i'll start off by saying that i wasn't entirely sure if this would qualify, but the main character is sapphic and her feelings towards & dynamic with another woman is very important to the plot. if nothing else, this game is so good and deserves more exposure <3 all the characters are so interesting and unhinged, the story hooked me and i was always on the edge of my seat to see what would happen next. even though i've long since finished the game, the main girls still come up in my thoughts frequently. feral toxic yuri mystery thriller let's goooo

Thanks for answering! That to me also sounds like a queer game - I recently found out about it and it looks super intriguing though I don’t know much, is the gameplay like visual novel? And does it have choices or a linear story? Thanks for all the help I appreciate it a lot (:

Corpse Factory is a visual novel and it's almost completely linear. If I remember right, there are three choices in the whole story. If you answer them right, you get a CG, so you'll know pretty quickly if you answered them right or not. But even if you get the answers wrong, it's ok, because there are three different endings to the game depending on if you answered all three questions right, all three wrong, or a mix. Once you see one ending, they make it easy for you to see the others, so i recommend watching them all!

I really hope you like it! It is definitely a very dark game though, so please be careful and only play it if you feel like you can handle it.
