and am now stubbornly devoted to.

And yeah, it has a hole in it but my current plans account for that.

I am afraid. Not of being made fun of, but rather the risk of a simp blog letting this get out and having this joke drawing of Dave as Burntrap but he's trying to be sexy somehow getting traction

I put too much effort into this. I willingly put too much effort into what should have been a doodle based on a comment somewhere about how Burntrap looks like he's in a crop-top.

@ponds-of-ink offered to draw William Afton in a crop-top and I, the fool I am, I offered to do the same with my favorite Springtrap variant, that favourite being Burn. The joke only really worked if a person was wearing the broken casing so Dave it is.

First of all I want you to know that your fic helped me to like FT again. Not sure if this can be taken as a compliment or not but for a while I was interested mostly on Edens Zero (great story btw) but after reading your fic I started to feel that warmth when I think about FT so thank you! You are taking everything I love in the story and leaving behind all the stuff that made me move on from it in first place, such as characters being only for shipping or comic relief or lack of proper planning. And now for my other question, I've seem some art made based on your fic, can I ask which ones are your favorites?

Fam I 100% understand where you're coming from because I have bones to pick with the original canon too. Half of this fic is fueled from spite and the other half love. Fairy Tail became my comfort show in a rather low point for me, so it has a special place in my heart for that, but mostly I became instantly drawn towards the characters. So... it was a bit disappointing to see those same characters get tossed around as the show progressed and lose some of that dynamic flair.

I really wasn't planning on writing anything like this but I found the acnologias-ass's papalogia au and was immediately drawn in by the possibilities, because I am a sucker for that kind of found family. After reading a few fics based off of the premise I went "wait no I can do this plot and keep them in character and hint at an overarching plot watch" and then I slipped and fell and tumbled face first into an entire series rewrite because I can't resist touching things I want to fix. But anyway.

Art based on my fics you say? I don't know if you mean the few pieces I've gotten from other people, or just all artwork? Because I make most of it, lol. Hard to pick a favorite, but I am fond of my Dragon Family Naptime (aka my banner picture) and then these silly sibling doodles because they bring me pure serotonin. For angst, there's this old rough sketch of young Jellal that I actually really enjoy. The heavy pencil style pleases me.

this year i kinda want to do birthday presents earlier so we can look more into just having fun doing something else and chill ^u^ i want to get back into lego a bit but like it's really shifted from how we used to make things as kids . so i want the acnh legos since they're so cute.

The Horrors are Getting Me so thinking of some nice things uhhhhhhhh

Okay! I’m gonna skip physical therapy tomorrow (too many incidents and injuries @ my house the last couple of days to tempt fate with something that uses a lot of energy) and instead I’m gonna hoover (still uses a lot of energy but needs doing!). Which means on Wednesday when it’s forecast to be SUNNY I‘ll be free to go in the garden and maybe film some spring plants to make another little video!

I’ve barely had the energy to spend time in the garden/outside in the past month or so, so it’ll be really nice to go check up on how spring is doing! Breath some fresh air! Feel the breeze! Hear some birds! Even though we’re forecast sleet or rain on like every other day this week 😅

watching some crabs souls and was gonna be disappointed about the snail having eyestalks bc one of the best thing about aquatic snails is from what i can tell most of them dont have eyestalks they have regular eyes on their faces but i think marine snails are a different story, i know for sure conches have THE creepest eyestalks ive ever seen
