So, it's gift season, with Sinterklaas day on the 5th, then Christmas, ergo the worst time in the world to order anything just for kicks. The minute I got the email that the little niche perfume discovery set is available again, it's instantly out of stock.
Also, why is it that when you wait 4 months for a library book (or 2) to come in, you suddenly get the overwhelming urge to start on a 7book high fantasy series (tad Williams).

Its because so many of them are afraid to stray away from scent descriptors that aren't tree, earth, musk, leather, mint, resins and booze. And half the time they dont even know the smell you tell them they smell like EVEN IF they fall in those categories.
Once told a guy he smelled like birch and he thought I called him a bitch. Explained to him it was a tree, like paper birch, and he looked it up and was severely disappointed he didn't get search results that were like the Giant Sequoia tree, or some weathered twisted Mesquite in the Mojave desert, or a great pine on a Japanese cliffside that is honored by the locals. Tell them they smell like a speakeasy oak bourbon barrel with a hint of tobacco and they suddenly got no issues visualizing and feel the swagger come on.

The History and Evolution of Modern Perfumes and Fragrances

Origins of Perfume The use of aromatic fragrances has been documented as far back asCleopatra's time in ancient Egypt. Perfumes were primarily used then for religious ceremonies and rituals. Fragrant herbs, spices, woods, and plant materials were often burned to create pleasant smelling smoke. Fragrances were also used to mask body odors in the days before regular bathing was practiced. As civilizations developed, so did the art of fragrance making. Ambergris, a waxy substance from sperm whales, became highly prized in fragrance making during the medieval period due its ability to fix other notes and extend their longevity. In ancient Mesopotamia and Assyria, fragrances were primarily associated with medicine and magic rather than aesthetics. The Rise of French Perfume During the 16th to 18th centuries, fragrance making became very popular across Europe, especially in France. This was largely due to Catherine de' Medici of Italy, who brought her entourage of Italian fragrances to the French court when she married King Henry II of France in 1533. Their skills and techniques, such as enfleurage—whereby flowers and flowers essences were extracted using fat—helped establish France as the center of high-quality fragrance Perfume production . One of the most famous early French fragrances was François Coty. Starting in 1904, he was among the first to package and market his products in decorative bottles and to design marketing campaigns. Major brands like Chanel, Dior, and Guerlain were established in Paris during the late 19th and early 20th centuries, dominating the global fine fragrance industry for decades. The Rise of Celebrity and Mass Market Scents By the 1950s, French fashion houses had inspired a new era of glamour and luxury fragrance brands, while celebrities increasingly endorsed and launched their own signature scents. Celebrities like Elizabeth Taylor, Marilyn Monroe, and Estée Lauder heavily promoted the idea that a beautiful fragrance was essential to a woman's beauty regimen and sense of femininity. Estée Lauder also helped make cosmetics and fragrance accessible to the mass market by selling products at more affordable prices. In the 1970s, fashion designer brands poured significant resources into advertising their glamorous new launches and made fragrance a lifestyle accessory. Meanwhile, smaller brands emerged offering more natural options. This period marked the beginning of fine fragrance evolving into a mass consumer product. Get more insights on Perfume

I bought a perfume that appeared to be a dupe of one fragrance but resembles My Way in scent a few months ago, and I just used it to spray my clean bedding…
#it’s essentially My Way minus the tuberose which is somewhat tragic but that’s okay#personally I prefer the parfum but I love love love a fluffy Iris#so is that really a surprise to anyone?

Victoria Secret Is Back!! Here’s Your Guide To A Victoria Secret Angel Makeover (Part 1)

“I feel like when people judge me they’re not judging me, because they don’t know who I am.” - Gisele Bündchen 🪽
Hiii doll, welcome to Arielle’s makeover store!! It looks like you set an appointment for a Victoria Secret Angel transformation. Is that correct? Perfect, relax and take some notes if you like!
In this series, I’ll be going over things like fashion, perfumes, makeup, hair, nails, what you eat, and more!! I hope you all enjoy this series, let’s start on your makeover💗
Before we actually get started, please keep in mind I’m not a doctor and I don’t own any photos that are being used. Thank you!!💋
1. Start Eating Clean!! I know you’ve probably heard someone say this before, and maybe it’s time you actually listen to them for once. If eating clean is confusing, no worries. Let’s start with the basics!! Now, the first thing is mindset. It may seem off topic, but trust me. What I mean by this, is think of eating healthy as a lifestyle. Many people think of it as restrictive diet. Which, it’s most definitely not. Instead of thinking of it as being “restrictive” think of it as discipline. I can tell you based off of my experience that this way of thinking works!! Next step, is to eat real whole foods. Literally start eating what God has provided us with since the start. Eat meat for protein, fish for healthy fats, naturally fermented foods for probiotics, fruits for healthy digestion, nuts for fiber, vegetables to improve your immune system, etc. Real whole foods, will make real impacts on your health. And let’s not forget supplements help a lot too. However, I would talk with a professional about what supplements to take. Overall, everything listed helps to get that inner and outer glow.
2. Body Care!! The key to soft skin, smelling good, fighting skin issues, and obviously feeling/being clean. As always, let’s start with the basics. A simple body routine consists of a body wash, something to exfoliate with, (ex: African net or exfoliating glove.) and lastly moisturizer. Super easy, effective, and simple. However, let’s crake it up slightly. If you wanna smell good try a dry brush, quality sugar scrub, Moroccan Kessa glove, body wash, scented lotion or body butter, shimmery body oil, deodorant, and the cherry on top perfume obviously. Now, me personally I really only do all of this together once a week. Cause the truth is, it does take a while to do all of this with my hair care routine. However, in the end it’s so rewarding and I feel amazing every time. All of this is completely optional of course, EXCEPT the first routine I listed. If your not doing the three step body care routine I listed at first, sorry but I’m just gonna assume you smell bad. The first body care routine is ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL. Well, now that you know that let’s go over some products. I am not gatekeeping here, so here are some my favorite body care products. Starting off strong with, the dry brush from Kitsch that’s available at Ulta Beauty. For good quality sugar scrubs I love making my own or using Josie Maran’s (available at Sephora & Amazon.) For finding an affordable and amazing Kessa glove Zakia’s Morocco (on Amazon) is perfect. When it comes to body washes, Dove and Naturium (Target) are my top choices. My favorite body lotion is from Naturium, but Esos lotions (Target) smell amazing. Another great Josie Maran product is their body butter, it’s leaves the skin soooo soft. Next, is NUXE’s shimmery body oil that’s available on Amazon. I will be skipping my favorite deodorants, since I feel that everyone has different preferences. Which, leaves us with only perfumes left. My favorites are Strawberry Poundcake (Bath & Body Works), Philosophy Warn Cashmere (Ulta Beauty), and despite not listening to her Billie Eilish’s Eau de Parfum smells like a literal glazed donut. Hopefully, that all helps!!
3. Be Kind!! The year is almost over and it’s never too late to share your love with others. So be kind to everyone, even if they have hurt you. Try complimenting people more, like the VS models would hype each other up. Maybe try giving 1-3 compliments to people you see. Oh, and always remember to be kind to yourself. It’s much harder to be nice to others, if you can’t be nice to yourself. So, take this advice as you will. Just never forget that you won’t remember that argument in 5 years.
4. Skincare Secrets!! I’ll be listing the top skincare secrets I’ve seen the angels share for perfect looking skin. Starting off with, eating their skincare. Whether it’s Gisele Bündchen’s Elderberry jello or Adriana Lima’s avocado smoothie. The angels know it’s important to eat and drink their skincare. Some recipes the angels have shared like Miranda Kerr’s celery juice and Candice Swanepoel’s favorite smoothie are amazing for your skin. Overall the angels aim for clean and beneficial foods/drinks. Which, I go over in the very beginning of this blog. Next secret is, lymphatic drainage facial massages. These massages are perfect for sculpting your face, and super easy to do. I mean all you need is, either a gua sha or your hands. Plus with the internets help, you can find videos on what massages to do. Now, what I’ll be sharing next is no secret. However, drinking water is a MAJOR step to having glowing skin. If you’re not drinking enough water your skin will let you know. Seriously, water works miracles for your skin. It reduces puffiness and inflammation. Which are things you’ve probably experienced. So, go drink your water right now if you haven’t. Last skincare secret of the angels I’ll be sharing is, facials. Most models have facials done regularly or for big events. However, it can be a bit on the pricey side for some. But no worries, I’ll be revealing how to have your own facial at home. For facial we’ll be focusing on cleaning your pores. First things first, is steaming the face. The benefits of steaming your face are honestly endless. Which, is why I love facial steamers so much. For those who don’t own a facial steamer just use a bowl, hot water, and a towel. Simply, put your face by the steaming water and throw the towel over your head. Then, wait for about 10 minutes. Next, grab yourself a clay mask. I personally loveee Zakia’a Morocco Ghassoul Organic Clay Mask. Once you’ve applied your mask, keep it on for however long is instructed. After that, rinse it off and wash your face with a gentle cleanser. Making sure you thoroughly cleanse your face for at least one minute. Last steps, are to moisturize and massage your face for a good ten minutes. And just like that, you have an easy and quick pore cleaning facial at home. That I can guarantee you is probably 10x cheaper. With that all being said, that’s all of the skincare secrets I have to share in this blog. However, I of course will be sharing more in my other upcoming blogs!!
5. Workout!! As we know, working out is so good for our health. It’s incredibly important for our bodies to move everyday. Now, I’m not saying to do an intense workout everyday. But, maybe go on a 20-30 minute walk everyday. You can also make a workout plan. Try aiming to do pilates, a dance workout, or any workout in general every 3-4 days each week. Not only does this help with a busy schedule, but also will make you feel productive.
6. Sleep!! In order to have a proper makeover you must get sleep. Getting sleep for at least 8 hours will help with your energy, digestion system, eye health, and your brain functioning properly. Sleeping will overall improve your health. So, making a night routine that will help you go to bed at a certain time.
7. Read And Journal More!! Reading and journaling can often be used to refresh our minds. Both can help relive stress, anxiety, and improve our health. Of course, be mindful of what you read. Some books can be bad for our health, so be aware. However, taking a break from our phones to read or journal should become an everyday habit. Maybe go outside and be with nature as you read or write. Take the time to breathe and sort through your thoughts.
8. Self Care Sundays!! Before the new week comes along, take the time to do some self care. Workout, shower, do karaoke, a face mask, eat nutritious foods, drink tea, watch your favorite movie, wash your bedding, read or journal, plan for the week, go on a walk, dress up cute, do your skincare, clean your room, give yourself a spa day, etc. Just do what you love and what makes you feel genuinely happy.
”The more you trust your intuition, the more empowered you become, the stronger you become, and the happier you become.” - Gisele Bündchen 🐚
Thank you dolls for reading this until the end!! I hope you enjoy this series 💗
Remember to trust your intuition and stay pretty.

hey since yall are cologne experts (or one of u is idk) what cologne do you recommend to confuse ppl abt my gender
I need a scent that is feminine AND masculine all at once
aright so i am not a cologne expert whatsoever (not sure where you got that one from honestly) but i do happen to have a friend who works at a perfume store and when i asked her to weigh in her opinion on this she was absolutely delighted and wrote you all a novel on how to choose the right fragrance
(very fair warning, this is quite long)
Lessons in Fragrance (by Roza, Saph’s friend)
Buckle up buttercups because I’m about to learn you a thing or two about scent! I used to work at one of the largest “niche” perfumeries in the New England area so I’m like kinda qualified to give advice on fragrance I guess lol
1.scents will smell different on skin than on tester papers due to the fragrance interacting with your body chemistry so something you like on paper you might not like on your skin and vice versa! It’s always important to test on your skin before you buy, most websites that sell fragrance will sell a sample size for a few bucks or even a sample set for $20-$60 depending on how many samples and how high end the brand is!
2. At the end of the day fragrance (how many times will I say this word probably at least 50) is gender neutral. Cologne versus perfume (or aux de parfum) just denotes how strong the scent will be and how long it will last. The order of weakest to strongest is: aux de toilette, room sprays, linen sprays Essential oil fragrances Cologne Perfume, aux de parfum
3. there are many types of fragrances some examples of overarching categories are: gourmand: smells like food in some way Fougére: “traditionally masculine” Floral: predominantly flower notes Green: outdoorsy but more grassy and earth based Woodsy: outdoorsy but more tree and wood based Aquatic: notes that create scents reminiscent of bodies of water, ambergris is a common note Oriental: earthy, musky, and warmer notes usually having some sort of amber note Spicy: having heavy spice notes wheather it be peppery or your traditional baking spices These are just some of the most common categories of fragrance.
4. additional to categories, fragrance is further broken down into different sizes and different note tiers with each having its own wear time: you have your top notes, heart notes, and base notes. True to name top notes are the notes of scent you first smell. As the fragrance starts to settle the heart notes will become more prominent as the top notes fade. The base notes have the most longevity and will usually be the hints that you can smell even several hours later.
Sizes: tester sizes tend to be 2-5mL of product. The 4 most common denominations that fragrance come in are a 10-15mL (travel size), 30-35mL (smaller side but still decent amount), 50-60mL (pretty standard size and good amount), 100mL (“full size” and will last a hot sec) Based on personal experience: I’ve had a 30mL fragrance that I wear daily last for about 2 months, I have an 88mL that I wear about once a week that has lasted a year and a half (with 3/4 of a bottle still left), I have 10mL travel sizes that last about 2-3 weeks with daily wear, I have a 50mL that I wear weekly and on occasion use as a room spray too that’s lasted about a year (still have 1/4 bottle left). When talking about wearing the fragrance is talking about one spray per wrist, then tapping them together (NOT rubbing) to help distribute the scent. Sometimes I add an additional spray on my neck. There is never a reason to spray fragrance on your full body b/c it can then become to overwhelming and you’ll be a walking hazard to society (think a 12 yo boy with axe body spray). On occasion if you know it will be a sexy night a spray of fragrance on the ankle can go a long way especially if your legs will be hooked around someone’s head.
5. now without further ado below are Roza’s recs for gender confusing fragrances. I will include the name of the fragrence and line/company, some of the notes, and price point! disclaimer: I am only really familiar with niche fragrances not mainstream or “drugstore”, “department store”, “your typical designer” fragrances
The Recommendations:
My recs: I can’t grantee the spelling on all of these but c’est la vive, the listings are as follows: name of fragrance, line (if applicable), company, maybe a fun fact about the company or scent, description of notes and/or story of how to describe the scent, price point with size of bottle
supernatural #6: by Caswell Massey the oldest American perfume company, was a fragrance worn by George Washington, it is a very clean herbaceous scent (yk to cover up the stench of the unbathed in colonial times since the scent was created in 1772), it has main notes of bergamot (that earl grey tea kind of floral scent) rosemary, neroli, rose, clove and amber, very musky, $40 for a 7.5mL travel size or $225 for a 100mL, also comes in soap form.

Beaver: Beaver-Bee are all from the same Canadian line called zoologist which conceptualize their fragrances after the stunning cover art to encapsulate what each animal would wear as a fragrance taking inspiration from their habitats, smells like moist earth and a light breeze carrying greens and florals. After the flood, apoteker tepe, true to the name it smells like the damp earth that’s still waterlogged after immense amounts of rain, notes of violet leaf, water lily, mushroom, patchouli, and wet earth, same pricing as the other two apoteker tepe
Le castiglione, jovoy Paris, from Les cocottes de Paris, another one of my personal favorites that I wear quite often, has been described as smelling like Dracula’s mistress based on a rumor started in the early to mid 19th century surrounding a model who (was described as the world’s vainest woman) once she “got old” (all of 40) she would only leave her house at night and donning all black and the rumors flew leaving behind only whispers and whiffs of this scent as she would walk by, a fragrance that is both earthy and citrusy, with an almost apothecary feel to it that keeps you sniffing the sample trying to figure out what it reminds you of, notes of mugwort, citron, juniper, licorice, patchouli, grey amber, myrrh, and styrax, sample $3, 50mL 75€ ($80.85)
After hours, antica farmacista, smells like sipping on a berry filled night cap paired with a fresh crème brûlée to enjoy in your favorite leather chair by fireside in an old family library, notes if blackberry, cocoa, tobacco, davana, black rose, single malt bourbon, cognac, oud, leather, crème brûlée vanilla, and amber, 10mL travel $22, 50mL $86
Late harvest, fort manle, the packing is really cool and the scents come in bottle that look like vintage ink bottle topped with an ornate golden cap that would work as a wax seal in a pinch, smells how I imagine an older bilbo baggins to smell like while relaxing in the shire smoking his pipe, notes of cherry pipe tobacco, vanilla, cedar wood, rosewood, leather, and rose, sample $10, 50mL $250, it’s pricy but the wear time is insane (I’ve tested it before and had it still smell fairly strong the next day even after showering)
Bojnokopff, fort manle, the story behind this is the famed Russian magician Bojnokopff (idk if he’s actually real tho lol) performing in 1897 St. Petersburg the closing act of his final show before retirement and to amaze the masses he disappears into a cloud of purple haze leaving behind only whiffs of lavender, oud, and chocolate this is a very dark and punchy scent (I find that people either love it or hate it with no inbetween), notes of French lavender, vanilla, dark chocolate, oud, and cedar wood, sample $10, 50mL $250 there is also a discovery set of the entire fort manle line that is $70 for a sample size of 7/8 of their fragrances
Uomo, carthusia, smells like the hot Italian partner you can’t take home to your family who rides a motorcycle while wearing a tank top with a leather jacket while smoking, notes of lemon, bergamot, freesia, green leaves, lily of the valley, jasmine, geranium, cedar wood, patchouli, sandal, palmers, amber, white musk, 50mL 70€ ($75.46), 100mL 90€ ($97.02)
Terra Mia, carthusia, smells like a coffee shop right before open there are notes of citrus roasted nuts and coffee in the air along with the smell of light florals that grace each seating area, notes of bergamot, neroli, pink peppercorn, rose, jasmine, orange blossom, Arabic coffee, hazelnut cream, amber woods, vanilla, ambroxan, and white musk, same pricing as uomo
Mediterrano, carthusia, a bright and sunny fragrance with notes of green tea, notes of wild mint, lemon, eucalyptus, litsea cubeba, red thyme, bergamot, jasmine, cardamom, flowers of the fields, tangerine, green tea, and white musk, same pricing as terra Mia and uomo
Broken Theories, Kerosene, the packaging is cool seeing as it is a nod to the city the fragrance is created in (Detroit) each bottle is painted in motorcycle paint and the metal label is hand stamped, it smells like a fire pit while drinking a spiced mimosa, notes of blood orange, tobacco, spices, vanilla, sandalwood, our, and incense, it’s a heavy but not overwhelming scent that covers you like a blanket and can last several hours without needing to reapply, 100mL $152
Meltdown, elder & willow, these last two are roll on essential oil fragrances that are very budget friendly, this one is meant to calm anxiety and help with grounding, bites of lavender, lemon, ylang ylang, bergamot, rose geranium, vetiver, Roman chamomile, benzoin essential oils, and scent is all in a coconut oil as the carrier, $12 per 10mL roll on
Sweet dreams, elder & willow, meant to promote sleep, notes if lavender, vetiver, Roman chamomile, cedar wood, benzoin essential oils, scent is in coconut oil as the carrier, $12 per 10mL roll on, I love elder and willow they also have teas, bath soaks, and skincare products
And thus concludes fragrance lessons/recs with Roza! I hope this was more informative and less of a fever dream than perfume ads on screen that don’t actually tell you anything about the fucking fragrance and just go off of vibes and celebrity presence!!

✧・゚:✧・゚: My Ideal Nest ✧・゚:✧・゚:

📍Lighting & Ambiance
Fairy Lights: Battery-powered (old Christmas ones) — cozy but questionable fire hazard. Mama-approved if they don’t flicker to the rhythm of her sarcasm. Setted on the entrance of the nest
Pink Sheet Curtain: Adds privacy and ~aesthetic~. Bonus points for doubling as a tear-catching system during Parks & Rec marathons. Setted on the nest'floor and as curtain on the entrance.
🛏️ Comfort & Structure
Pink Fuzzy Blanket (with flower prints): Sentimental value (gifted by dad) + sarcastic burrito potential. Critical for "blanket fort structural integrity."
Pillows: Strategically bent in a corner — ideal for sudden gremlin naps. Warning: May disappear if Mama steals them for lumbar support. Two Pillows, placed on corner
📸 Wall Shrine
Polaroids of me + classmates (Secretarial college, Brazilian student meet, Vet college)
Family at the beach
Aubrey Plaza with a baseball bat
Joe Tazuna chibi + Batman being... Batman
Mini posters: Naruto (detailed with release and direction), Fairy Tail (vibes only)
🍫 Snack Arsenal (aka snack bag)
Snacks: Snickers, Twix, sour belts, gummy worms, gummy spiders, chips like Cheetos, Doritos and Lays. Sufflair chocolate, M&Ms, shrimp crackers (for Mama and plushies only), etc
Veggie Zone: Baby carrots, baby tomatoes, blueberries — "frazzled bunny" rations or therapy avoidance tools.
Beverages: Juice boxes, soy milk with juice boxes, coconut water ones, sparkling water and regular water, Coke and Sprite cans, Red Bull ones — high spill risk, take care
📚 Supplies & Chaos
College Copybooks: Empty pages = passive-aggressive note territory. Golden labrador/kitten covers = emotional armor.
Coloring Book: For stress relief or doodling Mama as a Team Rocket boss.
Backpack of Oddities:
Post-It collection: bigger post-it with baby dinos at corners, neon colors heart shaped post-its, small post-its in orange, green, yellow and pink. Cheap brown post-its, past pink bigger post-its, mini post-its from Choco Monsters collection (Cacau Show brand) Lab coat + surgical tools in a metal cage + alcohol spray — "Future Nobel winner with a sugar problem" vibes. Anxiety/cramps meds/female pads — nest survival essentials. Fabric pencil cages + some cash — because even chaos needs organization. (Fabric pencil cages: pencils, pens, from colorful to black ones, glitter glue, kid scissors, a basket shaped pen sharpener, erasers, small stapler) Deodorant, parfum vial and make-up small purse (soft pink lipstick, black eyeline, sparkle red gloss, purple lip tint, a small mirror) - keep fabulous
🎮 Entertainment
Pokémon Games, like Omega Ruby: Symmetrical level 29 team (Gyarados = overachiever).
Omega Ruby: Grovyle, Kadabra, Gyarados, Aron, Swellow, Manectric Pokémon X: Fennekin, Diggersby, Charizard, Gyarados, Lucario, Kadabra FireRed: Charizard, Pidgeot, Nidoqueen, Gyarados, Kadabra, Kabutops
Dell Laptop and a cell phone: Chargers + adaptor = emergency Netflix or secret grinding sessions. On laptop, Dino Run (by PixelJam) installed, besides Undertale and Your Turn To Die games too. Phone has Cats & Soup, Duel Link.
Galar Zapdos metal box - filled with opened boosters, Heliolisk themed deck, and rare Pokemon' cards separated on shelves, like a Dedenne X, a Venusaur X, etc. Placed on a corner aside the plushies
🧸 Stuffie Pile & Fidget Toys
Companions, not decorations. Rubber ducks, plushies, and a spare outfit (for mess or magic).
🖤 Location Perks (the perfect hideaway under Mama Aubrey's desk)
Dim & Safe: Just enough light to see my snacks, not enough to hurt my eyes
Quiet Vibes: Muffled sounds, no scary noises
Mama Nearby: Can hear her typing/breathing (best comfort sound ever)

Do you have any recommendations for affordable summer scents?
essential parfums' fig infusion & nice bergamote are basically my summer daily drivers; as a brand, they've really set the standard for affordable niche without sacrificing any of the quality.

Tips for smelling like Vanilla and/or Strawberries all day? I have some lotion and body mist from Bath and Body works but I feel like it fades rly fast :(
I LOVE THIS QUESTION!!! EEEHHH!! Okay so! I’m a VANILLA GIRL and I used to be strawberry too!!
What you want to do is make sure your body wash and other products all match. FOR EXAMPLE I use dove vanilla and shea bar and liquid soap, then I exfoliate with a vanilla sugar scrub (homemade) and then eos vanilla shave cream and then fresh out of the shower I put on eos vanilla cashmere lotion and a dove vanilla and shea deodorant.
Now you don’t have to go as hard as me BUT!!! I can definitely help!!
DO YOUR HAIR FIRST!! You don’t want those oils and stuff going down your back after you just cleaned it and smell nice!
First things first to smell like vanilla and strawberries all day it starts in the shower! Get a bar soap that smells like vanilla, strawberry, or unscented. The bar soap is what actually cleans you! (Literally any dove bar soap will do but this smells HEAVENLY)
Next a vanilla strawberry shower gel! This would be your Walmart bodycology stuff! (This line is FANTASTIC for this!) the gel soap will clean you but is mostly to help deposit that scent!
Now you exfoliate! Sugar scrub, exfoliation glove, or African net sponge. (I use a net sponge bc they make it easier to SCRUB and get my back!) you don’t have to use a sugar scrub by any means if you don’t need one or don’t want one.
You can also make one by mixing 1 & 1/2 cup sugar, 1 cup coconut oil (or any oil of your choice), and a body gel (I think I used a 1/2 cup for that too), I put vanilla extract (also homemade) and a vanilla essential oil (one full dropper or about 10-15 drops). I keep mine in the fridge and it works wonders for my skin.
Now would be the time to shave if you do!! It’s not necessary but I use eos 24 hour moisturizer shave cream in the vanilla bliss scent. Remember to always shave upwards and clean your razor after every few strokes.
At this point get out and don’t dry all the way off!! Apply a nice lotion (I use eos 24 hour vanilla cashmere but for you I’d recommend the body cology one from earlier or bath and body works strawberry pound cake!) then after this BABY OIL (or yk body oil that is strawberry or vanilla scented, the shea butter ones, any of those really) but OIL!! It keeps the lotions moisturize in and locks it away! Moisturized skin holds smell better!!
Now! Find a nice vanilla and strawberry perfume! PREFERABLY an eau de parfum but an eau de toilette is fine too!
This one is sooo goooddd my friend in highschool wore it everyday and OUGH so good and it lasted ACTUAL DAYS!
Go to the base notes and find vanilla, this is the dry down smell it’ll stay this way ALL DAY, middle notes are gonna stay for a long time too. This is where you’ll find vanilla or strawberry. Pick your favorite smell (fresh cream by philosophy would go SO WELL with the bodycology smells from earlier)
Once you have your perfume you want to put a THIN LAYER of Vaseline on your pulse points (inner elbow, wrists, behind the knee, ankles, and behind your ears and on the sides of your neck. Basically where you can see veins tbh) then spray your perfume on those points.
The body mist (bodycology spray, or your bbw scents) goes literally everywhere else! Chest, hair (spray your brush before brushing your hair), legs, shoulders etc etc. don’t be afraid of this one bc it’s made to dry down subtle (you grow nose blind to it but everyone else knows it’s there and it makes your scent more complex)
That’s kind of it! Other than increasing water intake (makes your sweat smell better, makes your body more hydrated, there’s so many benefits.) and like oral hygiene and that stuff that’s really it! I hope this helped!!

Hey besties🫧 I finally have the ENERGY to make a post about products I’ve been in love with this year.

These four products alone cause significant change in my hair

Makeup
I enjoy getting dolled up. Makeup just be the icing on the cake. It's literally art to me and it's so fun. I feel like I finally found products and a routine that fits my face. I love to just enhance my natural features and add TONS of glitter. Here are my current MUST haves🥰

When it comes to my jewelry i'm a bit simple. I love crystal jewelry from crystal shops that I can pick out myself. I don't accessorize much but hopefully this winter i'll get into more. My jewelry and accessories must haves consist
Crescent moon necklace
Crystal beaded bracelets
Evil eye bracelet
Ruby ring
Kyanite ring

I like to stay protected and wear crystals that fits me as an individual or what kind of energy I want to put out. I always been obsessed with moon anything. Since I was born under the crescent moon I found it so me to wear since it literally represents me. Due the weather dropping I love to bring out the furs such as fur earmuffs and hats. Nothing screams warm, cozy, and boujee than fur. Whenever I wear mini skirts I LOVE to wear the most prettiest/dolly leggings I can get my hands on. I’m not really into claw clips but the flower hair clips was a little staple piece for me this spring/summer.
Misc
These are extra little items that I love to have on me this year that i’m not sure I should categorize them in. These items I never really leave my home with and these includes
Angel aura quartz
Aquamarine
Mini note pad
Pen
Cotton swabs
Pain pills
Hand sanitizer (I always get my hand sanitizers from bath and body works because they have the best smelling scents. My go to scents are strawberry poundcake, rose ivy, and vanilla romance)

A water bottle
Bag charms (I always keep hello kitty and my melody on me)
Pocket mirror
Mini hair brush
Gum
I hope you guys enjoyed my 2024 essentials list of products I loved throughout this year and will be using for as long as I live probably. I love taking the time to invest in myself and taking steps to become my ultimate dream girl that younger me always imagined. Hopefully one or five of these products would catch your attention to try out🩷
