Minecraft armour designs modeled by the new default characters!

I had the most fun with the design for the chainmail - since it's uncraftable, I imagine that Zuri got this set from some defeated skeletons, and chose to accessorise/augment their armour with what remains of their foes. (also, chainmail socks are real, though they're fabric with chainmail attached to the top and sides. Standing on a bunch of rings every with step is just painful to imagine)

Following tradition, the gold armour is as impractical as possible :)

swords, axes + spades, pickaxes + hoes, complete sets, tridents bows etc, spears maces etc

With Dante's design reveal, I've decided to go ahead and finally announce that the official name for the Club AU is 'Escape from Eden'!

I'll still be referring to it as Club AU like always, but it now has a proper name! I'll also be titling the fic this in the future!

I think I've mentioned before she's a blacksmith. If you see any crafted metal in the AU - tools, armor, jewelry, etc, there's a fairly likely chance that it was made by Efe

I am climbing the hill. I have something to say about Minecraft default skin Efe. I am on the hill and I am clawing at the ground. Efe is a Turkish boy’s name. I have dug myself into the hill with rapid speed and I sit in the damp dirt, waiting. Efe Minecraft is 1. Turkish and 2. very very trans in some way. Transfemme, transmasc, genderless, genderful, whatever. They are not cis!! I have decided and it is so. I will die on this hill.

Arebati from Efé mythology.

In Efé mythology, it is said that Arebati crafted the world and shaped the first man from clay, assisted by the Moon. Once the man's body was formed, Arebati covered the clay with skin and infused life by pouring blood into it. Initially, death was absent, and as people aged, Arebati rejuvenated them, restoring youth.

Under Arebati's care, a woman passed away, prompting his plan to resurrect her. Seeking assistance, he approached a frog, asking it to relocate the woman's corpse to the side of the road. Unexpectedly, a toad emerged and volunteered to undertake the task instead of the frog.

To test the toad's capability, Arebati instructed it to sit on the pit's edge with the woman's corpse. He warned that a grave misfortune would occur if they fell into the pit. In one version, the toad's anger led to their fall, while in another, clumsiness was the cause. Regardless, both the toad and the woman's corpse ended up in the pit, and Arebati couldn't revive her. This event determined humanity's fate, condemning them to permanent death and burial.
