My new Grass & Field’s brush pack is officially out for Photoshop CC, Procreate, and Clip Studio Paint!
You can download it from this page (click!)
Like all my brush packs it is free, with tips welcome but optional. You can use these brushes in anything - personal work, freelance work, professional work, commercial work - including things you sell, no license required. Demo videos are linked on the product page. Enjoy!!
I love your art sm!! Can I ask what brushes you use?
hai ! thank you! and also thank you for asking. I kinda hop between several programs, so grouped these brushes in regards to the rendering style :)
CLIP STUDIO PAINT: I usually stick to the default lighter and rough pencil .. but lately i have been using the Kasuy brush pack, which is only available for clip.. supah fun textures, loove it!
DRAWPILE: kinda unconventional but i looove the way the brushes feel in drawpile.. I even made a pseudo-dupe in CSP . but i enjoy the crunchy, compressed textured.... also working in a limited program .. helps me get into a flooww state.. nothing is ever too serious... lool
MSPAINT: pretty simple but all my binary brush looking work is done in mspaint, using the single or 3 px pencil. also the marker brush ! same as drawpile.. sometimes drawing in a simpler program really gets u outta the confines of expectation ... a lot of my favourite pieces came from doodling here :)
I switched from PS to Clip Studio Paint back in 2019, here's a bunch of brushes I've developed since then. Some are free, some you can get by supporting me, some you can get by donating to different causes.
If you can't afford them, please feel free to ask me for a download link (or I can email them to you).
First run at actually making complete from scratch, referencing images brushes but I saw there was no stretch mark brushes at all that I could easily find so I made my own.
The basic one is just how I would draw them by hand on my ocs and the other two are actual names of two types of stretch marks people actually have.
I do plan on making more as there are more types of stretch marks but I thought these would be a good entry point to go into.
these brushes are for ClipStudio only, as they are .sut files, but I have provided the actual images of the brushes for any that wish to make these in photoshop and share with other photoshop users so have at thee.
I was going to do an apothecary set this month, but ending up laid up in bed at the end of the month means it has to be pushed back... however, I did clean up and add-to my ultra useful and ohmygodcannotlivewithoutthem composition brushes to make them presentable to the public!
They're easily transformed and flipped to fit your canvas, and they're immensely useful for illustrations, comic work, or any visual thing you need doing. These are up on my patreon as well as a bunch of clean, full sized comic pages, illustrations, and some bonus transparent .png borders that I made.
And like I mentioned before, I'm doing a new big illo as well.. it's not quite ready yet, (though it's very close!) and its full size version will be available when it is.
There's also a new comic update coming tomorrow with three pages (yikes!? yay!?)
anyway, if you want stuff or want to support my work and the comic (...food), you can head over to the✨ Solivaga Patreon!✨

I wanna post as much of the stuff I do as possible so as a start, here are little doodles I’ve drawn of THE Simon “Ghost” Riley and a persona of mine with an experimental mask design
I found this new brush and I don’t know why the blockiness is SO SATISFYING TO USE for Simon. Probably cause the mask is much easier to draw with a blocky brush, but YEAH
Here are the other two I thought of but found the orangey one more interesting and my style:
First one is too serial-killer and the second one is 1/ too boring and 2/ looks to similar to Ghost’s mask with his lil stripes over the eyes
What is your typical art medium / drawing program? The textures are beautiful 😩
Art I post online is mostly digital. I use Krita 5.1.5 and I got brushes I use form this site below!
I have tested quite a lot of brush packs until I found the brushes I feel the most comfy with.
Dirty chalk for children (...because I'm such a child sometimes xd) Honestly it's amazing, most textures in my works are made with assistance of these.
SK Sketching in Krita V1 - best fucking digital graphites I've ever seen
Set of Watercolor Brushes - very nice and truly watery!
Rotating light brushtips WIP - has pretty insane real paint effects! I don't use it much but they are good!
I use like one brush from every brush pack, but sometimes I get playful and having them installed is a real joy! If you want more details, feel free to ask! I can provide a guide if needed <3
