“You shouldn’t self-ID as ADHD/autistic, you’re turning a very real mental condition into a trend” Ok then stop saying delulu. Stop speculating on which cluster C personality disorder the criminals you hear about on the news have. Stop saying “schizoposting” and “acoustic” and “is it restarted?” Stop using “psycopath” and “sociopath” as catch-all ways of calling someone a bad person. Stop saying “the intrusive thoughts won” when you bleach your hair and then turn your nose up at people who suffer from very real, very scary urges of physical/sexual violence. Stop saying “I’m so OCD” as a way of calling yourself neat. Stop treating BPD/ASPD/Bipolar as inherently abusive. Stop saying “OP I am living in your walls” without tagging for unreality. Stop diagnosing complete strangers you’ve never met on r/AITA with NPD.
You first. If you don’t want our disabilities to be treated like trends then stop belittling and minimising them. I’ll NEVER judge a person for trying find labels for their symptoms when an apathetic, racist, sexist, ableist healthcare system refuses to. But I will absolutely judge a hypocrite. Environment/Part3
After discussing, we decided to create an interactive design which relates to elements from nature. Then, we started to learn how to use arduino. We got it from our campus.

Arduino
We prepared a project proposal for submission. From our proposal, we are interested in two different site in group. These are the Barbican Center and Whitstable.

Barbican Center, London

Diagrom for Barbican

Whitstable, Kent

Absolutely, OP. Abso-fucking-lutely. Not only are they the exact same people to say "You're probably a bit autistic", "You probably have ADHD" whenever we don't fit the common social standards they've created, they're the type to fucking lose it whenever we actually AGREE WITH THEM. They're the people who watched Split and think "Ah, yeah, that's a system alright!", then explode the second they see a self-diagnosed system online just minding their business, then post them on "/rFakedisordercringe". They're the people who bully people with disorders for not being "normal", laughing at them and mocking them for being "different", telling people with depression to "just be happy!", saying that "everyone experiences depression/anxiety!", only to stroke the SECOND they see that we exist, and we're not just a joke, trend, or phase.

This is so important to me, I was incredibly fortunate to eventually be able to receive a professional diagnosis but I will never take that for granted and my blog will always be a safe place for any kind of self diagnosis as long as it is well researched and not used to spread misinformation. If it helps you understand yourself and be more accommodating it’s a good thing, even if you end up being wrong about what’s going on it doesn’t hurt anyone.

this is 100% accurate and also there is a huge difference between someone who simply heard about something or related to a trend and immediately thinks they have some sort of disorder and someone who has researched and talked to people and soul searched because they are looking for something that explains their reality. and as someone who has seen both, it’s pretty easy to tell which is which, BUT also not ur job and most certainly not ur place to comment on unless asked

I mean there is so many reason why someone doesn’t have an “official diagnosis “. Lack of funding, lack of resources, lack of support, the list goes on.
Sometimes wonder if some people are upset by people who self-identify as ND is b/c it challenges the way they see ND/disability, it might make them realize that they may be ND. Idk tho that’s just my thoughts
