I am thankful for DmC fans that gatekeep themselves because conversations, efforts like combo mads and looking into lost media are top notch
It's too bad ninja theory has moved on but also like... In a bigger picture so much bts media has been gradually disappearing
There's less information on Vergil on DmC and specifically his already short blurb of a backstory
Literally so much focus was on Dante that the facts about Vergil back in 2012 was literally a small paragraph when they revealed he was coming in the game.
He is the younger twin. He was adopted by wealthy human parents. He got even richer when he sold a security software for millions. He had unlocked his memories before Dante did, and definitely before the prequel comics. And that's why he's looking for him and how he's funding his Order group
But that's where it ends. there's not much to any of his backstory and what exactly made him who he is or what his upbringing was under his wealthy human parents.
A draft script was revealed that angels were going to appear. And Vergil's villainy has forced the angels to appear. Vergil had kidnapped Kat (? This one not too sure) while Dante was taken by the angels, for some sort of trial because they also hate Nephilim....
Again this is a draft. They're plans for a sequel has been lost in limbo now (pun intended). And what i paraphrased is very much my memories of it so go ahead confirm if I got it right but hey
here's Rogerio Silva's Q&A in a little DMC forum. He seems to be a developer for multiple companies and had been on Ninja Theory for DmC particularly Vergil's Downfall. But he's got plenty of games on his belt.
Also like that forum is a gold mine of info

Heyo! Thought I'd send In a silly one for the dmc men
Basically just having a reader who loves doing vocaloid dances (maybe k pop dances too but I feel like vocaloid is a different type of intensity)
And snice this is dmc it'd be fun if they're a hunter who mixes the dance moves into their fighting style
Gn reader is cool but it'd be neat if it was a masc reader snice you tend to get a lot of fem requests, you know, variety (and maybe plays on the dances being seen as primarily girly)
Love your stuff! Have fun!
Thanks! Hope you enioy!
Sparda boys + V x Vocaloid-loving!Reader headcannons
¤ Dante ¤
-So, you like changing your voice with software and/or listening to bouncy, upbeat songs made with said software? Great, so does he.
-It's a little known secret that Dante likes upbeat music with unnatural singing in addition to metal.
-He'll give you recommendations and will gladly accept any suggestions should you have some.
-He managed to get his hands on some vocaloid software with his boomer brain and spent a whole day making auto tuned noise with you.
-Thinks the dances you do are pretty cool, even if they're more "girl coded" than anything else.
-Guess what? He's started doing them too, and believe it or not, he might actually be doing them better than you.
■ Vergil ■
-Being the extremely motivated person that he is, Vergil scoffed at vocaloid and its somewhat annoying, perky beats.
-He first thought of the music as screechy, fake, and irritating, undeserving of his attention.
-Or so he said, for you see, after about a week of you forcing the bubbly, upbeat stuff into his ears, he started to enjoy it.
-Though he'd sooner die than let anyone else know this, he's added a great deal of vocaloid songs to his playlist, alongside Bury The Light, of course.
-He doesn't like watching you do your goofy dances because they're cringe, and they activate his innate desire to destroy all cringiness, which he must now suppress because he doesn't want to hurt you.
-Tried doing one of your dances in private and didn't like how it felt, or how it looked, so he stopped and vowed never to do it again.
□ Nero □
-Nero thought vocaloid was alright. It wasn't his favorite style of music, but it wasn't his least favorite either.
-Nero prefers edgier, borderline emo songs as opposed to this high-pitched squealing, so you'll have to understand.
-Another reason why he might not be so fond of the stuff is because he can't understand most of what the singers are saying, thanks to the language barrier, which, for some reason, bothers him.
-Won't stop you from enjoying it, though; to each their own.
-Thinks the dances you do are so ridiculous and exaggerated, so he teases you (lightheartedly, of course) about them nearly every chance he gets.
-Won't let anyone else do that, though. Nero and Nero alone is allowed to make fun of your dancing, not a single other soul.
● V ●
-V has little to no musical knowledge aside from Classical, so he was very interested in this all-new concept that he was discovering.
-Like a teenager falling into their first nightcore phase, (believe me, I've been there) V became obsessed with vocaloid.
-He listens to every song and playlist of songs he can find, getting really excited whenever you recommend something to him.
-You two gush about your favorite songs, singers, etc. nearly all the time.
-Thinks the dances you do are pretty cute (V is the definition of a simp) and wants to learn how to do them too.
-If you decide to teach him, you'll discover V would make a far better kpop idol than an old-timey poetry nerd.

Re-breaking the Tumblr Ice with a "25 Games To Know Me" post!
Reasons why each game is important to me are under the cut.
Sonic The Hedgehog 2 -- I love Sonic in general. I think across the entire history of the franchise I can only really point to two games I dislike, or three if I'm feeling particularly uncharitable. But Sonic 2 was the first game I ever saw at a store and said "I want that one". As for how I feel about Sonic 2 itself, it's actually not my favorite Sonic game or even my favorite classic Sonic game--those distinctions go to Sonic Unleashed and Sonic CD--but without Sonic 2, I may never have given the blue hog a chance.
Spark The Electric Jester 3 -- The most recent game on this list certainly but it deserves to be there. It's so confident and unashamed of what it is. It *knows* it's a Sonic fan game underneath its yellow blorbo skin, but it never winks at the audience about it. You just get to do some really incredible, high speed 3D platforming and mix in some DMC-lite combos in there too. It's good, it's fun, it's sincere, it's beautiful. All the Spark games are.
Cave Story -- Before Cave Story I only had a vague idea of the concept of "single person makes game all by themself". I'd certainly played plenty before, from the Shareware era on DOS and Windows 95, but Cave Story made it feel approachable. Plus, on its own, it's just a great little game.
La Mulana -- Cave Story and La Mulana share the same space in my brain. It may be a little weird to say this, but I typically don't enjoy 2D Metroidvanias. The only ones I've beaten are Super Metroid and most recently Nine Sols. But something about La Mulana just tickles me. It feels like the entire map is one big Rubik's Cube I'm beating my head against, which is more satisfying to me than "I found the thing that lets me do the thing I couldn't do earlier."
DOOM (2016) -- I love the entire Doom franchise but DOOM 2016 is my favorite standalone experience. Otherwise I have played untold hours of classic Doom mods, my favorites being Reelism, Demonsteele, and Doom Infinite.
Sekiro -- A really great experience all around. I enjoy Dark Souls and appreciate its storytelling, but most everything in Dark Souls feels too distant for me to appreciate, whereas in Sekiro, the history both is recent and ongoing, and the Shinto and Buddhist mythology informs the story in real time. And It's just so fun to actually play. You never forget your first Lady Butterfly.
Dynamite Headdy -- Most everyone loves Treasure but to me no game is more Treasure than this one.
Moon: Remix RPG Adventure -- One of the earliest plays on the RPG genre. A typical RPG hero is going around slaying monsters to level up, but that person isn't you. Instead, you go around reuniting the souls of slain monsters to revive them, and learn a lot about the heartfelt and unique world they once inhabited. A really beautiful and important game.
Worms Armageddon -- Still the best 1999
Avernum: Escape From The Pit -- A remake of Spiderweb Software's first game in the "Exile" series. Avernum tells a great fantasy story about an underground cave society, where undesirables are exiled by the empire who scorns them. Instead of laying down and dying in the caves, its new residents name it Avernum and create their own society... and they don't intend to take their punishment laying down. A really fun and atmospheric CRPG with great, Vonnegut-esque writing and a lot of heart.
Legacy Of Kain: Soul Reaver -- I played this one pretty recently and was shocked at how forward thinking it was for 1999. I played the entire Legacy of Kain series back to back, but Soul Reaver stuck out to me as the best one. If you can't tell by some of the other games on this list, I adore games that feel lonely and isolating but still have a distinct goal and stakes. Soul Reaver is incredible and finally contextualized just why I saw Raziel all over Playstation magazines as a kid--it's because he's fucking cool!
Marathon Infinity -- play the entire marathon series right now stop reading this
Lemmings -- Huh. What's that doing here
Pikmin -- The first Pikmin is the best one in my opinion. I love the time limit, I love the simplicity of the scope compared to the rest of the series, it's a fun game to just pop in once in a while and just blitz through. I also just love microworld settings. And the creature design! And the puzzle design! Ohh Pikmin there's nothing like you.
Klonoa: The Door To Phantomile -- I have a lot of fond memories of this one, but specifically of playing the demo over and over on a Playstation Magazine demo disc with my sister. I wouldn't actually play the full game until much later, on an emulator. I did later rent Klonoa 2 and finish it before that though. Klonoa is good.
Rayman -- I love this game. I love how fucking mean it is while looking so bright and poppy and silly. I first played it when I was like 8 years old and it was a really humbling, eye-opening experience. But jokes aside it's just a really good game. But yeah, it's hard. If you've never played it before and don't want to tear your hair out, you should play Rayman Redemption, a fan remake of it that makes it a bit more approachable. If you ask me though, you should try the original first.
Ecco: The Tides of Time -- I also played this one when I was really young and it was also a humbling, eye-opening experience. I just liked dolphins, I wasn't expecting to have rented the hardest game in the entire fucking store. Having revisited the Ecco series many times since then, though, I think Tides of Time is the best one. It's just gorgeous and both versions of the soundtrack are amazing. I prefer the CD one though, except for Moray Abyss and Tubes of Medusa.
Splatterhouse -- Kids love horror and kids love forbidden things, so when I saw a Splatterhouse ROM on a romsite as a kid and was immediately told I wasn't allowed to download it, of course I fucking did when no one was looking. And my brain was altered forever
Earthbound -- I very briefly had a stepbrother who had a SNES and Earthbound and I wasn't able to play it myself (no open save slots) so I just watched, but I was fascinated by it. I would eventually play it myself later on good ol ZSNES. I have nice warm memories of watching the snow on the ZSNES menu while it snowed gently outside, in between bouts of playing Earthbound and Yoshi's Island.
Yakuza -- Okay the PS2 boxart is here as a stand in, I love the entire Yakuza series dearly. I did own Yakuza and Yakuza 2 when they were new, but lost them when our PS2 and all of its games got stolen.
Sonic Robo Blast 2 -- Another Sonic game? But this one's special. I've been playing SRB2 for over half of my life at this point. I've played countless mods for it and have watched it grow from a basic little Doom platformer into a great platform for expression. It's also just fun.
Bomberman 64 -- The 3D bomb-stacking and bouncing stuff in this game is so cool and is the exact kind of finicky, almost-accidental-seeming mechanical depth I love in video games. I can't believe they only made one of these.
Psychonauts -- Kind of a stand-in for Double Fine and LucasArts in general, but definitely the best game still out of both companies. I love 3D platformers and I love what this game does. There's still not much out there like it.
Rayman 2 -- Another Rayman game? Well yeah, I can't say I love 3D platformers and just not put the best 3D platformer ever made on this list. Not an exaggeration!
Final Fantasy XIV -- I get to play as a hot lion woman now. Have you seen her? Well, now you have

A little look at how I pick my colours of the Octopath bosses. Usually I can just use the software, but sometimes an in person check is needed.
I’ll be all too glad to leave Cyrus’ bosses behind, trying to match their design pallets to DMC colours has been an absolute nightmare not helped by my software’s habit of misrepresenting green-grey as just green. I’ve settled on this spread for Lucia’s skin after an hour of tests!

The second module of my hand embroidery course is a complete disappointment. It's a module on design, which is theoretically fun and useful if you want to come up with your own embroidery patterns, but what they actually provide is next to useless.
There's a bit about the basics of colour theory and the use of line and texture in design where they provide half a page of writing (or less because pictures) on each and then tell you to read wikipedia. No, seriously, the sections on colour theory and lines have list of links to go read and the first one in both sections is a link to wikipedia. There are some other links to art galleries and to a section on the BBC website about home design. It's like they put the bare minimum information together and then point the students at the internet if they want to actually learn anything - how is this a course worth paying money for?
Plus one of the links is broken.
There's nothing that would actually put things into context for embroidery - e.g. how different fabric choices impact texture, ways of achieving different line/texture effects with stitches, tips for selecting colour threads from a DMC chart to achieve colour effects, how different choices of fabric colour might influence your choice of thread colours, ideas for achieving perspective impressions using thread thickness. Lots of things that might make any of the first section relevant to the subject matter we're supposed to be learning - and then don't touch on any of them.
The rest of the module is about taking photos and manipulating them in PowerPoint/tracing over them on paper to get little snippets of the image to then turn into abstract designs.
I guess I can see that some people might like this approach as a way to come up with abstract designs - but I'm not one of them.
I would be absolutely find if this was one of a list of ten different ways you could come up with designs and then they talked about other approaches e.g. turning a photo into a cross stitch pattern through software, drafting a design with paper and pencil freehand, cutting shapes out of paper and moving them around a space to see how you like the arrangement, etc. If they gave us this as one approach of several, it would be one thing, but when most of the module is "here's how the crop button and remove background features work in PowerPoint", I'm going to be annoyed.
I paid money for this and it feels like the half-assed, minimum effort rubbish I would expect to get if I bought a social media influence's self-created cash grab course on how to get rich.

Transforming Your Travel Business with Bed Banks API Integration
The travel industry is evolving rapidly, and technology plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between customer expectations and business solutions. For travel agencies, tour operators, and online travel agencies (OTAs), integrating Bed Banks APIs into booking platforms is proving to be a game-changer.
What Are Bed Banks and Why Do They Matter?
At its core, a bed bank is a B2B intermediary that purchases hotel rooms in bulk at discounted rates from accommodation providers. These rooms are then resold to travel companies, allowing them to offer a wide variety of accommodations without the need for direct contracts with each hotel. Bed banks also often bundle additional services, such as car rentals, transfers, and tickets to attractions, providing even more flexibility to travel businesses in crafting customized travel experiences for their customers.
By partnering with bed banks, travel agencies gain access to a large inventory of rooms and services, streamlining operations and increasing efficiency. The key benefit here is that travel businesses can offer more choices to their customers without the complex logistics of managing individual supplier contracts.
How Does Bed Banks API Integration Work?
The integration of Bed Banks APIs allows travel agencies to connect seamlessly with multiple bed banks, providing access to real-time availability, pricing, and detailed property information—all within their existing booking systems. This eliminates the need for multiple supplier contracts and complex systems, simplifying the accommodation sourcing process.
Instead of manually updating availability or dealing with overbooking risks, an API integration ensures that the data provided is accurate and up-to-date. As a result, travel agencies can offer an enhanced customer experience with real-time, reliable information.
Why Should You Integrate Bed Banks APIs into Your Travel Platform?
Access to a Vast Inventory: Bed Banks APIs bring extensive hotel and accommodation options directly to your platform, allowing you to present a comprehensive selection of choices to your customers.
Real-Time Data: Say goodbye to outdated information and manual updates. APIs provide accurate, real-time data on room availability and pricing, reducing the risk of errors like overbooking.
Customizable Packages: You can create tailored packages by bundling accommodation with other services such as tours, car rentals, and activities, offering your customers a one-stop shop for all their travel needs.
Cost Efficiency: By consolidating your accommodation and service sourcing through a bed bank, you can reduce the need for negotiating individual supplier contracts and minimize overhead costs.
How Bed Banks APIs Drive Innovation in the Travel Industry
Integrating Bed Banks APIs doesn’t just streamline your operations—it transforms your business. Here's how:
Expand Your Offerings: Gain access to a broader range of accommodations and services, without the complexity of managing numerous supplier relationships.
Boost Customer Satisfaction: With up-to-date, real-time availability and dynamic packaging options, you can provide a seamless booking experience for your customers.
Increase Revenue Streams: Offering complementary services such as activities, car rentals, and transfers can open new revenue opportunities for your business.
Why Technoheaven for Bed Banks API Integration?
Technoheaven provides advanced Bed Banks API integration solutions that help travel agencies and OTAs stay competitive in a fast-paced digital landscape. With seamless integration of leading bed banks, you can streamline your booking process, enhance customer experiences, and drive business growth.
Leading Bed Banks APIs Integrated into Technoheaven’s Solutions
Hotelbeds API Integration: Technoheaven partners with Hotelbeds to offer seamless access to a wide range of accommodation options, real-time availability, and competitive pricing, all integrated directly into your travel platform.
WebBeds API Integration: By connecting travel agencies to WebBeds, Technoheaven allows businesses to offer diverse hotel options and improve their service offerings for clients.
Within Earth API Integration: This integration simplifies the process of providing accommodation options, making it easier to manage bookings and offer diverse travel experiences.
HPro Travel API Integration: Technoheaven also collaborates with HPro Travel to deliver API solutions that provide access to a global hotel inventory, enhancing the booking experience and boosting sales for travel agencies.
Conclusion
In today’s digital-first world, integrating Bed Banks APIs is no longer just an option—it’s a necessity for travel businesses aiming to stay competitive. With the ability to streamline operations, provide better customer experiences, and open new revenue streams, Bed Banks API Integration is a powerful tool for success in the modern travel industry.
