The cyborg, dronecore (far right ghou)l, and Baron Samedi reference (in the left most ghoul) makes me more confident that this is Papa 3 who's been brought back to life with satanic tech.

Plus it looks like he's got the same face paint from what we can see from the nose down. Combined with that in the video where they embalmed the first three when Copia showed up, you can see Tertio's foot wiggle but not the other two.

Plus from the perspective of "the church" it would make sense to keep Tertio around since he was the only one to win a Grammy.

Okay but like

The ironic aesthetic of no aesthetic.

A white shirt, poorly tucked. Cheap glasses. A local office full of people that were forgotten by the world. Coffee from the old coffee maker. Generic aspirin to relieve the headache of fluorescent lights. Accounting, mail, stacks of uniform white documents. A phone rings somewhere down the hall.

A modest home. Quiet and dark. People on tv look happy and stylish. A microwave pizza. No thoughts. Receding hairline. What day is it? It's hard to say for sure, they've all been identical for the past couple years.

An unremarkable death. Maybe it's cancer, maybe you fell under a bus on your way to the small ancient office of cubes. If you had any loved ones, however distant, they might show up at your funeral. It will be generic. A couple people will stand around a hole in the ground that is now you. Your tombstone is one of the 5 models. Maybe someone will visit once a year.

The world is full of pressure. There's the classic systems pressures - study well, work hard, start a family, earn money - but then there's the subversive pressure - make art, find love, be happy while laying on the grass. Both are equally suffocating.

The solution is a new type of freedom - not the freedom to do, but the freedom to stop. Stop trying. Stop exploring. Find serenity in leading a sad life. Surround yourself in a shield of gray. Have no passions or interests. Don't wear symbols and never stand for them. A life of no color is a life of subversion. People will understand and not understand at the same time. They will think you were born like this, but you weren't. You chose this life to avoid pain. It's heroic, in that darkest, forgotten way.
