Lancer is…acceptance easily, no regrets, it’s the here and now, and that’s that. What will happen and what has happened is not the concern. It’s admirable, but unrelatable for me.

Also…why does Lancer smoke….? Smoking is usually high stress relief so when I saw that Kiritsugu does it, it makes sense, same thing with Robin Hood, Waver, Dante and Kairi (Mordred’s master). Like I feel the choice to make all those men smoke is because they are stressed either of the past or of the future but Lancer doesn’t have that. He just likes it…? I mean I guess people smoke for a variety of reasons. I guess it just threw me off because I didn’t expect to find a Celtic man smoking. The beer I can understand; mead was a popular thing in old Europe.
