Guess who got to play detective for almost an entire month to connect pieces and fill in massive gaps of a story. And this is why I'm still very much a Fenneko kinnie. c:

Do note that I probably won't answer to any asks about this, and if I do then only to a select few. I don't want this to take over my blog the same way the November incident did last year.

This counter doc has only been made to fill in the missing pieces from @dynamicsimp and their friends' side of things. Just to add in more of the crucial parts that had been left out.

Also to criticize the expose doc itself because holy fuck, it's not doing its job correctly.

Additionally, the doc was made on PC. So apologies for the screenshots looking crappy on mobile.

Heartshot - Phoenix Twist - Pt 2

- Inspired by Dynamicsimp’s shadowpeach AU called Eyeshot AU

- Check it out, their art is soo cute!

- In this version the gun is a bow and Phoenix gets shot in the chest protecting Tripitaka in a JTTW style. Oh and Macaque is there too.

- Heartshot - Phoenix Twist - Pt 1

Phoenix was wrapped around the two monkey Demons with a blissful smile on her face. Tripitaka shouted in shock as he rushed over to the trio. He suddenly stopped with Wukong smirked growing in size until he could pick her up bridal style without the awkwardness of her being bigger than him. Her face instantly blushed as nodded to the Monk.

“Are you ready to go?” Wukong asked and Phoenix practically purred in his arms as she snuggled her face into his chest. A content smile covered her face.

“Wukong put her down, right now,” Tripitaka said sternly earning a glare from Wukong and Macaque while. A hurt look covered Phoenix’s face at his words before tears welled in her eyes.

“Noo! My cuddly monkey!!” she yelled before wrapping her arms around Wukong with a pout.

Almost immediately everyone froze, she was crying… Phoenix was crying. Pigsy wanted to laugh at first but seeing as she didn’t stop crying, he was starting to get scared. Sandy and Ao Lie took a step back when they saw it.

“What? No, Phoenix that’s not… I’m sorry, it’s okay there’s no need to cry-” Tripitaka started saying before he was cut off by Macaque’s silent and furious glare.

Wukong looked like he wanted to rip out Tripitaka’s throat, his teeth bared, and his eyes glowing red. Macaque’s shadow seemed to dance on the ground slightly rising and falling as he reigned in his emotions. Macaque was the first to calm down when Phoenix wrapped her arms around his shoulder and seized her crying instantly. Instead, she giggled happily as she held onto him.

“Okay, something is definitely wrong here,” Pigsy spoke up as he watched the interaction.

“Phoenix are you sure you feel, okay? You don’t normally act like this,” Ao Lie spoke up with a frown finally catching Phoenix’s attention long enough to get her to listen.

“Yes brother,” Was her short reply as she didn’t let Macaque go, he wasn’t one for public affection and Phoenix was barely letting him move.

The pilgrims quickly realized that she wasn’t going to back down and nodded their heads quietly. They needed to get moving, they weren’t in a safe location and it was getting very, very dark out.

“Okay let’s go,” Tripitaka agreed, they would figure out what was going on in town, they had almost reached it when that demon attacked them.

Wukong began to walk but it was awkward when Phoenix refused to let go of Macaques shoulders. She was so cute like this but it made it difficult to walk, and there were people watching. Instead of struggling and possibly hurting her, Macaque gell out of her grip using a Shadow portal.

“We can cuddle later Sweet Flame, but for now we need to get going,” Macaque explained with a happy chirp, however he hadn’t expected her response.

She went silent and froze up before tears welled in her eyes again and she started crying. “You don’t love me!!”

“What!? No No, of course I love you my sweet flame,” she had never reacted this way, she normally hated PDA even more than Macaque, she wouldn’t stop crying!?

“Then why can’t I have cuddles?” She sniffles, her eyes a little red as she calmed down almost immediately at the reassurance.

“Because we’re in public and he’s very shy,” Wukong muttered into her ear with a chuckle.

Owlishly she looked up at him and snuggled into his chest, she wanted to cuddle with both of them. Tripitaka finally spoke up again with a worried tone. "Lets go.”

The walk to the village was a short one but Wukong absolutely loved it, because Phoenix was cuddling up to him with a big lovesick grin. Of course, it crossed his mind that he should feel bad about his actions, but she was just so cute, and they weren’t going to go too far while she was like this. It’s not like a few cuddles would hurt anyone.

“No!” Tripitaka said sternly putting his foot down.

The inn room was quiet and calm as the group ventured into it. With their large group they had to get two rooms to fit everyone since each room only slept four. As there were only seven of them, they needed three people in one room while four in the other. Wukong had immediately suggested that him, Macaque and Phoenix could be in one room while everyone else could be in the other.

“Ugh!” Wukong stomped his foot causing the wood underneath to splinter as he grumbled.

“Why not?” Macaque asked with a glare, but he knew why. Tripitaka didn’t trust them to keep their hands to themselves, rightfully so with how often they were smothering Phoenix in attention and ‘love.’

“You will have the room of four, Sandy and Pigsy need more room because of their size. You two are much smaller than even me so it only makes sense,” Tripitaka explained with a firm stare on the two monkeys, before realizing that Wukong had still yet to shrink back down to his own size.

He also noticed the dark glares that came from the monkeys for mentioning their height. It was true that they were the shortest of the group, but they were also the strongest in both strength and magic. Wukong gritted his teeth as he bared them in a threatening manner. He would have attacked the monk then and there if it weren’t for that accursed shield that he was unable to break no matter how hard he tried, and boy had he tried.

Macaque’s tail lashed behind him as he did his best to keep a neutral expression on his face. He was the one who needed to remain calm and keep his mate calm as well until they could remove these damned circlets. He glanced over at Phoenix and his expression softened when he saw she was ever so softly snoring against Wukong’s shirt. She looked so calm and cute like this.

“So, you wish to sleep in the same room as us? I had no idea you felt that way master~” Macaque asked with a smug grin on his lips as he teased.

Tripitaka’s face burned in embarrassment as he gave him a stern glare. He glanced between the two rooms in front of him, it was clear that is exactly what he did NOT want to do at all. He didn’t trust either of the monkeys and for good reason after all they have tried to kill him on more than one occasion. The only two things keeping them in check were the circlets on their skulls and the shield that Phoenix has so graciously let him use.

“Enough fighting, we are wasting time when we could already be sleeping,” Ao Lie spoke up his eyes calm as he walked towards the monkeys. “I’ll sleep with them as I am one of the smallest here, and that way I can watch the monkeys as you wish master.”

Wukong glared daggers at the horse-dragon his teeth bared as he curled his lip, however Macaque nodded calmly. It was a smart choice, after all their sweet flame saw him as a brother. He was the only one of Tripitaka’s disciples that she saw as a brother on this journey, and for a brief moment he wondered why she didn’t see the other two as brothers. Brushing away the thought he glanced at his King before speaking up.

“That will work perfectly, now we should head to bed,” And snuggle their lovey dovey mate, of course he would never say that out loud.

“Are you sure?” Tripitaka asked only to receive a calm nod.

“Of course, you don’t want to sleep by yourself in there, Sandy is much too big and she would very much hate to see Pigsy close to her while she sleeps,” Ao Lie laughed giving a light bow.

Tripitaka frowned before nodding, Sandy nodded in agreement right away and Pigsy let out a shout at the insult. This of course was quickly stopped when Tripitaka pushed him into his own room. Sandy following swiftly behind, it was time for bed a well deserved rest awaited them.

Ao Lie looked at the two monkeys who were already heading into their own room and rushed in after them. There were four beds, but Wukong and Macaque both climbed into one curling around Phoenix who was still softly snoring. His face reddened before he stammered, “Shouldn’t she have her own bed?”

“Why? If we have separate beds, she is sure to start crying and besides~ we sleep like this most nights anyways,” Wukong rolled his eyes before smirking.

Ao Lie frowned, yes, they had been sleeping like that as of late because the monkey demons would sneak right next to Phoenix to cuddle. He was about to say something but closed his mouth. He got into the bed next to theirs and faced them intending to watch them all night. That did not happen as he soon fell asleep when they lay almost motionless for a few hours.
