Leude, ich muss euch erzählen was ich geträumt habe. Also, ich war mit meiner Schwester bei den Großeltern und dort haben wir noch mal FdG geguckt, nur dass aus irgendeinem Grund dieses mal eine Szene dabei war, die ich noch gar nicht gesehen hatte. In der Szene hatte Leo mit der Mutprobe-Gang noch eine Wette gemacht, bei der er auf ner Landstraße mit dem Auto über so ne Ziellinie brettern musste. Louisa und Dino saßen dann am Straßenrand an so nem Plastik Gartentisch und mussten dann an Hand von einem standard Kartendeck den kmh schätzen. Und dann am schnellsten die passende Karte aufdecken oder die richtigen Karten in der richtigen Reihenfolge oder so. Im meinem Traum hat das Sinn gemacht. War auch eigentlich mehr ein Ratespiel als eine Wette. Wäre wahrscheinlich aufregender gewesen hätten sie einfach Maumau gespielt imo. Naja jedenfalls ist Leo dann sehr schnell angefahren hat dann aber abgebremst und ist quasi nur noch über die Ziellinie gerollt und deswegen haben die sich verschätzt und Leo hat gewonnen. Und dann ist Leo rückwärts zurückgefahren und voll in nen Trecker rein. Der Treckerfahrer ist dann ausgestiegen und wurde interviewed und das war einfach Colin Morgan. Und ich hab dann zu meiner Schwester gesagt, "krass dass die nur für ne Nebenrolle beim Tatort extra Colin Morgan aus der UK rangeholt haben". Adam war gar nicht da. Sorry

Hab heute geträumt, dass ich mit alten Schulfreunden unterwegs war, und eine Person hat andere Pronomen für mich verwendet (obwohl ich in der Hinsicht nicht geoutet bin) und im Traum bin ich vor Freude kurz in die Luft gesprungen :)

Part IV Pasting down a separate paste down

With a leather jointed endpaper the paste down side of the endpaper is added separately. A bit of a trouble here is to get this one well aligned with the inner book. I check for the pattern to have it fit with the already glued fly leaf. Then I cut the paper to size. Usually it’s a bit more narrow than the fly leaf so it doesn’t stretch into the hinge. In my case I had to cut it a bit uneven because apparently my book block was cut uneven. When adding paste or a paste-PVA mix I let the paper completely relax before placing it about 1mm set back from the front edge on the fly leaf side. Again I check the position and orientation and carefully close the cover. Press down lightly and lift the cover to check the position. If all looks good I press the paste down with pressure (usually I put it in a press for a few seconds, then any excess glue can be removed and that side can dry with some blotting paper or thin card board to protect the inner book from moisture while I do the other side).

Unfortunately I forgot to take the small gap at the joint into account. The endpaper here is exactly the height and position it has to be if placed right beside the fly leaf. In order to give the lines and curves of the pattern a more continuous look I should have adjusted the cut a bit. Something I’ll have to remember next time.
