I'm with Diana here. I was super duper enjoying it until he blew off his sister's secret. I'll call it on he was way too carried away with all this. At least ring your sis and tell her what to expect. BUT - you know I wasn't a big fan of Georgina. And I admit she is growing on me. 😊

From the moment Roy realised the truth about Vinnie and Georgina, he was never not going to use the information to destroy Bunty. As usual, Georgina’s feelings about the matter would have been of little consequence, and probably it would not have occurred to him to tell her his intentions. Roy the Steamroller strikes again!

I can't say he saved the best for last but that was a goody. Not just any groundskeeper, but a groundskeeper who looks like the very best serial killer/alien hybrid thing money could buy. *Clapping for Roy!* Also those are some amazing horse lamps.

Yes, dropping the Vinnie bomb would have been totally irresistible for Roy, even if he had stopped for a second to consider Georgina’s feelings (which he didn’t). Thanks for the compliment about the horse lamps! Other people have described them as creepy but I too think they’re amazing!

I applauded Roy through that whole thing until the last bit. It wasn't his place to say anything about that. Now, if stupid Bunty seeks refuge in grog, Georgie's going to probably feel bad and have to go back to taking care of the old bag and waste her own life with the addled old drunk. I hope Vinne will stand by her, through all this upcoming crap that's bound to result from Roy being a dick.

But...there might be positive repercussions, too? Though I’m buggered if I can think what they might be at this moment. Your prediction about the rest of Georgina’s life might unfold made me cackle! Could I do that to Georgie just when she’s found happiness? So, so tempting...

Is she? I don’t see it. Georgina put aside her own happiness to care for Bunty and her alcohol dependency, and probably sacrificed her marriage in the process. I cannot imagine Bunty for one second being so selfless.
