re: your response to the being asking about Eccentric Severe Murders, I do imagine it's hard to forget that lesson after what happened with GET OUT Gasoline Park. Personally, I always thought it was weird that the comments were like "OoOOoO they just lost free advertising" and like. No. That's just not true.

Gasoline Park was a rare case of my video getting removed for trademark infringement rather than copyright. They just didn't want me making wild and silly "claims" about their service using their company name - and indeed I've tried to be better about making the parody element Clear As Day for videos where it might become a problem. To appease them, the revised video does not mention the real company name at all.

I think the situation I'm trying to avoid with the Eccentric Severe series is more comparable to what happened with cs188's Foundation Repair YTPs - Basically CS used the company name and even made a sentence-mixing joke using the real full name of someone who did testimonials for them. A bunch of fans thought it would be funny to track down the people from the testimonials on social media and to call the foundation repair business to waste their time and make YTP references.

After CS was made aware of this he removed the YTPs and called for his fans to knock it off, 'cause the behavior was annoying at best, and at worst made the people from the testimonials fear for their privacy/safety.
