The idea for this cover came from something about keeping tabs, keeping up with the news, finger on the pulse, having your ear to the ground. I had always wanted to use a very large wave or tsunami ever since Dark Side, when we had suggested a photographic version of the comic book hero the Silver Surfer. The body painting, suggestive of depth contours on a map suggests some unfathomable affinity with what's to come or some peculiar ritual involving the girl and the sea: does she know what's coming? In fanciful moments I like to think of this design as Pink Floyd meets Roxy Music. Deepest Blue said they loved it, envisaging perhaps their music as about to wash over an unsuspecting public.

Could I please request a sketch of the tiger demon from your deepest secret fic? I love the scenes where all "3" interact. Thank you your writing makes me excited for every update.
Here you go! Tiger!Rin in all his young glory, lol. I'm hoping to do a group sketch at some point of all three of them when they're a bit older. ^.^

Although on the surface it was a typical pop song about love won and lost, the lyrics asked ‘was it a sin to be with some one else so soon after a break up?’, turning the usual pedestrian pop fare on its head. So a different approach to the break-up of boy and girl was needed.
We wanted to suggest that one of the parties was out of the picture, i.e., had left the frame, walking from the edge of a cosy picture of togetherness into the real world of loneliness. It seemed a novel but poetic way of showing boy-leaves-girl. The sadness of separation seemed heightened both by the wintry sun slanting across the dunes, and by the sharp edges of the broken frame.

Could you please do art of 6 year old Rin and Ryuji doing yoga together? The scene in the fanfic sounded so cute.
Thank you for the ask! I've been struggling to think of how to draw these two for this story, and this gave me a pretty fun idea for it <3
This is from @marble-wolf's and my story "The Deepest Secret" featuring Rin and Ryuuji getting a strange mental link from the time they're toddlers, and growing up with that. Ryuuji teaches Rin some yoga poses and Shirou walks in, trying to figure out just what's going on and why Rin of all people is doing yoga.

going feral over the first piece of art made in space again. 1965, cosmonaut Alexei Leonov performs the first ever spacewalk and barely survives. gets back in the capsule and the first thing he grabs is a piece of paper and the pack of map pencils that were sent up with him, and he sketches the sunrise.
AND THAT'S EXACTLY HOW IT LOOKS!!! it's made fast and loose but trust me that is exactly how the sunrise looks and feels from the upper atmosphere!!! i've only seen it from a plane but it's UNCANNY how close it is to what i saw!!! he was the first human to be outside a spaceship in space and survive and his first thought on getting back in was "i can't be the only one to know how beautiful this was for any longer than i have to." ohmy g od, ,, AND I KNOW EXACTLY HOW THAT FEELS!!! the first thing i thought seeing the sun rise at 13,000 meters up was to take a picture because i have to hold on to this in some way hol y sh it
