Ya know what!? I’m back again so quickly because I need to FANGIRL so hard right now with these Crave books!!! I just finished book 2 (Crush). Can we just, can we just talk about how Hudson is just written so well. Like I feel in love with his character as soon as he finds Grace. Just the banter it’s so great. And the way he cares for her is just so much deeper and idk more raw ? then Jaxon does. And and and SPOILER! can I also just say that one thing that sells me on Hudson & Grace is that they don’t have a mate bond and yet it’s there. It’s not so forced. I feel like at times Grace and Jaxon’s love is enforced solely because of their bond but with Hudson it seems to come naturally.

also! I wound pay so so so much money to see these books come to life. I wouldn’t care it’s movie or tv but I would throw my money at Tracy Wolff so quick. 😂🤷🏻‍♀️ #sorrynotsorry

Why is it that most of the fan art I find for the Crave series by Tracy Wolff have Grace with wavy hair when her hair is described multiple times as being super curly, like lots of curls not waves.

I also picture her a little more on the plus sized side over the thin side, but thats here nor there, and also darker skinned than most of the art I see but that's also probably just me.

I mean I thought of a character as black for a long time when somewhere in the series the character is straight up described as white so.

I've been reading Crave books for two weeks straight, four books by now. Crying almost daily but brings me some joy to draw again.

Well. I’ve done it. I’ve finished the entire Crave series. And now I don’t know what to do. 😂 I will say that this series has made its way into my list of favorite series ever. These books were fantastic. 12/10!

SPOILERS AHEAD!!! Even tho no one asked here are some of my thoughts on the Crave series!

So it turns out that I am partially right that Flint & Jaxon become mated. But it’s not until much later than I had suspected. I’m super happy tho none the less. Flint is one of my favorite characters, next to Hudson of course. I wanted Jaxon & Flint to be mated as soon as the fake mating bond between Jaxon & Grace broke. Also, I really like that Hudson & Grace take the throne as Gargoyle King & Queen and that little Smokey makes her way back home to them, well to Hudson more than Grace really. Her dislike of Grace is too funny. & I was really worried Tracy was going to kill off Mehki but I’m super happy she didn’t. & now he’s found his mate as well.

I’d say all in all Cherish ended the series with a happy ending. I think Tracy did a fantastic job writing these books and I’m thankful to have discovered them. I’m not going to lie tho this series was an emotional rollercoaster from start to finish but totally worth it.

So you have to spend what $20 per book just to get a chapter of bonus content? That is super affordable when the cost of living is going up. Like I get doing special editions with bonus content and/or cover differences but the same book but different retailers have a specific bonus content that is only available through them so in order to get all the content you have to buy it 4 times.

It just seems greedy to me.

And the covers are going to be the same no matter, so its not like you get the vampire book that comes with a special cover and bonus chapter.

There is such a deep romanticism to this; he sees her innermost thoughts and finds them infinitely interesting.

They have different opinions, they're a true opposites-attract, and it shows in ALL their actions.

Screaming, crying, throwing up– they're such a dark romance, but moments like this ?? ThatcherLyra are everything.

Can't Grace just think the conversation with Hudson?? I'm so confused. She keeps talking out loud in public. Just think at him. He can hear your thoughts. We've established that he can hear your thoughts. You don't have to say things aloud.

Look, I get it. The miscommunication trope is tired. Seeing characters whose problems and angst would be dramatically lessened if they *talked* is frustrating.

But here's the thing, communication takes work. Communication takes time. Communication is something you get better with as you age.

Seeing characters in their late teens or early 20s who go through some shit and get annoyed because they're shit at talking about their problems is unrealistic. I struggled with open communication with friends and partners until mid-20s, and I didn't go through anywhere near the level of trauma as these characters.

Give them a break and realize most real people don't have the level of communication we want our FMC and MMC to have.
