Yesterday at Närcon I told my friend that "I'm keeping my eye out for a Starstable cosplay that I saw on Tumblr" and right after I said it I saw a little red hood far away on the horizon and my brain went "target locked".

With determined steps I zigzagged and powerwalked through the crowd and caught up with @toadriders!

She was super nice and I love the cosplay! <3

i think there should be a tron ride in-universe, but it's not tron light cycle run, or anything of the scale/quality of LCR. it's a really horrible shoot-em-up darkride themed around space paranoids 3D that encom did the game elements for. the whole thing is recycling the ride system from another awful family dark ride, and its main role in the park is "something you can bring children onto to dry off when it's raining."

jet was forced to work on it because it includes projections of ripped assets from the game he worked on, and he was forced to ride it repeatedly to test the game system. he hates it with all of his heart because he's at the ride's height limit and his legs hardly fit in the ride.

maybe tron light cycle run does get built, but it's to the surprise of literally anyone who remembers SP3D: The Ride.
