As part of our CSR strategy, we proudly supported the hyper-effort of both 24-hour and 12-hour races at the Loutraki Stadium, a collaboration with A.O. Poseidon Loutrakiou, Agios Savvas Hospital, and under the auspices of SEGAS, focusing on the vital causes of cancer immunotherapy research and COVID-19 treatment efforts.

Due to their immigration status even though they pay their taxes they are not eligible to qualify for loans, grants and resources to provide for their children and families.

How you doing, warrior? Hanging in there? Time for an introspective pep talk? Okay, let’s dive in, I’ve got you. At some point, there is a shift that is possible (if it hasn’t happened already). It takes us from that victim mentality; the scarcity mindset that says you’re helpless- and shifts it into one of the wolf. Hear me loud and clear. You. Are. Not. Helpless. Yes, even in this weird time that we are all experiencing, globally. Take a moment of nonjudgmental self-awareness with me:💫🌌🧘🏻‍♀️Are you helping at home? Are you looking for ways to use your time wisely? (This includes doing things you’ve always wanted to, but never started.) Are you making sure the time you’re spending with your family and loved ones is intentional? Are you consciously choosing to not feed the fear? These are actions of the wolf 🐺 versus the victim. Believing you are “less than” is just another fear you can choose to stop feeding. Trust me, I still chisel away at that one myself, so I know how much work it takes. I get it. But unconsciously feeling this way can manifest itself through the energy we bring to the room, through our outward appearance or our attitudes we project if we’re not careful to remain in awareness. Something as simple as watching our attitudes during this time can be more of a help to your family than you could ever imagine. Smile today. Laugh hard at something. Take in some fresh air from your back yard. Use this time to fall in love with yourself and who you are.
