Been drawing and coloring this since Thursday and I finished this somewhere around like 12:30 AM. I really like how this turned out

This whole idea was gunna be a one-off thing; just a throwaway crack thought, but I dunno. I keep thinking back on it and it’s giving stuff to work with, lowkey..

Evangeline, perhaps having been through slightly different circumstances than the mainline Crash AU take, working under Uka Uka with the four doctors. And it’s not as happy haha as usual, and more-so sad and want-to-slap-the-piss-out-of-coworkers-type ordeal. The whole idea is so barebones right now, but maybe if I get more attached I could conjure up a little more to work with.

Serious, but I still want there to moments of comedy. There’s just a lot to work with angst-wise with these four old men. And throw a young woman in the mix with daddy issues, you watch this shit fucking boil and burn itself alive. It’s fucked, but makes for something, I suppose.

Crash Bandicoot: Warped - Dr. N. Tropy:

"Here's another boss fight and hmm...this feels weird. I would have expect this dude to be one of the final bosses in the game, but he's actually in the middle. He seems like a very important character, specially because he's all about time, aka the main theme of this game, but he's not really our main threat, sadly. Oh well, it's a pretty nice fight at least."

To me, Dr. N. Gin and Dr. Tropy are the smartest members of the N. Team.

Dr. Cortex is a genius, but he has so many mental and emotional issues, I feel they prevent him from reaching his full potential.

Dr. N. Brio was abused by Cortex so heavily in the past that he is now completely obsessed with him. Getting revenge on Cortex once for everything he's done isn't enough for him. He's staying with Cortex on purpose just for another chance to hurt him some more. This obsession, I feel, holds Dr. N. Brio back from reaching his full potential. He did invent the Evolv-O-Ray though, so he's smarter and more accomplished than Cortex, at least.

Dr. N. Gin had a literal nuclear missile stuck in his head, and he managed to perform brain surgery on himself in order to transform the missile into a life support system so that he didn't die from brain damage or blow up in an explosion. You have to be crazy brilliant AND resilient to pull that off. Dr. N. Gin is a brilliant little man, and a tough guy.

Dr. N. Tropy literally invented time travel. I don't need to explain how that makes him one of the smartest people on the team.
