Small things about characters I wish to bring up again.

Zavala had/has a knitting club, I don't know if he continued it after the Red War.

Ikora had a book club that most likely went wrong because Sloane had a line to ask about the book club but to get ready to duck.

Cayde and Shaxx played (Shaxx still does) dodgeball with the City's kids.

Saint most likely actually teaches people on how to hold a bird, I'm going off his dialog where he says that you and him will practice later with a sack of grain.

This is brought up multiple times but Uldren would tell the story of the two siblings and he would go all out on the theatrics.

When The Last City was still in the beginning era Ghosts liked to carry plates of food on them to Guardians and most likely civilians too, and Saint has known to do the cooking or at least when we learn of this he was the one cooking.

While in the midst of drinking coffee and having a heated argument, Shaxx suddenly found himself teleported before Queen Mara Sov of the Reef. Startled by his sudden change in surroundings, Shaxx demanded to know where he was, but the Queen merely knocked the coffee cup out of his hand and handed him a copy of William Shakesphere's The Tempest and demanded he read it aloud to pay back the debt owed to her for aiding the Last City during the Reef Wars. Insulted, Shaxx used his Arc abilities to incinerate the text and declared that no one told him what to do and that he knew the entirety of The Tempest by heart. He proceeded to recite the famous play to Mara over the next several hours, although he never removed his helmet during the "performance".

During The Dawning, Cayde-6 conned him into loosening up to mingle with the City's children after Shaxx failed to outrun his Golden Gun, in a bet, a feat that Shaxx grudgingly accepted once he started training two kids in the ways of the Crucible. He was vindicated when one of those kids discreetly hit Cayde with a ball. On the way back to the Tower, he once again bet that he could beat the Golden Gun, and Cayde happily accepted.

Shaxx s/0 " let me stay please " prompt

Years later it's here. An answer to your request. I had already wrote something but it didn't safe due to an error and...yeah. Here it is. It's not one of my most prized works but I'm getting back into writing so I hope you still enjoy it.

"let me stay" Prompt

It had been a chilly day when you and Shaxx had taken a little walk in the tower. You had proposed a break to him from the whole crucible vendoring and just wanted to have some time with him. Though your little chat was suddenly interrupted when out of nowhere you heared ships entering the atmosphere. After a second with no sound anywhere you two saw the giant ship come closer towards the city and the round form of the traveler. A Cabal ship you never had seen anywhere. Shaxx hand rested atop your shoulder when he slowly pulled you towards him, hand resting on the gun on his hip. Your hands reached into position yourself when you Ghost transmitted your gun to you. Both of you faced the ship as it got closer and mere second later the first shot was fired. Somewhere in the distance explosions erupted and two felt the earth shaking under your feet. "Go into the city and help as many civilians as you can", his deep voice rang out to you but you only shook your head. You knew Shaxx wanted to get you out of harms way, keeping you safe and protected as the city itself now appeared not as dangerously as the tower which was now attacked almost every second.

"I'm staying. You know I can help here too, there are already hundreds of Guardians down there.", was the only thing you could say now before the first Cabal drop pods crashed in the tower, two almost right beside you. "Let me stay", you could hear Shaxx grumble under his helmet but you were right. You were capable and the tower was almost empty. In the end he was thankful you had stayed, if it wasn't for you he didn't belief he could have kept all the civilians safe that looked for help and were trapped in the tower.

Now if only they let his 256,969 spouses level up their The Vow past level cap but I'll take my victories where I can.
