Molly!!! I woke up and was so happy Motherhood was already up; had a read and now I’m bawling 😭😭😭 Mary is such a treasure! I’m kinda glad you didn’t write about her when Thomas was gone bc I wouldn’t be able to handle it. But her relationship with him was so beautiful, I felt everything especially when she visits his grave. Can’t say I love it enough tbh.

Now I know Mary talked to Anthony in the hospital about his intentions with Kate, as well as when baby Mary was born, but is there any other time when she and Anthony have another heart to heart? I don’t have any specific things in mind, I just love them two together; they are wonderful to start with but they are such great Kate supporters I can’t have enough of them! Thank you for creating this universe I love love love it!

Hello!!!!

I’m so glad you enjoyed our little look into Mary’s head! I have to say, I didn’t put in a segment about Kate immediately after her father died because I felt like Dormant was so raw(???) in a way for them all that it took a lot from me to write it (if that’s not too pretentious to say). And I honestly couldn’t do that to them again, so I settled for having Thomas Sheffield only from a distance. So maybe you could feel the hole he left in their lives but not too much of the pain it caused. Maybe I was successful, I don’t know. 

Okay! My favourite part of this fic is the time Mary spends with Anthony! And I think, honestly, Mary might be even more Pro Anthony than Edwina is. Let’s take a little look at that hey?

Mary couldn’t help but follow Kate and Anthony with her, watching them closely across the room at Edwina’s birthday party. Anthony had his arms wrapped around Kate from behind, his chin resting on the top of her head, their fingers intertwined, swaying slightly in time to the music as they spoke to Anthony’s sister Daphne and her fiancé Simon. Anthony ducked his head, whispering in Kate’s ear and she threw her head back, laughing, her nose wrinkling in delight, Anthony’s eyes shining with delight, so brightly Mary could see it even all the way across the room and it made her breath catch in her chest.    

That was the thing about Kate and Anthony, every time they were together they were... magnetic. Perfectly in sync, their postures shifting together, one adjusting to the other automatically, effortlessly. Mary had watched, just last week as Anthony had tried to cut his omelette with one hand (his other clasped in Kate’s) and Kate, not even looking at him steadily continuing her conversation with Edwina had put her own fork down to steady it while he cut. And Kate was so happy all the time now, laughing and smiling, her hand intertwined with his. 

Mary had asked her daughter, over a month ago now  “Katie, you and Anthony... sweetheart this is it for you isn’t it?” and Kate had stilled, her lip caught between her teeth nervously, her eyes darting around as she nodded, almost embarrassedly. “I think so?” Her voice tilting upwards as though it were a question, and then slowly, “Would it... do you think it would be okay if it were?” seeking approval for something that made her so happy. The thought made Mary’s heart ache for her daughter.  “Kate, I think it would be amazing if it were.” And Kate’s answering smile had stolen something from Mary’s chest just like the first time she’d seen it all those years ago.

She watched now as Anthony kissed her daughter’s cheek untangling his arms from her, squeezing her hand once more before he made his way towards the bar smiling at Mary when he found himself next to her.  “Enjoying yourself Mary?” He said, smiling lightly, as he ordered his drinks. “Of course, the girls are having a good time.” She said, nodding at Edwina who seemed to have dragged Anthony’s brother Benedict very begrudgingly to the dance floor. “I’ll slip out soon and they’ll barely notice.” Anthony hummed. “To be fair, I don’t think Kate would notice if I disappeared at this point. She might be a little tipsy.” He said with the softest smile on his face, that Mary’s heart leapt. 

Mary laughed “We both know that’s not true.” Anthony smiled, his ears turning a little red. “Anthony I’ve been meaning to talk to you for a while.” Anthony froze, his eyes darting to Mary’s, wide, panicked. “No, don’t worry, I’m not about to scare you away from Kate.” Mary rushed to reassure him and he relaxed ever so slightly, though his eyes were guarded.  “I really just want to thank you, I suppose. The world hasn’t been very kind to Kate, she lost her mother so young, and then her father and she wasn’t always kind to herself either.” Mary said gently, meaning to continue, but Anthony interrupted  “She had you though.” his voice gentle, tears stung at Mary’s eyes but she forced herself to continue.  “Even so, she was so lonely, shut herself off. But watching her with you; She’s so different, so happy Anthony and I know you’re too thank.” Mary finished, smiling though tears stung at her eyes. Tears were shining in Anthony’s eyes now as well. 

“I love your daughter, Mary. I told you the first time we met that I thought she was incredible and that’s even more true tonight than it was then. I want to spend the rest of my life loving her if she’ll let me.” He said it so simply, earnestly and Mary felt a surge of affection for this man who loved her daughter so desperately. “I’m glad I wasn’t wrong about you Anthony. And I’m very proud to have you in my family.” Mary choked out, smiling at her daughter’s boyfriend, who grinned back, his ears still a little red, he opened his mouth to speak but was interrupted by Kate wrapping her arms tightly him, swaying lightly. “Anthony!” Kate slurred just a little, her eyes a little unfocused, not noticing Mary “There you are! I’ve been looking for you!” She yelled, her hands snaking under Anthony’s shirt as he cast an apologetic look in Mary’s direction valiantly trying to swat her hands away. Mary bit her lip to hold in a laugh. Kate groaned  

“Anthonyyyyyy! You are soooo pretty! It makes me feel very very warm.” Kate was saying.  “Kate, as much as I enjoy the direction the conversation is taking, your mum is right there.” Anthony said gently, sending Mary another apologetic look. Kate’s eyes widened slightly as they slid to her. “Mary! Hi!” Kate said loudly wrapping her arms tightly around her, “Mary, Isn’t Anthony so pretty? Mary, I love him. And he’s so pretty! Tell him to dance with me!” Mary couldn’t help but laugh, pushing her daughter’s hair back from her face.  “Yes, Katie, Anthony’s very pretty.” Kate grinned in response, Mary turned towards Anthony “Well go on, don’t keep her waiting, Anthony. Take her on the dance floor please.” She said smiling as Kate whooped dragging Anthony towards where sister was already dancing. Just as he left Anthony smiled at Mary one last time and said  “She loves you too Mary, don’t forget that.”

All The Kids

- They all crave something Kate isn't allowed to have because of course they do; Bridgerton-Sharmas are always causing some drama in Mama's Tummy jesus can't believe I typed that shit out but tonight I have no shame but more on that later

- Anthony gets progressively more STRESSED™ with each one; he's extra stressed before Charlotte is born because while he is getting over his fear of dying by 38, once in a while it comes back and her birth year is the year he turns 38 so extra stresss but his boys are there to cheer him up!

- Anthony always gives Kate foot rubs before and after his work, every chance he's free and she needs it honestly

- They train Newton to get the staff or Anthony whenever Kate needs them and Anthony puts a bell on his collar so the moment he hears the bell coming his way to the office, he's immediately ready to follow Newton to their bedroom

Edmund II

- Just like his parents you know he's gonna be an Eldest Mentally Ill Child™ and it starts from the womb, mans kicks his mom's stomach so much she's always irritable

- This was actually a headcanon in my pregnant Kate fic but basically Edmund is one of her hardest pregnancy so she's just constantly in a foul mood and Anthony does her best to soothe her but the only thing that calms down Edmund's kicking is Frannie's piano playing - all those pianoforte classes with Aunt Winnie in Bath finally paid off

- His insane craving: Coffee - Embryo Edmund is just an unhinged college kid at this point and will start kicking if Kate holds out on coffee

Miles

- 1 year and 3 months later, Kathony have a toddler on their hands and Kate is pregnant with Miles who is so much easier - he's much calmer with his kicks, they feel more like soft nudges

- Anthony is convinced they are in Morse code because Miles only ever does it when Anthony talks to Kate's abdomen. So every night Anthony would relay his day at work to his whole family, Kate rubbing her tummy soothingly while Edmund babbles to Miles inside like Daddy does because Edmund is now in his copying phase.

- Miles nudges back excitedly and then Edmund gets excited when he feels it for the first time.

- Miles' Unhinged Craving: This boy is obsessed with dairy, he's not just bad with kicking when he doesn't get it but Kate herself gets very hungry if she doesn't have some cheese when she craves it

Charlotte

- Now being Aged 7 and 5 respectively, Edmund and Miles help Mummy out when she's too tired with Charlotte in bed. They also love giving Kate and Charlotte cuddles when they need it. It's not bedtime unless you see Edmund and Miles piled on Kate's belly.

- Anthony has to gently pry them off Kate so that they don't cause more discomfort than she's already in. Speaking of discomfort, while Charlottle barely kicks, Kate's symptoms for this pregnancy is the WORST, everything is SWELLING and Kate can barely move, she's basically confined to her room

- The Bridgerton siblings take turns visiting and entertaining her daily with her kids while Anthony is away at work. They put on mini musicales, dramatic readings of classic lit books and just keep her from remembering she was stuck.

- Charlotte's Crazy Craving: Meat; sis loves all the meat. Kate was constantly eating meat despite Anthony's protests

Mary II

- 15 years later, Kate experiences a pregnancy to rival Edmund II's. Probably because they weren't quite prepared for another baby after Charlotte, after all it had been 8 years and Kate thought she was done. Mary II pulled out the stops: constant kicking, making Kate vomit all the time, swelling ankles, body aches everywhere.

- Mary II was a welcomed surprised of course and even though they weren't babies anymore, 15 year old Edmund, 13 year old Miles and little 8 year old Charlotte all continue the time honoured tradition of resting on Mummy's tummy talking to the new baby.

- Mary II got her name by calming down her kicks whenever Mary was around and talking to her via Kate's belly, she loved the sound of her grandmother's soothing voice.

- Mary's Forbidden Craving: Fish, specifically salmon for some reason and Kathony is extra careful about the consumption of this so in small moderations which seems to be sate Mary when she is usually out of control.

let me try to remember my buffy/angel episode feelings as i rewatch because i have a bad memory -- one-two sentences per ep @ezrisdax @feelsandotps

I started at 1x12, skipped most of 1. Btw my faves are still Cordelia & Buffy, and my problematic fave is Spike, there it is. I felt like S3 was my fave, but I really appreciate the Spike in S4, so there’s that -- I think 4 has some great eps and 2 of course does as well.

SEASON 1

12. Prophecy Girl - Buffy dies, ouch, but Xander has a heroic moment (?), I think Buffy’s already depressed and it’s S1.

SEASON 2 1. When She Was Bad - See, Buffy’s already depressed and angry but everyone should cut her some slack SHE DIED, SHE’S TRYING. 2. Some Assembly Required - Oh I already forgot about this one, but it was fun because they tried to kill Cordelia and she was great and I adore Cordelia 3. School Hard - SPIKE is here and Spike/Dru are amazing. Also parent teacher night honestly Joyce&Buffy so far is ouch in general. 4. Inca Mummy Girl - This one’s the other kind of ouch like you did a pretty bad job with portraying people who aren’t white, come on. 5. Reptile Boy - Oh the one with the demons in the frat boy basement, nice team scenes, nice metaphor for the patriarchy (yeah I’ve been listening to Buffering the Vampire Slayer, did I mention that). 6. Halloween - Def a S2 favorite they all turn into their costumes Buffy’s helpless, Cordelia’s normal, Xander’s in the army, the whole Willow ghost thing, Spike’s there, it’s great. 7. Lie to Me - The one with the cult who wanted to be vamps. Not much memory of this one except like...the guy had cancer which was sad, not a fave. 8. The Dark Age - First Ripper stuff so that’s fun! 9 & 10. What’s My Line, Part 1/2  - Kendra! Angel tied to a cross! Spike! A fun plan where we save them as a Team. What’s not to like? 11. Ted - Ah, Joyce’s robot boyfriend. Odd, but memorable and like...really dark...when she gets arrested. 12. Bad Eggs Oh yeah, there’s like a monster under the school and everyone’s possessed. Joyce&Buffy is still ouch. 13. Surprise I like when Cordelia jumps out of the cake...but anyway...this is a good though PAINFUL arc, not a Bangel fan. 14. Innocence Ouch Angelus and sad Buffy, but they use a rocket launcher in a mall which is cool. 15. Phases Oz! I never realized he got bit by like his baby cousin? LOL. Touching arc in this ep though!  16. Bewitched, Bothered and Bewildered Everyone loves Xander, I liked that there was a Cordy focus.  17. Passion OUCH. JENNY. 18. Killed by Death The kind of out-of-normal-context one where Buffy’s in the hospital with ghostly kids! Well done though, has Cordelia’s “tact is just not saying true stuff line” 19. I Only Have Eyes for You I was creeped out by the fact that it was a teacher student relationship and no one cared? Good writing though. 20. Go Fish Haha, Xander and the swim team. I like Cordelia’s monologue about Xander. 21. Becoming, Part 1/2 KENDRA :( BUFFY :( Oh also some great Spike scenes (with Joyce). And of course the ENNNND ouchhh. I’m not fine.

S2 Faves: Halloween, School Hard, Becoming, Passion (ouch!)

SEASON 3 1. Anne - BUFFYS DEPRESSED SOME ONE HELP HER 2. Dead Man’s Party - BUFFY’S DEPRESSED STOP BEING MEAN TO HER 3. Faith, Hope and Trick - Hi, Faith. Didn’t like Faith as much last time, she’s grown on me. 4. Beauty and the Beasts - Another good expansion of Oz’s arc and some Bangel emotions. 5. Homecoming - GREAT I love Buffy and Cordelia and they are together and it’s amazing. Cordelia’s speech at the end is quality. 6. Band Candy - GREAT I mean Joyce and Giles and Snyder as teens it’s so funny and well-paced, nice. 7. Revelations -- This one has an evil British watcher and Xander/Willow (plus Xander being kind of a jerk), not a fave. 8. Lovers Walk -- GREAT. Painful ending. Love Spike & Willow. GREAT. SPIKE/BUFFY/ANGEL WORKING TOGETHER I LOVE THIS. 9. The Wish - GREAT. Ouch. Alt!Buffy. NICE. 10. Amends -- Like, Angel’s past is kind of awful? Give me Angel-the-show dorky Angel please! 11. Gingerbread -- Haha the one where the Sunnydale people try to kill witches I mean again @Joyce&Buffy, ???? not the greatest relationship ???  12. Helpless GREAT OUCH GREAT...the Watcher’s Council tests Buffy, GILE’S DILEMA, BUFFYS BETRAYAL ouch 13. The Zeppo I mean I like Xander’s arc about believing in himself more, despite him not being great all the time, I still like him overall, glad he got a chance to shine. 14. Bad Girls Faith stop corrupting Buffy! This show has more like very heavily implied Faith/Buffy than I remembered. OUCH @ the ending. 15. Consequences OUCH @ the whole episode with Faith, especially the Xander bit, rougher than I remembered  16. Doppelgangland VAMP!Willow. Willow trying to be vamp!Willow was funny. Another one where I remember good team stuff. 17. Enemies OUCH I totally forgot and thought Angel was really Angelus. Heartbreaking and well done. 18. Earshot I love this one! Jonathan! “Are you planning on killing anyone tomorrow? It’s for the yearbook.” 19. Choices Everyone should let Buffy live basically!  20. The Prom Xander/Cordelia is nice, but isn’t Xander poor? Wesley/Cordelia is creepy? WILD HORSES. BUT YEAH THE UMBRELLA AND I CRY. 21. Graduation Day, Part 1/2  I LOVE THE WHOLE SCHOOL COMING TOGETHER NICE NICE

S3 Faves: Homecoming, Band Candy, Lover’s Walk, the Wish, Helpless, Earshot, Prom, Graduation Day...and a few more I also like a lot, that’s why I really like this season

SEASON 4

1. The Freshman - Buffy's having a hard time in college someone help her! 2. Living Conditions - Buffy’s roommate is a demon, a bit overdone but pretty fun! 3. The Harsh Light of Day - Like the Spike/Buffy banter is great but Parker is awful and honestly Spike is awful too, some of the end fight scene comments are BAD. Also Spike should treat Harmony better. 4. Fear, Itself - Haunted house fears, nice Halloween ep. 5. Beer Bad - I honestly like drunk!Buffy it’s fun!  6. Wild at Heart - Ouch, Oz & Willow OUCH. 7. The Initiative - Buffy/Riley really had a whole fight and didn’t recognize each other? Still I don’t hate Riley so far. 8. SEASON 1 ANGEL

1. City Of Look I LOVE ANGEL tbh just the opening and the noir tone and CORDELIA it’s great it’s nice AND DORKY angel and cordelia knows the guys a vamp it’s great! DOYLE.

2. Lonely Heart I don’t love Kate and this demon was weirdly like an STD as well.

3. In the Dark Cordy/Doyle got to feature, and Spike. Not really sure why Angel destroyed the thing (makes him more tortured?)

4. I Fall to Pieces That was actually a pretty creepy stalking episode. Well done bringing attention to how violence against women can be overlooked.

5. Rm w/ a Vu Love this one! CORDELIA IS AMAZING. CORDELIA. IS AMAZING. Dennis is nice too!

6. Sense & Sensitivity I love dorky!Angel, I love when dorky!Angel has to speak his feelings! Poor Kate!

7. Bachelor Party Doyle/Cordy were so close! Definitely a fun one with everyone working together. I’m just having a lot of Angel&Cordy&Doyle feelings

So Mean Girls yesterday

It was amazing!!! Gianna was on for Janis and tbh I was really bummed out about it bc I really wanted to see Barrett (yea I know but I love her so much) BUT Gianna was definitely my second choice and she was SO GOOD. Her Janis is like super super gay I wasn’t prepared. Like during Revenge Party she just starts grinding and twerking against Candy/Erika like holy shit.

We had orchestra seats in the fourth row and it was SO CLOSE like I could see the sweat dripping down Grey’s face and I felt like Gianna was going to kick me in the face at one point. The scenes where they put people up high (like Regina in Meet the Plastics and Janis at the end of Apex Predator) were AMAZING like my mouth just hung open. And the sets are amazing and I loved the spinning desks and cafeteria tables. And omg when the scene after More Is Better is ending and they push the bed backstage, Karen goes “am I drunk or are the walls moving” like I love a good fourth wall joke.

Also everyone is so fucking talented, more talented than the cast album lets on (like wtf w the auto tune) especially Erika like she was ON HER SHIT

Also I LOVE Krystina Alabado as Gretchen. The only thing is that the squawking noise Gretchen does isn’t as funny as Ashley’s but Krystina’s voice is a POWERHOUSE

I also went to the stage door and met Grey, Kate, Taylor, Krystina, Nikhil, and Kevin and everyone was super duper nice. I think the nicest were Krystina (I asked her how she liked being Gretchen and she just started gushing it was so amazing to see) and Nikhil (like he asked everyone’s names and talked to everyone for a bit AND he said he liked my necklace!!!). Also I wasn’t in the mood for selfies, but he brushed my arm when taking a selfie w someone else and I DIED). I was hoping for Gianna and Erika but I figured since it’s a matinee and they had another show that night that a lot of people would wanna rest up, but given that my mom and I did it in a day trip from Maryland I wouldn’t have wanted to see the evening show bc it would’ve put us home too late.

I was right up against the barrier for stage door which was awesome bc I didn’t start out there but the people directly in front of me left so I scooted in. Everyone around me was super chill and I let a girl behind me get in for a selfie w someone and then went back to my spot and no one even tried to steal it like y’all good??

Also Rick Younger snuck out of a different door and idk if anyone noticed or if people wanted to leave him alone since he didn’t come out the stage door (probably not the latter tbh, some fans are not that considerate). And then my mom and I walked by him on the street but we didn’t say anything then either.

I’m just so thankful I got to see the show and I got such good seats. My mom kinda went all out BC it was my graduation present for college (even though I graduated college last year lmao we’re bad at planning things). Everything was so beautiful and the show was everything I wanted it to be.

Premise (spoilers for the first episode).

900 years ago, a Goryeo-era general named Kim Shin was sent to the battlefield by his young king with the order to die on them. When he returned victorious, the king sentenced him to commit suicide. Kim Shin refused, and instead stormed the palace with the intent on reaching the king. The king sentenced Kim Shin’s family members and servants, including his younger sister (the current queen), to die. 

After seeing his sister executed, Kim Shin is killed by having a sword pushed through his chest. His rage and anger at the deity results in him becoming a goblin or dokkaebi, a mythical being with supernatural powers. He is cursed to live an immortal life, one where he always feels the pain from the sword. 

Kim Shin can only be killed by “The Goblin’s Bride,” a woman who can see the sword and pull it out from his chest, “returning him to ashes.” Kim Shin has spent the last 900 years looking for this woman, so he can die peacefully. 

In the modern day, he meets Ji Eun Tak, a human girl who can see ghosts-- ghosts who have told her she’s the aforementioned “Goblin’s Bride.”

Characters.

The goblin / Kim Shin. 

Expectation: Grizzled, angry general Hell Bent On Revenge and Worn By The Sands of Time.

Reality: Petty but Adorable Art-Nerd, Cooking Enthusiast, and Wearer of Amazing Coats who loves taking selfies and will buy you as many toothbrushes as your heart desires. a little Worn By The Sands of Time but that doesn’t stop him from endorsing infomercials.

The titular character, Kim Shin is a total goober with a hidden badass side. He has mystical powers, my favorite of which is creating bars of gold while drunk and letting everyone know they can’t have them. The weather responds to his feelings, and the show follows him as he is torn between finally getting to end his life and finding love.

The Goblin’s Bride / Ji Eun Tak.  

19 at the start of the show, she’s had A SHIT LIFE. a SHIT LIFE!!!  but is still optimistic and cheerful. she has the ability to see and talk to ghosts, who have told her she’s meant to be Goblin’s Bride.

Eun Tak spends her time studying extremely hard to make her late mother proud, helping ghosts with their problems so they can move on to the afterlife, and working part-time in a chicken restaurant. she’s fabulous i love her she’s the best give her $5000

The Grim Reaper. Like it says on the tin, the Grim Reaper is…well, a Grim Reaper. In this mythos, Grim Reapers are former humans who committed grave sins during their life, the memories of which are erased after they become Grim Reapers. Initially on the job to find a “missing soul,” the Grim Reaper ends up leasing a room in the Goblin’s home. The two have a petty, antagonistic relationship that gives me complete life. 

Certified Mom Friend, does not know how to use a phone, goes to Subway to grimly reflect on existence while enjoying that classic 6″, decides to name himself Kim Woo Bin to impress a girl. 

“Sunny.”

Said girl. Eun Tak’s boss at the chicken restaurant. S A S S queen. She immediately takes on a role of older sister/awesome friend to Eun Tak, and is a love interest for the Grim Reaper. While she seems to be a fairly straightforward character there’s soon More To Be Revealed ™.  

Dreamweaver plays every time she flips her hair. Day drinks. Night drinks. Morning drinks. Another wearer of Really Fabulous Coats. Tells God at one point to fuck off (no really).

Yu Deok Hwa.  

MY PRECIOUS PRINCE. Certified Rich Kid of Instagram and trying to embody all the Rich Heir Tropes (amnesia, fancy cars, hitting on ancient goddesses-), Deok Hwa is the newest heir to a family that has been serving Kim Shin over the centuries. Ridiculously rich with fabulous hair + outfits, he’s a great source of comic relief over the course of the show or is he. The great love of his life is credit cards. Gives people pictures of himself as presents.

Review.

this is my favorite kdrama of all time okay.

Drawbacks.

a few eps feel like extremely engaging commercials aka holy product placement, batman. subway continues to own an impressive amount of stock in TVN. as does baskin robbins. iloom. whatever company made those cell phones and cameras.  BUT. im okay with the amount of product placement because THE PRODUCTION VALUE is seriously off the charts in terms of special effects and cinematography. I WILL TAKE BEAUTIFUL PANSHOTS WITH A 6″ SUB . JUST LOOK AT THIS GIF SET

age gap. at the start of the story/when they first meet, eun tak is a teenager (19). while the actress is 25, and the show has a time jump, it’s something to take into consideration since the romance does start at that age

character-driven. for a good chunk of the show, the plot takes a backseat. eps 6-11ish in particular are more about the interactions than moving action forward. i’m normally a hardcore plot > person, but i didn’t mind the pacing tbh because the characters are all extremely likeable and engaging

Reasons to Watch.

AESTHETICS. i know this is a weird one to start the list off with, but the visuals and cinematography are ridiculously good for a tv drama. each episode feels like a tiny, self-contained movie because the production quality is THAT GOOD. no cheesey CGI, the “magic” elements are super visually appealing, the color palettes are amazing and convey mood, and im just super into the overall #Look of this show

in line with this, the show has a perfect amount of #extra. goblin knows it’s tropes and executes them perfectly

this moment? extra. as. fuck. and i love it.

OST. this is the best OST i’ve heard for any show, ever. it even beats out my beloved battlestar galactica. listen to “stay with me” and try to tell me there’s no feels. every track is a gentle gutpunch. the music is timed perfectly and elevates the show-- like Chicago Typewriter and Star Wars. It’s perfect.

you’re rooting for everybody. seriously. you’re going to love all the main characters & they all love each other (eventually). perfect if you want that #FoundFamily vibe.

laugh out loud moments perfectly matched with HEARTBREAK. this show has such a great balance with tone. there’s fluff, there’s drama, there’s comedy, there’s total devastation. it’s fabulous

the love stories. there’s two main ones (kim shin/eun tak & grim reaper/sunny) and they’re both super well-done.
