Hibrides at around 5 years old. Her brother Adeya is saving her very life from a menacing goose.

#More drafts purgatory survivors #Hibrides isn't upset about the goose getting kicked here. She was scared. She was trying to feed the nice ducks and it started #waddling at her menacingly and insistently. It was very scary.#The biggest river temple is on the river Kannetod in Erubinnos and it's one of her favorite places in the world #She got to go there every spring as a kid for the rites to Anaemache and there's HUNDREDS of semi-tame reed ducks that #come there every year to breed (they get fed by worshippers and priests so it's the place to be). So in between the boring ritual stuff #the adults were doing she would be playing with her brother and feeding the ducks.#Of course other birds are attracted to all the free food and human habituated wild geese and small children do not mix well.#(at least in the current draft of the Hibrides mini story she briefly and fondly recalls this incident)
