Seeing someone in a big, crowded place like a mall or smth who's mysteriously in a person-free bubble by themselves
You go in wondering why they're alone and without any hesitation, feedback, or even acknowledgement of your being there, they just go *bBVvVRrRMmbT* for a solid 5 seconds and continue to ignore/not notice you
These little toxin trailers are back. Cute but they spray their poison everywhere. People really think country air is good for you?? It's toxic and stinks!

Look, Han might think he's a suave, smooth-talking pilot-slash-smuggler who can outsmart a whole ship of Imperials, and that Luke's a naive little farmboy who's never seen hyperspace before, but honestly?
The whole time on the Death Star, it was Luke calling the shots. Luke bluffed an officer into thinking he was a stormtrooper with a bad comm unit; Han started shooting as soon as the door was open. Luke spent about 2 seconds on the altruistic argument - "but they'll kill her!" - before figuring out Han's angle and swapping to the argument that would win. Luke pulled out a cell block number as soon as the guard asked; Han famously fumbled the first comm call.
We give Luke a bad rap for being an idealistic farm kid, but he's not stupid. He knows when he's being scammed, although he might be a bit loud about calling it out; he's ready for trouble and pretty on the ball with coming up with cover stories. He might expect the best of people - but you know what? It works! People want to live up to those expectations - so they do. Han comes back. His father turns from the Dark Side. People listen.
Han might think he's an idiot, but when you look at everything Han gets up to himself...
So this week I've been in Paris with a couple of friends. Our staying in Paris was quite short, but very intensive. We were walking a lot and visiting some of the most known attractions. One of them was the Palace of Versailles. It was so crowded and stuffy. And shortly after we entered, I felt some gas in my stomach. I was holding it in for a while, didn't want to stunk up the pride of Paris. But after another few minutes of walking around the palace I decided to sneak some gas out in a stealthy way. I have no idea if they stunk, because I started walking right after leaving a warm cloud behind me. And behind me there were people, so in case of anyone smelt it, I was doing my best to be far away from this place where I unleashed the fart bomb 😁
Well, that was not the only time I kept crop dusting the Paris streets and places, but it was the only place I felt respectful, because it was so splendid place and moreover filled with people everywhere 🙈
But hey, maybe there was some girl over there who smelt it and secretly liked it. 😇
Cropduster - July 2024
Cropdusters are crazy. They fly ridiculously close to trees, power lines, and highway traffic in order to properly spray the crops beneath them. But I always watch them as they go by, and if I am lucky, I get good images of them at work. As we drove back to Lincoln’s New Salem from Springfield, a cropduster was working a field near the highway. Kathy was driving so I was able to get several really good images. The first image is of the yellow cropduster making a wide turn after coming up from the field. The second image is as he roared past over Highway 97 directly in front of us.

This is just my way of showing of my cat. He's 5 months old and I love him.
I had to do a meditation for a class and I did a "boat ride to meet your ancestors" one. At the end it was like "your ancestor may give you something, for you to know that they're always here with you." Mine gave me an Acorn.
Then my mom found him on petfinder. His name on the site was Acorn and it stayed because that feels like the universe loudly suggesting.
My dad said his middle name should be Wednesday (because that's Odins day and he had an eye infection and couldn't open his left eye all the way). I wanted to name him after Freya in some way (cause yknow...cats) and then my dad said "what about Tyr". I liked it and it felt like him.
The vet says she estimates he'll be 20 lbs. I love him.
