Births and Deaths

In the nursery, Splintershell lies sucking a single kitten, Valleyfalcon watching over them and purring so hard their body vibrates. Though birth is always considered a difficult and risky event, no one thought they'd lose Splintershell to it, not after the single kitten was all born and seemed fine. They thought the blood loss was under control.

Splintershell made her way to StarClan Rainkit (female) was born

Valleyfalcon bends over the body of their love, wailing in dispair into Splintershell's fur. Valleyfalcon is grief-stricken. Echocaw, voice hoarse with grief, tells stories of Splintershell's care and wisdom as the Clan sits vigil for them, making sure PikaClan honors their parent. Echocaw is grief-stricken. Lakehusk and Cobaltnose are also grieving.

Will they reach StarClan, even so far away? Foggytwist isn't sure, but as they drift away, they hope to see familiar starry fur on the other side.

Health

Tumblekick healed from the strain of delivering their litter Tadpolemoor recovered from greencough Tempestvalley's pads have healed but has gotten whitecough Borageburn healed from their mangled leg Frogcry has recovered from their doslocated joint. Bulgogi has a running nose. Swarmkit's headache is gone but has a running nose.

Patrols

Shalenibble comes up with a plan to sneak out of camp with Treewatcher. (medium positive effect)

They come across a small dog, right on the border. (proceed) The dog gets a lucky hit on Shalenibble, though together all the cats are able to drive it off.

Your patrol meets SplinterClan, a Clan they consider allies, at the border. (antagonize) Your patrol meets the other with glares and taunts but the SplinterClan patrol appears unfazed. The other patrol leader meets Tadpolemoor's gaze evenly and with confidence. Eventually your patrol backs down and leaves the area first, feeling embarrassed at the lack of reaction.

This patrol consisted of: Tadpolemoor, Dahliaroot, Cobaltnose, and Jayhowl.

Finchstar sees two kits from FlightClan playing close to the border. (proceed) Finchstar decides to bring Dewstream with them to FlightClan and orders the others back to camp. As they approach FlightClan, they are immediately greeted by the leader, who recognizes Finchstar - knowing them to be a kind and caring cat - and thanks both of them sincerely.

تجویز آزمایش خون و عکس‌برداری با اشعه ایکس؛ MRI به ندرت نیاز است.

بهتر است در طول مدت معاینه شدن و ارزیابی فیزیکی از پزشک در مورد جراحی خود سوال بپرسید از او در مورد داروهایی که باید از خوردن آن‌ها قبل از جراحی اجتناب کنید یا ادامه دهید سوال کنید. چون تنباکو و دخانیات دوران ریکاوری را طولانی می‌کند در نتیجه از مصرف آن و محصولات آن حداقل برای دو ماه بعد از جراحی بپرهیزید اگر نیاز است که ترک کنید حتما در این باره با پزشک خود مشورت کنید؛ درمان‌های دندانپزشکی انجام ندهید به عنوان مثال حداقل دو هفته قبل از جراحی از سفید کردن دندان‌ها بپرهیزید.

نتیجه گیری

Update y'all

I had surgery yesterday! I've been so gone because of chronic pain so it makes life y'know...fuckin hard as hell. Yeaterday I got my pain pump implanted. Tomorrow it gets filled. I'll hopefully be able to write now without having agony in all my joints and my fingers feeling like they'll fall off as they doslocate. So yeah, news!

2018

Tw: addiction, drug use, mental health, suicide

January: was in the worst of my addiction. With my boyfriend breaking up with me just 2 months before I was in a downward spiral.

Had a party at my apt. Got so high that I doslocated my knee and tore my meniscus.

Was suicidal. Went to inpatient for 5-6? Days. Was drug tested and positive for opiates. They referred me to long term rehabilitation.

Went to Gateway rehab in Chicago.

Last day I used was January 12.

February: got out of rehab Feb. 16.

Reconnected with my then ex boyfriend, Gavin.

Entered IOP.

March: continued IOP. Moved back in with Gavin. Felt stable and happy for the first time in a long time.

Created this tumblr.

April: finished IOP.

Got a new job (where I work now).

May: started After care group and substance abuse therapy with new therapist

June/July: not much happened in these months. I worked, went to therapy, and was overall stable.

August: went to Chicago for my birthday and had a great time.

Started doing yoga

September/October/November: stable, happy months. Not much happened. Joined a concert band and performed at a concert in November.

December: applied for a new job (waiting to hear back). Was going to move to a bigger apartment but extenuating circumstances happened.

December wasn’t as stable. I had a lot of depression. I hadn’t done any yoga for a few months due to being physically unwell. No drug use or relapse but definitely not as happy as I had been.

Im thankful for my year. I’m thankful for all the followers I’ve gained in a short amount of time. My goal is to get up to 4,000 followers by the end of this year. I love all of you.

Some times ill just be sitting with my arms relaxed straight down and they'll dislocate too 😫 EDS is the cause but strengthening muscles around joints can help keep doslocations to a min...but I'm also lazy
