i kinda wanna know who the prosecutor is and who the judges are. Are all monsters tried by this court? Would dark spectre? Or is this much like our own real legal systems where only the people like astronema, who reformed, and confessed because of conscience, are taken up for trial while the real actual murderers walk free because their crimes were either never uncovered or they have friends in high places.... :)

Another side theory, but what if, like Dekaranger, the SPD judgement scanners are a link into this court that are created later to cover the flaws of the system that I mentioned, so the criminals could be tried without having to wait for so long and/or have the risk of escape?

AND THEY DIDN'T NOTIFY ANDROS AND THE OTHERS THAT THEY WERE TAKING ASTRONEMA FOR TRIAL. i am very suspicious of this entire judicial system, yes.

I THINK this was the smartest way to go with it. WE know that Astronema was guilty, we also know that Karone is reformed. But the Court isn't willing to believe that. It is ACTUALLY a bunch of aliens who have convinced themselves and everyone else that yes astronema is guilty. They did not inform her family/friends that they were taking her, they did NOT give her a defence lawyer, and in everyone's mind, she already IS guilty. So this trial is actually just a formality. If Andros hadn't played this little game, Karone was never walking away free. NOTHING Leo/Maya/Andros would've said in their testimony would've convinced them otherwise because they were vieing this through their own twisted kaleidoscope.

So yeah, this was really smart on Andros's part, because 1) he doesn't want to lose his sister, and 2) astronema and karone being "different people" was a point that was so hard to prove against an already biased judge and jury! SO making a physical replica of Astronema, so to prove that she was indeed different from Karone, as they had been pleading in court all this while was the only way to go about it!

And i love how karone still feels guilty, because she knows she's done it all. She knows what all was going on inside her head and she HERSELF believes herself guilty. *PEAK ANGST*

So yeah, basically my take is that Karone felt guilty, and I think this is what drives her to go for that self-redemption arc that Psycho-path had for her. I THINK this can be the trigger. Also i love ALLL THE ANDROS-KARONE ANGSTTTTTT like these two siblings (only in the comics) are the ones who are constantly at each other's throats, EVEN THOUGH THEY'RE JUST LOOKING OUT FOR EACH OTHER. They're handled really well and I can actually SEE the emotions they have for each other. It's better than in the show, tbh. I LOVE THEM YOUR HONOR.

ANYWAYS sooo I got more drawings I wish to share, My Hero Academia drawings that is. MUAHAHAHAHAHA- ok anyways

Ths is for my Cacophony Cacophony series! Which is comprised of five rebellious Teenagers in a rock band. Which comprises of Juro Mizushima, Shikanai Ekusenshi, Ranma Jiyu, Reza Usagi, and Tsuyoshi Tsunemi.

Usually play these characters in c.ai rps (because I have no life) and even then I use mainly Ranma, Shikanai and Juro. soo I've gotten so much more lore on em. Considering they're all parentless. Reza and Tsuyoshi are the only normal kids here (for now >:>)

I WILL tell you. These og drawings I don't NECESSARILY like since they were kinda my first depictions of them but rn I'm too lazy to get off my bed to find their better photos so these'll have to do.

FOR NOW!! I'm going to do two characters since there's alot of Yapping and talking, so we'll be focusing on Ranma and Shikanai this post!!

(plot twist, I finally but off my ass and took their pictures, I'll let you know you which ones are Ogs and redraws.)

FIRST DRAWING (Og) !! One of my favorite guys, Ranma Jiyu!

TW: few mentions of childhood abuse, but it's not in detail. and mention of a overdose but only for his mom

Ranma's a certified 'punk', and kind of like an 'evil' version of Hizashi?? He was definitely based off of Hizashi at some point, especially with his quirk, [HARMONIC], which allows him to 'manipulate sound waves to create sonic blasts' and also Hypnotize people. It's a combination of both his parents quirks and also pretty much The same as Hizashi's, but instead of his Quirk always being on, he has to CONCENTRATE to scream. Not concentrate to NOT scream, y'know?

and a lil backstory- his dad was a small time villain (Quirk; SIREN SCREAM) who had Ranma with his partner (Quirk; SIREN) for the purpose of creating another villain to mentor and take on the quote on quote "Family business" (when there wasn't really a family to begin with). Like this man was teaching his six-year-old son how to hijack cars and steal from grocery stores on a daily basis.

At the same time he wasn't really a good dad since he was abusive and neglectful of Ranma. Same with the mom too, she was SSOO neglectful! and he still loved them even as a small child who didn't realize that his parents weren't really good.

Ranma was also taught to hate heros since they 'Made his dad's "job" Harder'?? He was basically groomed into becoming a villain like his dad.

His DAD in question got arrested while Ranma was around 6-7, which fueled the kids hatred for Heroes. He was then put into foster home after foster home but he kept running away and like- hating everyone. How did Dad got arrested is kinda a crazy story.

BACKSTORY: so what happens is that Ranma is you, right? I wanna say 7 or 6, and His Dad basically leaves to go steal cars and resell them, and his Mom watches over him. she tells young Ranma that she's gonna take a nap and to not wake her up, but the thing is that she took a whole bunch of pills (either sleeping or illegal substance) and literally overdoses in her sleep. Little Ranma doesn't understand what happened so he tries waking her up before deciding to call the police (even though he was taught that the Police were 'bad people'). the Police came at the same time as Ranmas Dad and they arrest him before taking Ranma to the Fostering agency because he doesn't have any parents anymore. I totally didn't make this story up in a bot in C.ai, whaaaaaaat, that's crazy! anyways-

He ALSO had another au version where he embraces his father's villain's side and becomes a little villain himself named 'Soundweaver' who's just like.. this teenage delinquent who constantly gets caught by the police and is on a first name basis with like 30 different officers.

Like it'll literally be like-

Rookie officer: *holding a struggling Ranma* I caught this kid smashing mailboxes with his guitar!

Veteran Officer: oh, that's just Ranma

Rookie Officer: what?

Veteran Officer: hello Ranma.

Ranma: *sighs* hello officer Tanaka..

The Kid's kinda famous. Even in his non-villain arc he's still pretty famous around the police stations, just not as much since he plays guitar and sings in the band 'Cacophony Cacophony'. Little fun facts; he speaks English and likes English rock bands, and has a lip and eyebrows piercing which was done by his Bio parents. He's also Cupiosexual, Gender fluid and Bisexual! He's very open about his identity and sexulality and even dyed his hair to match the colourd of the Genderfluid flag! he's also very expressive with his clothing, and likes crossdressing.

In some rps he wears Hearing aids, but I don't know if that's canonical

He was also originally named Kyoka (mainly because I used ai to come up with names at the time and I didn't realize that it was a girl's name) because his parents were expecting a girl, so when the kid was born a boy they decided to just keep the name instead of coming up with another name. Also Kyoka Jiro?? I didn't know her name was KYOKA????

Alright that's enough Ranma,

onto my next favorite boi! Shikanai Ekusenshi! (Og)

this is Shikanai , and uh.. *this is a really bad photo of him.* Reza too, she's got better photos I swear-

So Shikanai has kinda changed over the months, but basically he's a kid who has extremely bad social issues, DID, and just a heck ton of problems.

His Quirk is called [BATTERY]! He can take the energy out of both humans (life force) and electronics (Electricity) and either store it or transfer it to either himself or other people/electronics. His Quirk was originally called Life force Absorption and he could only take the energy from humans, but I edited his quirk a bit. Basically how his quirk works is that Energy (for him) in all things is a 100% digit battery. Meanwhile he, Shikanai, has TWO 100% batteries. (His second battery is basically a extra storage unit).

He can take a certain percentage of someone/somethings battery and add it to his own battery IF he has the room. For example, say he has 50% battery in himself and he takes 100% battery from something else. That first battery (which is HIS personal battery) fills up to 100% and his second battery gets the excess. This does mean he has a limit of how much he can absorb, but as long as he has the room, he can take it.

*(Thing is that Electric Battery and Life force are completely different things, and he can only use Life force on himself and others (who are alive). So he can use Electrical stuff on other electronics, but they can be stored the same battery unit)*

another thing he can do is USE the energy in his batteries for himself. So, for example, if he himself has 40% battery and his storage battery has 10%, he can use that energy to fill up his first battery and gain more Energy. Fun fact! He can also use this to kill people by taking away 100% of their energy! (Which he may ot may not have done before, but it's not like he'd TELL.) but if his personal battery goes below 10% then he gets super sick (like throwing up and fever type of sick). and if it gets to zero he either dies, goes into a comatose state, or literally starts acting like he stayed up 5 days in a row (like a zombie basically). I wanna say I like Zombie Shikanai better but I ain't too sure which'll be canon

Also, another thing, Shikanai has DID! (Dissociative Identity Disorder; a mental health condition that involves the presence of two or more distinct identities, or "alters". -Wikipedia),

NOTE; (I Do not have DID so i am not a expert at it. I do have 1+ friends who have it though so I have a good understanding of it. I also did a whole bunch of research while making Shikanai's alters/experiences. Please don't like.... Kill me, or something-)

ShIkanai has 7 Alters, Hikiagenshi, Jousuke, Yūkoku, Mukō/Hinata (technically counts as two but nobody really knows), Yachiyo, Dempei and Ren. Each of his alters has their own distinct personality AND Quirk, which leads to my usually pondering question of what DID Alters would look like in the MHA world. Like- would hey have their own quirks? Would they have similar quirks or have like something completely opposite? I know it's one of those "It's not that deep bro" questions but its something I lile thinking about. Soooo i guess Shikanai could be sort of my own take on it??

ANYWAYS. Shikanai is like- such a traumatized, anxious mess. Like this guy has depression, GAD (generalized anxiety disorder), Insomina, ARFID (Avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder) and on top fo that DID-, Like one at a time, jeez! (Im joking, but he has alot of problems). not to mention he has stuttering problems

So Shikanai, as you can probally guess, has no parents. where are they? not here! They might've abandoned him when he first got his quirk at like.. 3?? 4? I dunno, But i DO know that he doesn't have any. he currently live in either a group home or Foster home (Ain't too sure yet) and Plays guitar in the band.

(I'll probably do a post with Shikanai's alters. I got actual designs for them and personalities!)

And Lil fun fact, He had a Canonical death! like if he WAS to die, then he has a canon way he dies. actually all of Cacophony Cacophony does, except for Ranma who survives (lone survivor frfr). It's kinda depressing to think about, but It's more like an interesting "what if AU"

Pirate AU Masterpost (AU name pending)

since im a person who like to make aus that does not fit with the canon at all, im gonna go all batshit with this one lets go. i havent made proper aus in a long time hhhh

my english went scrawny all over in some places so im sorry for that :'D this post is also extremely messy so buckle up yall

They're gonna be humans in this AU, because I have no idea how to incorporate planes in a setting like this. (also i think it may or may not fit since 'advanced tech'...does not really exist. it isn't set during old times though, it doesn't have a clear time period because it isn't set in our earth.)

The characters don't have clear designs, but FYI, I'm personally going to use my own gijinka designs for visuals like 'screenshot redraws' in this.

Anyway...if you have questions or suggestions, you can ask away! (they help a lot to build my art/stories geniunely + also i think this post is all over the place oh god)

This world is filled with islands, but without a clear bridge between them. So the only and the safest way of transportation is with, well, ships. This includes supplies too.

Pist, one of the small islands, took charge of transferring supplies to the other islands due to its location, under the name of "World Delivery". "WD" in short. (the reason for that is the amount of way to the other islands are pretty much same. Although visitors are not really common in the island, even if it's in the center of the whole ocean. It's not a touristic place. People prefer going to Gire, or Dimdi.)

Jimbo-Sky-Storm are 3 of the residents in Pist, and they are in the charge of this delivering organization. Jimbo is the head of it, Sky and Storm are second-hands.

A client sends a letter to WD about what they want, and boom. If there are smaller orders, they'll be sent by small ships. If the order clashes with a supply delivery, it'll be sent with a big delivery ship. Still fast. (residents of pist usually go to there themselves to order. its close)

There is a factory in Pist to produce the supplies (although rumors say the trio uses an extra deal to make their delivery items because there are almost no workers in the factory...)

Storm manages the factory, Sky is in the charge of managing the delivery ships.

There are many ships that work directly for World Delivery HQ (most of them being Pist residents), but there are freelancer ships that come to help them from time to time.

(I divided them in a quite strange way honestly, because I didn't want to seperate the s1 quartet or some 'squads' sorry xP Also FYI: there are many ships. So they don't only consist SW characters. Think of them as...extras? yeah that. i wanna make them go on a long trip once and i dont wanna put wd out of business)

The main ships in the AU (not all of them work in Pist but when they pass by they do work for them sometimes. i was gonna put them all under the same workplace but then scrapped that)

Speedy (they're still working on the name. the other three teases the hell out of jett because of this): Consists of only Jett, Dizzy, Donnie, Jerome. Smallest ship with a crew of only 4 people. They reside in Pist, and they're the only ship out of all the SW ships that is actively working for WD.

(well, except for the time they all suddenly disappeared one day on a journey. Turns out they sneaked out.)

Neptune: Mira, Bello, Swampy, Wily, Sparky, Neo. They never stay on islands, instead they live in their ship. It's bigger than Jett's, so it has extra rooms for other things like a greenroom. Speaking of, the crew has a reputation of making herbs and medicines due to their master use of plants (thanks to the captain and her first mate.) They pass Pist by all the time, and help them deliver things, mainly medicine.

Goldstar: Paul, Kim, Badge, and numerous other officers. They're a security ship, and Blackbird is number 1 on their hit list. They're usually sent by Miz, to catch thieves and sometimes to hunt monsters. (But the crew of Goldstar has no idea about what Miz is doing after they hand over the criminals or the monsters, because they're constantly on missions.)

Although their beef with Blackbird's captain is a personal case, not Miz's (mostly for Paul).

Loyalty: Grand Albert's restored historical ship. He travels between islands, along with his students (the top student being Narae) He used to be a famous adventurer that fought thieves who stole artifacts and returned them to their homeland, but now he retired and in prefarence of a slow, peaceful life. He's now sailing a ship-library and is open to visitors. Somehow pirates don't get too close to him.

He also has a granddaughter named Ellie (who is also his student) but she left due to her wish to sail to adventure with her own friends.

Galacti: The most mysterious ship possible. Nothing much is known about them, except for one thing: They're seen during the night. Their morals and goals are also unknown. They're also known as the ones who only know the safe ways to the North. And they home several magical artifacts: ancient spell books, weapons, mystic plants, etc. All of them are wanted by Miz, especially the captain.

Blackbird: The most notorious ship, with the crew of ruthless thieves. They love to mess with the other ships, they ambush the delivery ships while on their way, steal their goods, and scatter the 'useless' ones to the ocean for ships to crash on and sink.

Rumor say the captain Phantom used to navigate a security ship, and people wonder what led him down this path.

No one knows which islands are the crew is from, but they know for a fact that they can sail to the waters in South effortlessly. (The waters in South are also violent, so majority of security ships sunk in hopes of investigate the island.)

Tech is a bit weird in this AU. It does not exist, but it does at the same time. Phones, internet, or holograms, those stuff doesn't exist, for example.

There's a thing. It's not a common thing, it's a rumor in some islands, it's forbidden to use or even speak of it in some islands–

It's magic. Yep.

Big islands like Miz forbid anyone to ever talk about. Ironically, the most powerful professional magic user is from Miz.

Small islands like Pist though, it's mostly a rumor in there.

Anyway, the magic in this AU mostly relies on spells. Only some certain people can do it. For example, rumor say the mysterious ship Galacti can use magic effortlessly (especially the captain). But the island of Miz, the island the captain is from, can't catch them because the ship is literally invisible.

There's also another type of magic. It's not like a 'wizard-y' type, or done with spells. It affects the physical appearence, like 'monsters'.

Sea creatures are the only known 'monsters' at the moment but there are some research for other possible 'monsters' alive.

There are 3 different sea 'monsters' rn:

The 1st type: Your good ol' cliche sea creatures. They live underwater all the time, cannot go up to surface. Some of them look like a giant squid but some of them have humanoid appearence (like sirens). They're the most common.

The 2nd is: Luca-style. They appear as humans when dry. One of the main ship captains is this. No wonder she rescues people so swiftly from the water? Also the new lackey in Blackbird too, but with the addition of a siren voice.

The third type is a curse that turns the person into a fish, then a bubble. They start to appear as scales under eyes, then ears start to look like fins. At the end of two days they will turn into a full fish, then foam (curse you little mermaid /j). It has a solution though, but it can only be found in the north side of the ocean. Sadly, most people who got cursed end up meeting their demise because the North is even harder to reach than South. The ones who do would still have some side effects like: constant need for hydration and the transformation into a mer-person when dove into water.

(this is completely inspired by that one episode where jett and jerome turn into mer...planes???)

〔 There is also another type of magic, but not a third-type. Instead it's a sub-category, because this one also relies on spells. But instead of performing with bare hands, an object like a wand is needed. 〕

Here's another of my OC. I was going to make a super cool battle illustration with super cool effects and super cool lighting and I gave up almost instantly lol. SHE HAS NO WRISTS!!

This is one I made for Drawfest 2, like, 2 years ago now, I think. I thought it was coming along kinda nice except I couldn't get the perspective to look right so my character ended up looking huge lmao.

Here's ANOTHER of my OC. This one is really old lol. I've redesigned her now and I don't use this shading style anymore, so I retired this profile picture really early on.

Pico jumpscare I got really into Pico's school way back when and never saw any fanart for his death screen. So I wanted to try my hand at it. Got through the lineart before I decided I didn't like it and was not skilled enough to salvage it so I gave up. Might redraw this in the future though!

This was going to be a picture of Gregory and Freddy from FNaF Security Breach (made this around the time the game came out), but I quickly realized I couldn't draw animatronics and quit lol. You can kinda see the stripe on Gregory's shirt, but my sketching abilities back then were awful so it's a little hard.

ASJKFHSABFHJBF I ALMOST FORGOT I WAS DRAWING HIMMM!! This bean is a character from To Your Eternity, an anime I randomly found on Netflix once and fell in love with (I quit at the weird scene in the prison tho, remind me to finish it). HE WAS SO CUTE I JUST HAD TO DRAW HIM <3 Also this isn't the ball, this is the boy. I just didn't get to his eyes.

MULTIFANDOM IDEAAAAA

So me and my sister were talking a few years ago, and I think one of us misspoke and said "Coffee shot" instead of "Coffee shop," so this AU was born.

It's a coffee shop called the Coffee Shot staffed by characters that love guns and have guns and shoot guns and I love them. The shop is frequented by characters from other franchises (in this case Danganronpa), and it's got the best coffee and the best theming you've ever seen >:)

And then this one is of the same two characters but based on a fanfic I read once. It was a Beauty and the Beast one. It was really fun to read. I liked it. It's on Wattpad if you're interested. I quit on this picture really quick tho. Made the sketch on Photoshop 2 years ago, transferred the sketch to FireAlpaca, then realized the sketch sucked and didn't bother trying again.

Let this be a lesson that not all of your pictures are going to go the way you want to. Your sketches are going to be messy, your lineart isn't going to match up, your colors are going to look funky, and your shading is going to want to make you rip out your hair sometimes.

I think what's important is to make sure that all that stuff doesn't discourage you.

If you give up all together, you'll never know what you'd've been able to produce if you hadn't.

If a picture isn't working for you, find out why. Then quit that picture, practice, and come back. You'll be able to compare yourself to your own art instead of other people's, which will give you a clearer sense of how far you've come.

BOOKE......... vol 22 of natsuyuu & holy shit what a GORGEOUS cover i wanna do a redraw of it so bad now that i FINALLY have it hsmgnsghj absolutely my fave cover in the series TBH. also this is a big deal bc it's one of the last few volumes i need to complete the series and it's SERIOUSLY hard to find rn (i will get into this more below but just know it's basically a miracle i have this 🙏)

3. ANIMORPHS WAAAAAA so the store i went to had a bunch of different shit including both manga & normal books (i see no difference love is love) so ofc i HAD to check the children's section and they had these two animorphs books for a few bucks each!! i honestly didn't really even pay attention to which ones they were beyond checking the numbers to make sure i didn't already have them but as soon as i got home i got a good look at them AND THEY ARE??? BOTH BANGERS????? YOOOOOOOOOO

#19 The Departure (butterfly book) is the one where cassie cheats death thru a bullshit morphing rules loophole and it's GREAT and oh yeah a lot of philosophical "see from the enemy's pov" gray morality stuff which goes so much harder than im making it sound.... it's always been one that stood out to me as a special one so i am Thrilled to have it

as for #33 The Illusion i fucken lost it when i recognized the cover IT'S THE BIRD TORTURE BOOK aka book where they are so so fucking mean to tobias #458283049 THEY ARE SO MEAN TO HIM LEAVE MY SON ALONE i love this book A LOT i cannot believe what these two books turned out to be w/o me even realizing it, and they were the only two animorphs books they had like??? god favors me

ok that was the short version now here's my saga:

SO FUNNY STORY LOL i've been rly into manga collecting videos on yt which frequently dip into manga shopping vlogs right. they go to stores & film the shelves & it's a lot of fun to see all the stuff they have but Most Importantly whenever they get to the N section my eyes ZOOM TF IN lookin for those natsuyuu spines bc i'm on the fuckin hunt and i'm obsessed i NEED to see what they have (which is why i always die inside whenever they skip over the entire naruto section bc natsuyuu is usually RIGHT after it and EVERYBODY MISSES IT slams fist on the ground)

the main thing i look for is volumes i don't have which is a dangerous game bc if i DID see smth i needed and was unable to obtain it i would simply perish and wither away on the spot because these last 3 volumes i need are SO IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND they are not ANYWHERE online except on ebay for like $150 which SUCKS so if i knew they were out there existing on a shelf completely out of my reach i wouldn't make it

anyway i was watchin a shopping vlog & this guy's like we're going to the book-off in this exact location and im like wowie that's near me maybe i should check it out sometime and he's like here's the manga section and im like 👁👁 bc ofc i am and it's not like he's showing every shelf in detail, doesn't even really look at the N section BUT what do i see with my Combat Trained Eagle Eyes

(this is zoomed tf in on like the corner of the screen BUT IT'S VOLUME FUCKEN 22 BABEY DO U SEE IT UUAAHGH) (so bizarre to look at that screenshot now knowing that that book on the shelf is MY specific copy that i now own like god. i really did just reach into the screen and YOINK)

so i immediately check the video's upload date & it's only been a Week but also that portion of the video had been filmed a week prior to the rest of the footage and on top of that there's no telling how much time passed between filming and uploading so we have at LEAST 2 weeks definitely more on the docket so im like ooohhgh but also like i mentioned before. these books are fucken IMPOSSIBLE to find for a reasonable price online rn so i have absolutely nothing to lose ok

i call the place & ask abt it and they're like ya we have it forrr $7.99 and i scream in my head so so loud bc that's $2 below retail and like $75 below the asking price on ebay (some fucking goon is selling a goddamn raw unrestored library copy for over $80 hello?????? absolute clown behavior SMH meanwhile this below retail copy is in Wonderful condition it's BEAUTIFUL)

ik i said earlier that i was "nearby" the location in the video but that was a lie it's a fucking hour drive which is Small Price To Pay for Natsume's Book of Friends Vol 22 by Yuki Midorikawa in MY mind but since i don't drive i had to find someone who agreed w/ me lmfao. the store does not ship either to ur home or to a closer location so i had literally no other option and on top of that they only do same day holds on items, to stress out Me Specifically (joking tho they were so so nice. the person i spoke to was like "well this series doesn't sell v often and we've had it for a while, so there's a good chance it'll still be here whenever you can come out" like 😭 they didn't have to reassure me like that but they did and it helped me make it thru the week goddamnit)

so luckily i was able to get out there the very same weekend and like bro. they have so much shit it's a rly cool store... i believe they have new items but their whole thing is resale & second-hand stuff so u can find some rly neat stuff there... i spent so long in the merch section oh my god. they have this entire aisle that's just pins & buttons & charms and it's absolute madness, like This Shit (different location but same idea)

and good god u would not BELIEVE the sheer amt of ososan stuff they had there, i genuinely believe a flat 50% of it was just ososan AT LEAST (even in this pic i can see a kara on that second shelf there gksdngskdf 2nd to last row on the far right), i think i would have died if i'd gone there during the height of my obsession bc holy shit. why did they have so much osomatsu san. it was bananas (i might've gotten smth if i found one i liked but it was mostly like official art lookin stuff & that style doesn't rly appeal to me so rip. there were a LOT of karas & ichis tho)

anywayyyyy i shouldn't have spent so much time going thru all that but among the sea of buttons & pins were those rubber character charms here and there which i WAS interested in, specifically bc one of the kimi to boku sets i want so dearly is the rubber charms like LOOK at them.........

i am not only screaming & crying but ALSO throwing up LOOK AT THEMMMMM i would die for all 5 of them. anyway they didn't have any of em as far as i could see which wasn't that surprising since it's not a very well-known series but also i saw a million guys i'd never seen in my life in that section so IT WAS POSSIBLE..........

i wandered around the books section for a while bc i wasn't ready for the manga yet (busy aisle) & that's where i found the animorphs WHICH btw are in SUCH good condition like obvs the pages are yellowed but the covers & spines are clean af and both of the cover illustrations underneath are intact so i'm super happy abt that!! i looked around for a few other things just for fun, like they had a few deltora quest books, neither of the ones i need but it was still neat to see. o they also had a copy of wayward son (simon snow book 2) which was rly fun bc hey i know those guys!!! need to get back to reading their shit rly bad but uh u know!!!!! i will

the manga section wasn't super big, just like. one aisle, both sides. they had alphabetical markers to organize them but man things were pretty out of order within each section so i hope i didn't miss anything gskdnkfdg.... it's not like i was planning on buying a whole lot but i did have a list of things to keep an eye out for and if they happened to be a good price then,,,

i didn't find anything tho rip. i rly wanted to check out some japanese manga too but it didn't look like they had any so i was like oh well but fuckin. i'm SO mad at myself, the next morning i found out that APPARENTLY all the jpn manga's in the dollar outlet version of the store they had upstairs, which i KNEW existed but didn't end up checking out gjgaughagjsdgj i'd even thought about asking one of the employees if they had any but i DIDN't and now im DYING oh my god. i'll never be able to get out there again, not any time soon, this was like a One Time Thing i'm so OTL

(i was gonna look for like, natsuyuu fanbooks, some of midorikawa's other works, maybe some monthly magazines like the one natsuyuu gets published in if they even had that sort of thing.... oogh im lying down)

anyway i pretty much checked out after that, they had my book at the counter bc i had called ahead to place a hold JUST TO BE SAFE..... who knows how many other people watched that guy's video and paused obsessively over that one part bc they caught a glimpse of natsuyuu spines in the bg and spotted the elusive vol 22 sitting Right There for all the world to see and immediately started planning how to get out there asap before it disappeared like a dream evaporating into mist as soon as you wake up

anyway that's where the book shopping saga ends but the last magical thing that happened was the mall had a somisomi aka taiyaki babeeyyyyyyy (v exciting bc the one at my local mall is GONE) so i got some w the taro filling (taro my beloved) and it was THE BEST

somisomi's main thing is like, ice cream taiyaki (left) but i always just get the regular kind (right) bc hmnmgnhm i like the it

so that concludes my funny lil weekend trip, even if i missed the outlet store i still got some super gr8 stuff & i'm v happy about it ;v;
