6 September Way - 5bed 3bath Manor - w/ CC

Hello again! I am continuing my VintageHomePlan series but hitting the random button on their page and building what comes up! (Well using the builds as inspiration, definitely not building replicas or anything lmao.) This time I got this house, which is way bigger than most houses I play but I had fun building it!

This is on a 3x3 (?) lot and costs around $49k as is, Tesla not included! I just wanted to show the invisible driveway recolor fits perfectly here.

Bills and taxes are increased this round to make it a bit more challenging, and a university ‘hood, Mission State University, has also been added! We will also be moving posts from Livejournal to Dreamwidth.

When I asked @deedee-sims if she was interested in creating a sockless version of these loafers, she kindly made me the meshes so I could share them with textures I had ready to go.

uf bottom AL Loafers:

These are pantless shoes that you can use with top-only dresses.

They're for ages teen to adult, have morphs, are set for everyday wear only, and come in 9 colors (full swatch preview);

TF recolors are referenced to the AF files, so you need the latter for the shoes to work properly for teens;

Polycount: Faces = 976; Vertices = 848;

Basically put out a post that was like "Oh, free doesn't mean it's quality!!" and then started shitting all over DeeDee's content in order to show how quality her stuff is (and how you should pay her.) Apparently DeeDee's textures were too big?

Which like, maybe but I can't really blame DeeDee for wanting good looking CC with high quality textures versus that crinkled poorly meshed slop that Linda puts out.

Merry Christmas/Eve & Happy Holidays

So it turns out my first upload is Winter themed Clothing Recolors for the Sims 2 on Christmas Eve! Downloads and info are below the cut.

They are recolors of DeeDee's Santa Dress for female teens, adults, and elders. You need the meshes linked above. I also recolored the boots in black with DeeDee's original colors of blue, green, and red.

Patterns are by kima-panda at creative fabrica.

Credits to DeeDee for the outfit and MDP as well. Julie J for the Shoes. kima-panda at creative fabrica for the patterns. All credits to them - I just recolored (except the blue, green, and red - those i just recolored the boots). And now to the download info!
