MODERN ARCANA- AU REWRITE

Hey there! I’m @digital-darling-arts (this is just my arcana/last legacy alt) and I introduce to you my current project!

I want to state that I have no ties to the offical team behind the faking it AU or Dorian and this whole thing is just a fan made project that I’m opening up to the community!

I have nothing against the main project but I do have some ideas I wish were used! So! If you will allow me I’d love to show to y’all my Modern AU!

Now one of the main differences (aside from story and designs) is that I’ve brought that the magic! It’s one thing I missed in the original AU!

Also the situation with MC! Look, I understand it’s hard to add in an MC but the ‘Faking it: Dating them’ story didn’t work for me.

Plus it completely invalidated the base story as well.

Eventually I plan on making a proper introductions for the characters and even the whole plan! But for now I leave you with the base introduction and some character outfit concepts!

There must have been a plague in Knighton, why else would they exist?

Hi! So uhh silly little squire bot OC! Meet Dez!

He is a totally legitimate plague doctor with a medical license!

I'm still figuring out a lot but this is what I have:

-They have battery issues, really easy fix but she prioritizes her victims patients more.

-They always diagnose simple illnesses as the plague, he's convinced it will return!

-he mostly issues he/they but personally doesn't care if called a she.

-if anyone calls Crow the "crow" a hummingbird they will personally prove you wrong.

-due to the battery issues most of the time he works himself for "death"

-Will stab as a warning

-was once with the merry mech after getting lost for a month

Unfortunately, the update originally planned for Q1 2025 will be delayed. The release date will be announced when the update is closer to completion. I truly appreciate your understanding !

Not really much to say? If I find the motivation I’ll draw the upright ending + some tales alts because winter wonderland has my heart and I need to draw Titania’s outfit on an official sprite.
