Hello everyone I'm so pleased by all your wonderful submissions for the #mwhahowitfelt18 project for #mentalhealthawarenessweek the theme of the submissions are 'Stress' as the national theme of this year. I've got three beautiful illustration submissions by the same artist coming your way! Artists Name: howatdesigns 2.) Title of the artwork: Create something, anything! A tip on coping with stress: Creativity helps me relieve stress, it's a great way to get everything out and to let things go. It's an escape and a distraction. I keep a lot of sketchbooks and even through college and uni I used them more as a visual diary. We are all creative in our own ways and I will always encourage people to explore their creative side. Today is the 141st anniversary of the Tay Bridge disaster, where 72 people lost their lives in the silvery Tay.

During lockdown I did a wee course with the Open University on the Tay Bridge disaster, I’ve always felt drawn to the railway bridge and it’s history! It’s my favourite ‘place’ in the city.

There's a lot of mystery surrounding the disaster, so little information was recorded at the time of its construction and a lot of evidence, samples etc. from the original trial have since gone missing...
