she is eager for parental approval, no matter what she has to do to get it. she therefore channels a great deal of time and effort into study and suffers from occasional bouts of, shall we say, fervor that unsettle many. she is more overtly passionate than either of her parents and experiences normal emotional regulatory behaviors somehow! yay! this only makes her fervor more obvious... unyay?

physically, she takes more after poe, but she did inherit her dadthing's eyes (including the tiredness of them) and figure. she points out the way strange things like the shape of her knuckles resemble poe's, neglects to mention the obvious things like hair color.

wields a staff because she believes it puts people at ease! acts the part of the holy healer! the more she speaks, though, the more you realize something is off...

if she was in a game, i imagine you'd recruit her on a map where she's at the very end of it surrounded by enemies and one would need to reach her very quickly not to lose her. if her hp gets too low, she merely runs away, revealing that she could have left at any moment but stuck around to see what the lord would do, and you lose the ability to recruit this character.

So, since Pump Quinn is pretty young (I think he is nine) it would make sense for Death to be pretty protective of the small lad. Obviously he wouldn’t want his little intern to be getting hurt and knows that Quinn would need a role model. Quinn already looks up to death so it would be another job to take on. And I think he would be an ok parent at best. Sharing good wisdom to Quinn is good! But being tired all the time might affect both their moods.
