first game with the new terrain and some newish models. a rematch against my friend's Imperial Guard. tried out a night spinner and Eldrad for the first time. one fate dice per phase definitely hurts, but we're still plenty strong enough. close game, it went to round 5 and I ended up taking it 60-45, burning objectives and performing psychic rituals along the way to deny the enemies points, though we were pretty evenly matched on fire power. I also had first turn and some very lucky tactical missions in the first round. the Catachans and Kriegers fought fiercely, but the wraiths and guardians of Yme Loc fought harder to defend this maiden world from these imperial interlopers!

S4 NORDHAVEN - K MODS RELEASE :)

I really hope everything is fine. We tested it and it seems everything is ok. My apologizes : I didn't yet have time to play a lot with the new expansion.

In the k-303 section, we added a Nordhaven no-cloud package to visually remove the big ugly cloud which add nothing to the world.

Terrain-to-Floor Collection

You know what drives me nuts in The Sims 4? (Many things) but in this case it’s that most terrain paints don’t have matching floor tilings and the ones that DO have matching floors do not have matching names. E.g. is how the terrain paint “Two-tone stone” does in fact have a matching flooring but instead the floor is called “Antique Stone Tile”. WHY.

Well, here’s a remake of most of the non-grass terrain paints made into floor tilings.

Just search for the name of the terrain paint you want the matching floor tile for (in Build/Buy catalog) and you shall find it!

Note that some Terrain paints and Floor tilings seem to differ in color during certain seasons/weather conditions!

Guess who tore into the game's fullbuild files again and liberated some world textures for you :]

Okay: in this SFS download here you will find 7 terrain paints taken right out of Strangerville. These are Basegame compatible, but look best in the GP's world. I also turned the texture of the street into a floor tile for driveways or pathways.

! I know there are some issues with thumbnails. The current version of S4Studio I have installed refuses to import textures from the studio tab so some stuff might look weird. It works fine though, no need to worry!

Another month long challenge (barely) finished! Definitely some prompts I struggled with (and the sudden deadline of patch day didn't help) but as with previous challenges, I'm just happy I got it done! It's been lovely to see everyone's posts about their wonderful kitty cats, and I greatly appreciate all of the interaction I've gotten on mine.

Now I will go rest for 1 million years (or until September for XIV write)

Found a local game shop with some incredible terrain! Had an intense three way game with an Imperial strike team inserted deep into contested territory between the forces of chaos and a Necron dynasty. They had found the priceless data they were after, but their scanners were lighting up like a Christmas tree. Will they extract with the tide-shifting information in their possession, or fall in the crossfire of mutual enemies?

K-202 MOD ( AKA GROUND PAINTS ) MAJOR UPDATE 2024

Yesterday, walking inside Sims4Studio terrain files, I discovered something I didn't notice before ... 20 new base game files, after all other expansions ones ... Oo

When this happened ? I don't know :D I was confident, thinking we were more or less up to date with our k-mods ;) <--- sweet summer child ...

But we are not letting few files disturbing our zen :D So, here comes the k-202 Mod latest update with files ending with "20092024"
