Our friends Buffy & George received the quilt I made them. Their dog, Rooney, photo bombed them! It's Dog Approved!

Warm Autumn Baby Quilt
Handmade for a family who is expecting their first grandchild. Grandma-to-be chose the colors and gave me carte blanche on design. It's soft, warm, and ready for it's companion.

I was given this yellow sweatshirt with a big meh logo on it, so I made a quilted patch and now it's a favourite!

If I made a wordgirl inspired icon pack (like for your phone apps, notion icons, or even to print them out to stick in your journals/sketchbooks) would that be something anyone would be interested in? They’d be in a similar style to the recent sticker update so super cute :3

Latest finish. All free motion quilted. One yard of gorgeous fabric by Moda in their Gradients Auras line. Satin backing. Four or five colors of thread.
I’m thinking this one would be amazing stretched on a canvas hanging on the wall and can’t decide if I’m going to keep it or sell it.

Doing some long arm quilting practice. I’ve got edge to edge down, that wasn’t hard, so now I’m moving on to borders.
Which. The top and bottom were easy. Sides… not so much, but it’s going. I will try an alternate method on the next one, see if that’s easier.
I did check my bobbin between rows cause I was curious to see how much thread was left and by jolly, it was right at the end!
Bobbin chicken: win.
