So you and him have been friends for a long time

A/N: This is a small HC series I'm starting to make sure that while I figure out what to write in my main series I'm still uploading something.

How I think D.O's relationship with the reader would be revealed

Ok, so what I feel from what I've seen is that Kyungsoo is a bit shy on camera unless he's acting.

and you make him happy more than he's ever been because he is just head over heals for you.

The EXO members of course tease him about how whipped he is and all he does for you (I think that's a hc for another day).

So when EXO has a comeback after you both are in a relationship he's more cheery and happy and smiley.

EXO-L of course love this.

During the fan concert of their recent comeback people notice that Kyungsoo is lost in though and just smiles.

Especially during a love song in the album (which except him the exo members nobody knows it's about you. not even you) so they find it a bit suspicious but nonetheless they get to see D.O happy that's all that matters.

But the videos of him having a loving smile on his face during the song goes viral.

People also notice that he's more talkative during variety shows and isn't as quite as he usually is.

And of course it's not like Beagle line would leave him alone.

"D.Ossi you have been smiling a lot these days haven't you" "I feel like D.O is hiding something. Why are you so giddy?" "Yah! Can't I just be happy?" "You can, but why?" "Because EXO has had a comeback" "D.O.ssi~ stop lying."

So for their promotion shocking! I know they go to Knowing Bros and there we have Kim Heechul. who i think would tease him but also be like you don't wanna talk about alright we'll talk about something else but I'll still tease you.

So now we have exo-l wondering what the hell is going on with D.O of course their happy but at the same time it's not how he acts.

Let's imagine you stan a band. (for the sake of this series let's make it Stray Kids cause I'm a STAY)

So you stan Stray Kids and are a STAY.

SKZ is having a concert on your birthday you wanted to go but you loose in ticketing.

Kyungsoo on the other hand pulls his EXO main vocalist sunbaenim card and gets VIP passes to the concert. (he just wants you to be happy so even though he may not like doing it he may still do it)

And when he give you the tickets your reaction is worth it. You hug him pepper kisses all over his face jump happily everywhere call your best friend just have a full blown fan girl attack and seeing you this happy of course makes him much more happier than you.

Now back to the point.

You are at the Stray Kids concert with Kyungsoo and while you are immersed in the concert someone with an android phone takes a pic of Kyungsoo looking at you like you hung the moon with same smile on his face that made every exo-l go crazy.

The next morning there are articles on the internet with the picture and Kyungsoo goes on his insta to see the response ofc there are hate comments but more Exo-l's are supportive saying we're not repeating what happened with Chen to D.O.

So he gives out an official statement saying he is in a relationship and he loves you and your information would be revealed only if you want it to be to respect your privacy and he is very much grateful for the support and love from the fans.

okay bet! here is a few random exo/stray kids head cannons for their sick partner :D (probably wont get all cuz im not that familiar with them all)

D.O- without question just like Hwa, cooks you everything, mask and gloves, scolding you for getting sick and not following his instructions. Mother hen to a Tee. You get to see him scold the others if they try and both you (Chanyeol and Baekhyun definitely try)

Xiumin- absolutely pouty, but doesnt let you see it. Is probably showing you all kinds of things to distract you from your groggy brain, simple things of course, and runs off to get you anything you need. gives you some of his shirts for you to sleep in.

Chanyeol- hates your sick and jsut wants to cuddle and baby you, even if he does (which he gets scolded for). best cuddles though. if he has a drama or working on something, will tell you all about it when you are starting to feel better. You spend the whole time in his sweatshirts and teeshirts.

Baekhyun- is ever present, worried, but will play games in the other room (and refuse to leave the house until you are better)

Lay- part of the mommy hen squad. A silent comfort, doesnt try to crowd you but will constantly peak into the room with a concerned frown.

Bangchan- he's got a concerned scowl the entire time, switching from lectures of "Why didnt you take medicine sooner?" to "dont you dare move a muscle, ill take care of you". part of the mother hen squad but while also trying to take care of his children- gets sick (unfortunately) and woefully accepts your scoldings afterwards.

Felix- pure sunshine boy does everything and anything you ask. Cuddles, holding your hand, extra plushies. Becomes an expert in ASMR over night just for you. falls asleep on the floor, only to hit you with that "morning baby, what can I get you?" first think in the morning.

Hyujin- sassy pants the whole time, dramatic with his care, slight judgemental pout the whole time. Still reminds you he loves you and that your adorable sick (but dont get sick often). lowkey practices the perfect sick meal just for you but wont tell you

Han- Sad pouty boy who talks your ear off the whole time to try and make you feel better- most likely telling you about his day and the things that reminded him of you. Also sappy puppy who gets you everything you need without question. Definitely has brought you a pile of his shirts and hoodies to wear.

Changbin- probably part of the "here is my shirt" and "gets sick with you". spends the whole time talking about how cute you are, and he is, sick. Makes Chan take care of him but insists on taking care of you because you are his baby

All I can picture is Changbin phoning up Wooyoung like, “my s/o is sick, and got me sick, too.” and Wooyoung is all like “Bitch!!! Me, too, the fuck??” 😂 then they each go on an hour long rant of why they’re the better s/o because of how they took care of you lmaoo

What do you think Exo’s red flags are? (if you haven’t done this yet)

i discussed this with my teammate (she's an eri too, have i ever told you guys that?) and here's what we agreed on:

minseok: gets angry/annoyed too easily, so he might be a bit aggressive sometimes (but never physically). might also project his own insecurities on you.

junmyeon: will want to be the provider in your relationship so he can have some sense of control over everything, and that includes you. would want you to stay home with the kids and not have a life of your own besides him.

yixing: workaholic, will always put work first. doesn't like when you confront him about it because, honestly, you knew what you were getting into when you got with him (tbh i'm so much like him, is that my red flag too?)

baekhyun: flirts with everyone, doesn't care who it is. he likes being liked, he likes the feeling of people giggling and blushing because of him. would roll his eyes at you if you complained about it.

jongdae: literally could not pinpoint a red flag about this man and that scares me a LOT because that means he can hide his flaws very well, which makes him unpredictable (or the best person in this entire world, which is what i believe).

chanyeol: too possessive, likes to know where you are and with who. but also kinda naive, so can easily be seduced. might cheat, as i've stated before.

kyungsoo: manipulative, turns your own words against you. gets bored easily too, so he also might cheat if you're not what he expected you to be. would lie about it.

jongin: also manipulative, but in the "i'm a mess and it's because of you" way. acts really sulky to make you feel bad for whatever happened.

sehun: too competitive, doesn't like to lose to you (especially if you're a girl). might cheat if you're not satisfying his needs too.
