I was just thinking about something really heartbreaking about the clones.

You get aches in your bones and joints every once in a while when you’re growing as a child, so if you were aging at 2 times the rate of a normal person, can you imagine how painful that would feel? Like my poor babies were probably hurting on a daily basis and they couldn’t do anything about it.

his girls would be his ENTIRE life. I can just imagine it’s his first little girls very first day of pre-school, he and his wife are bringing their mini blonde curled baby girl version of Carmen to her private school (that Carm can absolutely afford w how well the restaurant does) she’s a tiny Mikey, she is SUCH a social butterfly- just like her mom. Carm is a nervous WRECK, totally had a panic attack the night before - worried he won’t be there to protect her, even though she has her moms fire that he has a hard time getting a handle on most of the time.

When she comes out with mommy that morning all dressed in her first day outfit he literally is choking back tears, and he’s just like ‘oh my goodness, my big girl, are you really sure you wanna go to school already?! Y’know you can wait another whole year right? Keep on staying home with mommy for a bit longer? Y’love playing with mommy’ and mom AND baby are giving Carm the side eye and baby girl is just like ‘daddy, no. I’s 4 now! My birfday was yast monfs I’s a big girl now!!’ And Carm is just like the embodiment of the 🥹 emoji and is like ‘mmhmm!!!’ *choking back sobs* ‘that’s my big brave girl! Just like her mommy ready to take on the world huh?’ And when they drop her off, he actually has to look away as she walks toward the doors after he puts her backpack she’d been holding for her over her shoulders because it makes her look so small, and she squeals at the door ‘DADDY!!!!’ And he looks over and she’s smiling big , waving at him ‘yuv you!!!!’ Before running inside after her older cousin.

On the way home they’re in the car together, wifey is driving bc Carmy is - well a mess - and they’re listening to the radio. Fuckin slipping through my fingers by ABBA comes on- Carmen would absolutely LOOOOOSEEE ITTTT!! 🤣🤣 like choke sobbing being like “s-she she’s growing up too fast baby like- d’you remember w-when she first came a-and when she was hungry she’d click like a hungry kitten? Oh my godddd” and just SOB like full migrane induce until his baby gets home and he refuses for the first month that this is like- an EVERY day thing now 🤣🤣🤣

Later on in the conversation, he mentioned that I had read The Bell Jar. I don't remember telling him about that... so he saw me reading it and paid attention 🥹

Sometimes I think about Tessa Gray and get so sad. Like babygirl is immortal and will eternally look like a woman in her early twenties and she was just walking around the world and to everyone else she was a carefree young woman but really she’s a timeless being that’s lost everything. She’s widowed, outlived her children and almost every single friend she’s ever had and now she’s about to do it all again because now, once again, she has a husband and a son and daughter, and they will age while she always stays the same until she loses them all again and after that…I don’t think she’ll ever be able to get close to anyone else ever again. It would absolutely destroy her to lose a second family and then it’ll be a hundred years down the line and she looks the same and no one will ever know she’s been widowed twice over and outlived four of her own children while having a trunk of keepsakes from the last three centuries that hold the only things she has left of her loved ones other than her memories and eventually time will take those too because, after so long, everything fades to dust in the end.

You know what I noticed in episode 11? The visor on Omega’s cap really reminds me of the detail visors that some of the clones wear on their helmets.

It almost kind of signifies how Omega took charge of her boys and made them go with her plan….even if it was just Cross.

Cuz I started thinking about it, and now I can’t stop. Like okay so if it doesn’t work the same way, I can totally see Yuma just asking about the stars one day - cuz he watches them at night a lot while everyone else is asleep - and then Yuma is really curious about it, so Tamakoma gives Yuma like a telescope or a buncha audiobooks about it, so that he has something else to do while he watches the stars.

I just think that would be really cute 😭😭
