I heard… that Suki has been flirting with Zuko, when you two were on a “break”.

Mai suddenly becomes very interested in her fingernails as she scratches them against the woodgrain of the tabletop, digging them in a little harder with each pass and focusing on the pattern in an almost trance-like state.
