i've had SUCH a hankering to replay both BG3 and DAO recently but both of them have really intimidating mod issues right now 🥲
#the issues are on like opposite ends of the spectrum lmao#like i haven't played bg3 since patch 7(? i haven't played whatever the newest patch is)#and not only am i NOT looking forward to having to update/fix all my old mods but the scene has EXPLODED with new mods since#so it's overwhelming#meanwhile all my mods are basically in order for DAO except that i can't for the life of me get the toolset to open to edit rhiannon's morp#on either my pc or my laptop#it gives me some error about not being able to connect to a database and all the tutorials for fixing that are full of dead links 🥲#so for now I'm just kinda. stuck.#marie speaks

#ZEXAL#project rambling#tag force special#tfsp#yugioh#yugioh zexal#just finished translating his full story and will work on his in-duel lines and bio next!#i've also been working to expand the voicetest module to every character--since i'll be giving everyone voices for my 'deluxe' translation#and made good progress in setting it up--basically coming up with a uniform voiceline name template then setting up pointers/function codes#so that it's all working from an expanded Eboot file in the game and not the module that loads the character list in the database#and renaming their voicelines for their .acb voicepacks [will also need to update their files which point to which line plays when in-duel#with the new names]#currently have Dark Yugi-Jonouchi set up for that and working nicely 😌 and will be going through the protags to get them all set up first#set up a nice workflow for it so I can maybe get one character done a night or more if i feel like it lol--stay tuned there!#and stay tuned for a Kite story demo soonish before I jump back to finalizing my subs for GX 126~#[going to do 127 and 128 together since both blend in nicely into 129-130]#[also need to jump back into ARC-V 'dub-uncut' ep 2 and my slow-but-steady Duel Links project [s/o to the notes on that post recently hehe]

I think if you are a library and don't have an ebook that should be illegal. when you open a library they should just give you infinity copies of every possible ebook for free.
#my diary#every day I'm tagging things 'notify me' on libby#I wish there was a way in the libby system that I could tell my library I want this ebook#but there is not#and I have yet to figure out how to request ebooks in my current library system#clevnet doesn't seem to have the functionality for that#they are allegedly updating to a new database (checks calendar) oh shit yesterday#so it'll be cool to see if that process becomes easier#anyway hi today is bad and I feel bad#but I have therapy in 3 minutes so maybe that'll make it less bad idk#I don't feel like I'm going to be particularly productive today

Anyway how funny would it be if Kusuke went home in a fit of possessive rage and obsessively tried to research the guy Kusuo is suddenly getting close to only to find that he couldn't because there are so many people in the area called "Satou Hiroshi" and he doesn't remember what the boy looks like.
Satou's average-ness could beat Kusuke's genius.

i do think it's extremely funny that one of my three jobs is Mushroom Librarian. like yeah i work on a farm and at a restaurant in town and in the Fungus Archives
