BIG MOOD even though i’m an obsessive planner ahaha. i’m sure you’ll figure something out! a lot of schools don’t require you to declare a major until sophomore year (i think?), so get informed about what the gen ed requirements are at your school (& perhaps the ap/dual enrollment credits that can be transferred so that you don’t take a class again) and base you first semester around knocking a bunch of those out! you’ve got this!

hi nina! i completely understand that - i have to start my applications this summer. to be human is to experience stress as stocktom says. i hope you get in to the colleges that you want! - believe in yourself and in your ability to succeed in the best ways possible. ^.^ i love exercising! endorphins really help with your under that type of extreme pressure - bike riding is always exhilarating, especially in the summer. Hi, I’m Nina!!

Hey everyone (: my name is Nina, and I’m super excited to be a part of this network with you all! My studyblr is @etudiant-en-rose and I’ve recently branched out to studygram and studytube which i’m SUPER excited for (: this coming year I’ll be taking AP Calculus BC, AP Physics 1, AP World History, AP English Literature, AP Chemistry, and self-studying AP European History. I am also starting a club for girls looking into STEM careers at my school, which I am super excited for this coming year! I’m really stressed out about college apps (lol) but I know I want to major in neuroscience or molecular/microbiology, and preferably want to attend uni in the Mid-Atlantic/lower New England regions (:

On a pu visiter en vip l'unif de Québec (univ de Laval, faculté d'architecture) dans laquelle etudie Manon. C'est un ancien monastère et c'est beaucoup trop stylé !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Elle a son bureau privé tranquillou. Normalement on ne peut pas visiter 😊

08.13.17 • a gloomy beach day + trig notes to review for calc 

So school starts tomorrow, and I can't say I'm too happy about it... (junior year, here I come). Are you guys looking forward to school?

naïveté d’enfants faussement adultes, des rêves qui dansent.

Alors c’est ça la vie d’adulte ? 

Etudier des heures, rêver de possibilités, de challenges et d’un ouragan d’apprentissage chaque jour et découvrir le magasin des suicides ?  Plus je découvre le pot-aux-roses, plus je glisse mes journées vers des horizons enfantins et rêve d’autres possibilités. Je me force à croire que j’ai encore une chance de conserver ma naïveté, de me dire qu’on peut accomplir tout ce dont on rêve, tout ce qu’on imagine et qu’on rêverait de créer avant même le petit-déjeuner. Alors, comme les fausses politesses et les règles ancestrales inadaptées me font vriller, je prends mes carnets, envoie les costumes valser pour créer de mes mains ma propre réalité. L’arnaque de cette vie d’adulte me fait comprendre jour après jour la chance et l’importance de chérir notre équipe. Sans son soutien et son amour quotidien j’aurai déjà abandonné. Si je m’accroche au radeau c’est pour le rendre fier, et au fond de moi je sais que non seulement il croit en moi mais qu’il a besoin de me voir réussir cette étape pour qu’on soit capables de dépasser tous les prochains paliers de la réussite ensemble. Alors je jouerai au pingouin aussi longtemps qu’il le faudra parce que je sais qu’à deux on saura gravir des sommets avant le petit-déjeuner. Si je fais virevolter mes carnets c’est pour nous imaginer tenir un bistro, un bouiboui au bord de l’eau à Lisbonne. Jouer dans les vagues et boire de la sangria devant un coucher de soleil en partageant une pizza et une discussion profonde et enivrée. Je nous vois partager des tiramisus sur un balcon, je le vois surfer pendant que je lis au bord de l’eau, je nous vois boire des litres de thé et faire la sieste en pleine journée. Je nous vois rire, un pinou et son nabo, je nous vois créer un petit paradis qu’on sera heureux de partager. Voila les lignes de mes carnets qui dansent et me font rêver qu’il y a encore une place pour des rêves d’enfants dans la mascarade de cette vie d’adulte.
